…for the women there is nothing as appealing as a man, who listens to them. 1. Communication should not be a problem, as for the women there is nothing as appealing as a man, who listens to them. If a man wants to tell them something they wouldn’t mind knowing it but face-to-face is always preferable and if that is not possible men can contact them via texts, the Sydney Morning Herald reported. 2. Complimenting women is nice, as sometimes they do need a bit of verbal assurance. Phrases that might help men in a crisis: “Your hair looks awesome tonight!” “Is that a new dress?” “You blitzed it in that tennis match/speech/insert other awesomeness here!” 3. A man should not be a penny pincher instead he should pay on his first date if they want to see the lady again. 4. They should organise their social life and there are twoobvious problem areas there: First, the man who never does anything off his own bat, women may find it nice if they went and did something interesting occasionally. Second, a male who simply does too much, women would like that person to take out some time for them. 5. Some thought should be put by men in the presents that they give to women. 6. Men should try to get a bit stylish and should invest in a fool-proof man outfit: nice jeans, a T-shirt and unscuffed trainers and for more smart-casual occasions, substitute in a good quality shirt and some leather shoes. 7. When men don’t know the direction of a place they should admit it and not pretend about knowing it. READ MORE HERE |

In the wake of all these rap diss tracks flying around as a result of the top ten most talented rapper thingy written by notjustok.com. Godwon voiced his opinion in his track Over Analyse, good to know that Sinzu was quick to reply him. My point is, being talented is different from being the fans favourite. D'banj is my best African Artiste i can never say he is a talented singer. Bez is far from attaining big things yet he remains one of the best in the industry. I personally do not think any top ten most talented rapper in Nigeria is complete without Godwon, a man once tipped to achieve more than the incredible MMG's Wale Folarin. A prophet gets no respect in his homeland they say, i wonder if moving back to Nigeria was best for him. With all due respect Godwon completes my top three Nigerian rappers, with MI and Modenine above him any how you want to. Here is a little i could get on him: Neyu Godwon Nyan, simply known as Godwon, is a full-blown KD boy, born and raised in Zaria - Kaduna - till he was 9, when his family moved to Houston, Texas. Music to Godwon is a passion. His music career took a turn in a positive direction when he won the Eminem Freestyle Battle in Houston, Texas. The competition was a big television show recorded for a major network and was shown across the United States. After he won that competition, a lot of doors open for him; he got signed by an independent music label in the US called To The Top Entertainment and his career suddenly blossomed. There after, he started doing freestyle and intros for some notable radio DJs and also got called up to write songs for different artistes including those on jay Z’s label. So far, he has released three albums and has some mixtapes in the US and is a member of BET Hiphop Awards voting Alumni. His exodus back to Nigeria was inspired by the growth in the music industry; encouragement and inspiration from notable industry veterans aided his decision to come home with guns blazing. SOurce |
What do you get when Uganda’s answer to Rihanna, Jackie Chandiru, Nigeria’s vocal queen Waje and ISIS of Kenya do a collabo? A smash hit! Released a couple of months ago Take me higher has managed to receive massive airplay throughout Africa and now the video is finally out. Take me higher is a pop song that basically talks about what these ladies like about “their men”. The song itself is extremely catchy and definitely gets you in the party mood. Take me higher was produced by Silverstone and the video shot by renowned music video director Clarence Peters who is known for his top notch videos which have continued to impress many. The ‘Take me higher’ video is just what music videos should be all about today, young and fun yet still having impeccable quality. The concept although not new, was done differently and quite tastefully. It was shot in Mamba Village, Nairobi and this choice of location has given the video a unique feel. DOWNLOAD HERE |

Picking Things' rapper and King of the South 'Yung6ix' floated his imprint "Kash Kamp" a few months back, the camp houses Percy (whom was featured on Yung6ix's most recent single 'First Class') as well as talented producer Otee Beatz.Yung6ix's camp welcomed a hand offered from 'Trick Billionaire Musiq" for both parties to partner with the end-result of taking Yung6ix and his brand out of Africa and sharing his brilliance with the rest of the world. Monicasque: POSTER i think your thread is aimed at girls who have not experienced life as per your last point and the rest yah. If a woman has already had her fun in life and all the experience , the last thing u need is an arrogant fool. i personally like guys who r humble and nice and i value such people even though most of the time a person would be taken for granted but a real woman knows that a guy like that is for keeps. The points u listed here would maybe be fine for someone who still wants to explore or who meets immature ladies. BLV me honey a lady who has experience would kill for the type of guys u listed here. Men it does not kill to be humble, kind and polite it just means the woman u r with is lucky and if she takes u for granted then she is a fool and she's gona regret it one day when she meets asholesHot girls not women. |
If you’re a guy and you’re reading this, you’re probably one of the nice guys am talking to. After all, why would you read this if it does not affect you personally. This article is for you guys who were brought up in a well cultured environment and taught that women adore guys like you. But look around you today, nice guys always lose out on the hot girls because of the following reasons: 1. Because you’re too nice Have you ever come across a woman who turned down a guy because he was too confident, too passionate, or too exciting? Probably not! On the other hand, you’re sure to have come across some beautiful lady who has turned down a perfectly nice chap because of the stock reason: “Oh, he’s such a nice guy. He’s really sweet but he’s just too nice for me. Am not saying don’t be nice but let your Mr. Nice be to an extent. 2. Because Girls prefer to keep your type as friends You hear words like “He’s such a good guy — very kind; honest, nice, thoughtful, generous, loyal –but there’s no attraction. He just doesn’t turn me on. That spark is not there.” l like him but l don’t love him. Despite all you have done she still doesn’t feel your chemistry. You see, women like guys that define there mission from day one. Be bold and let your intentions be known. Even if she says no initially, trust me she only said that to buy sometime. If your intentions are not spelt out early and she starts seeing you more as friend than in a relationship you are screwed. 3. Because you are too caring I want you to ask yourself this question: “Why does the guy who doesn’t appear to care as much about the girl get the girl?” You see the nice guy cares too much, too soon. He has made the woman too important and too valuable and it shows in everything he says and does. You have made yourself too available for her that she doesn’t value your time with her anymore, you are always willing to change your schedule to suit hers. Haba! If you sacrifice more than she does for you then you are screwed. For a relationship to last the guy starts the chasing while the lady sustains it. 4. Because they see you as a FOOL You give too much without getting anything in return. In short, you are a fool. And you brought this upon yourself. After all, if you are already doing so much for her without even being seriously involved with her, why the heck would she need to value you? Giving too much, too soon is a recipe for disaster. 5. Because ladies wanna have mad fun Girls just wanna have fun before marriage. They need to experience what every young adult goes through in a relationship before marriage. Girls would do anything to have a guy that would spoil them, take them on trips, adventures, parties and so on. Read More here |
