Every business has risk ... note that... but how u manage such risk makes u stand out
The risk I'm talking about is you getting paid, technically u have no risk against drivers fraud, if ur vehicle not working it will be return to ur house, if it remains under the driver's care, you must be paid.

What do u have to say about car owners giving drivers bad cars and taking advantage that drivers are desperate?
Honestly, I won't call that cheating, most owners explain the situation to drivers, probably, they have no money to fix it, expecting while they work, they will use the money they bring in to fix the vehicle.

It also happens in house rent, some incomplete building been rented out, money paid in for rent was use in completing the building.

And in this case, you will see a tenant challenging the landlord, that his money was use in the house finishing, so therefore rent renewal is not going to happen.

Finally, if the conditions giving to you is not favorable, kindly drop the vehicle. Don't take advantage of the situation.

You had to bring another business down to promote your own business
What we want is results for everybody, not for me or any greedy driver that think buying a car of 1.7 Million is a child's play.

As a lawyer, I protect everybody's interest. We all can succeed if you don’t cheat; drivers that have tried cheating have been seriously dealt with.

To be honest, hardly will owners cheats, the problem is drivers trying to earn beyond their means.

I know most drivers hate me on this forum for been vocal; I have had wonderful business relationship with over 5 drivers here,

I believe there are still plenty of honest drivers here that can make it happen.
Your success is our interest.

Bring your car to us and get paid up front, no risk.

Competition is good but it should be healthy and the beauty of this is you guys are creating job opportunities for people. Nice one, keep it up.

Entparrot, settle In nicely before comparing yourself with others. After reading your T&C, I believe you should be aware of what you are venturing into as it can capital intensive. Your T&C still needs to be reviewed, trust me there are some lapses There. Meanwhile, I wish you the very best and more greese to your elbow.

I love women who are hardworking and I respect you for that.
My terms & conditions is open, I won't take too many vehicles beyond my capacity to manage, I want it a win win situation for everybody.

There is no hidden terms, I'm making it open.

And yes, I have the financial capacity to do it, I have been doing it, just that I don't want to make noise about it.

Looks pretty Solid... How much does the driver earn?
Drivers earning depends on his hard work, we are only renting vehicles to responsible drivers and owners take responsibilities of repairs.

What will it benefit you to be promise 50k on the open forum and they will ask you to call them, then in that call, they will tell you, ur earnings will be 43/45k. or 60/40 and you will buy 30k fuel card, buy a phone and a spectranet, and you might loose your weekly rental, including all your fuel money.

Those guys believe owning owners is a normal thing, with us we pay you upfront, and face the driver.

Thats the deal.

( this goes with 6months minimum agreement for us to manage ur car) Why we have this 6 months minimum agreement? some owners will use us to fix their cars and later pull out of the agreement..Yes,if we breach the agreement, yes, you have right to pull out.

We recommend you have a comprehensive insurance, if you dont have money for insurance, we can help you buy it, then you reimburse us immediately your car makes money.( this goes with 6months minimum agreement for us to manage ur car) Read reasons above...

I will say it again, drivers greed is what is shying more investors away, drivers dare not approach bank, but ready to rubbish owners, for owning just 2cars and trying his best to protect his interest.

Ogunvic41 jump into defending drivers, when they cheat, and he justify their actions.

Romeo3 drove into pool of water and wreck the Honda accord giving to him, the next thing he dump the vehicle.

This are people with questionable characters, how will you trust ur investment to this type of people.

I know that 40 vehicles in their fleets is all exaggeration, they are putting up figures to manipulate more owners.

Im taking this upon myself to help owners succeed in this business, I have driven in this platforms, and invested in fleets, with less noise, but always here to tackle drivers greed.

Email entparrot@gmail.com or call if you have vehicles, you want to put in Uber, we will pay you weekly payment upfront, before taking ur vehicle, zero stories.

Even if ur investment is only 1$ protect it fiercely, remember if you go down, they will blame u.

I have resisted the urge to add my comment on this matter, but since he claims that because no former partner has called him out that means he has not done anything wrong, This man here still owes me and has refused to settle his debt. He deposited two of his many senior school certificates with me and ran away till today (over 5 months now). Before running away he told me he wanted to quit Uber and focus on other things, not knowing that he goes around jumping from one partner to the other defrauding them as he goes.

There are other drivers that are very vocal here that are owing me as well that have refused to do the needful inspite of my benevolence and understanding, I will not mention your names, you know yourselves but please know that you will not go free with my money, I will get my money no matter how long it takes, and the longer it takes the more the price you will pay. I will not come to you looking for my money again but know that when you begin to be afflicted that it is because of the debt that you owe and have refused to settle, a word is enough for the wise.
Ogunvic41 come out and defend ur brother, more accusations are flying in.

The driver you recommend hard working and honest, is now accused by another person.

Come out and tell us why you say driver is honest, if the driver way, is how you intend dealing with partners you are managing their cars.

Bro sorry for the debt all of this drivers online are owning you, next time b4 any driver take ur car, get a deposit of 50k from him,

I recommend u calling all bad drivers out, so more partners won't be there victim.

I don't know what Chisco and GUO motors will do because we can't rest because someone have 5 cars.Poverty mentality.
Let's see if drivers will understand it this way.

Someone is working or doing business, manage to buy a car, decide to put it in Uber for extra income.

Then driver approach him, saying the only way to be successful in doing transport is HP, now that person is not super rich, he just an average guy looking for extra income.

After analyzing the risk, he goes with hp, because of his inexperience, and when driver default, they claim they have paid certain amount of money, trying to ignore the terms.

Those drivers sees Chisco motors and good is good motors they are super rich owners, with plenty of cars, they won't approach them, to sell one of their cars on hp, but u see an average guy with less account balance, you find a way to bully him or manipulate him, by saying all sorts of negative words, inhuman, greed, slavery.

You greedy drivers need to stop this nonsense and face ur work, if you want to buy a car, go to where they are selling it and buy or go to bank to take a loan.

Honestly, is a good strategy for both owners and drivers.

But my concern is, if Ogunvic41 or the driver decides to cheat, by then you must have lost 30k fuel card, including ur weekly money.

You can't kill the driver to pay u, or the fleet-manager, all they will tell u, is they will replace a good driver for u

Can u see what u wrote? If u default u loose. U lack empathy. Have u ever asked urself what if d car develops fault and it will take longer to put it in shape, will he steal to pay u. U r beginning to sound like my first partner. So selfish and unreasonable. He forcefully took d car I have paid for five months from me all because I could not pay for a week. Whereas the car developed an engine problem that the mechanism has to loose the engine up to the gasket. After I spent 70k to put the car back in shape, the wicked man still retrieved the car because of one week default. I have pod 40k weekly for 5months amounting to 800k. And h think I am happy with that. Anyone who eats another mans sweat will never go unpunished in Jesus name And u think such man will have it easy in life? Na lie.
Im really sorry to say this, no sorry in business.

I have a question for you?

Can you work with a car owner with a bad car, without giving him conditions? Here are drivers quotes: that car were don spoil finish, if I collect am, na to just manage am, if him go gree 20k weekly, I go help am manage am. In this situation u give serious conditions to accept the car.

How many drivers willing to take camry 2001 for rental as the same value of corolla 2004, just to sympathize with the owner, so he can make money from it?

Then you find a good car, fixed to the highest taste, u r looking for the money miss road, that will dash u car?

What most drivers are saying here is, for you to do transport business, you must sell the car to us, if not we go frustrate u out.

Don't worry most of you greedy drivers will be out of job for a very long time

Bro I quite go along with you on this. Some guys on this thread prefers to have slaves under them for life. With a flexible payment plan, drivers can meet up with HP. But when d car owner is over zealous, then there would be a problem. I know so many guys on UBER that do not make noise like most people we have here that have paid HP successfully.
They have their cars now and gives cars out on HP and not rental. What they do is to impart their drivers with the same spirit they had when they were on HP.
So if anyone here tells u its not possible for a driver to meet up,please check very well, they want to ensure u derail.
Moreover,is it not wickedness for a car owner to retrieve a car from driver after the guy has toiled for over 7months all because he defaulted for a week?
What if the car develops engine problem? Will d driver steal to pay u? Please let's be considerate a bit.
In my experience its better to state it in d agreement that in d advent of car issues that lapses more than a week, payment will be on hold till d car is back on d road. The car owner will see his car and ascertain it's faulty of a truth. Nobody want to be a slave. Every man wants his independence.
So for the guys that says he is OK with HP because he is happy to retrieve his car back if d driver default. Bro,that's wickedness. Let be a bit humane. Slavery is not our portion.....
Has Uber business turn to charity?

Anybody who goes into business, does so for profit.

There is nothing like slavery here, work and earn ur money.

If you need charity go to church where you pay ur 10% or meet the rich men in ur village to help u.

Don't come and be expecting owners that want to improve their business to adjust to ur own term, because you tagged them inhuman, the humanity should start from ur village or church.

This is how they all start....

blah blah yada yada. driver this driver that. why don't you drive that car yourself from now till April, so that you see first-hand what a driver goes through?

why don't you give yourself a weekly target of the same amount you wanted to give the car off on HP. Make sure you diligently pay that amount into a bank account you can never have access to till April. Then run your life on the remaining money Left, including servicing the vehicle and periodic maintenance.

come back here and tell your experience.
So what's ur problem with him?

Drivers surviving goes with the economic plan.

You don't expect a driver living in 2 bedroom flat, of 350 with 5kids and wife to feed. To pay HP of 50k weekly.

You live under salary of 80k monthly, meanwhile your lifestyle cost over 120k monthly.

Ogunvic41 pls be careful of how you come in public.

With what I have read through, the guy has intention to defraud. And that makes him criminally liable.

Why is he hiding under multiple monikers?

According to what I read on whatsapp group, he use another driver as bait, then pretend he lost his phone and ran away and never pick his calls.

The difference between a contract breach and fraud is a fine line. A breach of contract deals more with disappointed expectations, whereas fraud deals with the intent to inflict financial harm.

Fraud is fact driven and involves dishonest conduct, I think he wants to continue the fraud act by hiding under breach of contract.
