I, too, advocated for self-sustaining six constituent states. I support his proposal for a proper federation with a federal legislature comprised of a House of Representatives and a part-time Senate elected on an equal basis by members of state legislatures. Senate should be downgraded. It will lower the costs of running government. I also like the idea of implementing a parliamentary democracy similar to that of the United Kingdom, as he suggested.
