It's probably not time for this discussion yet, but I'm getting frustrated. I have not seen anything different about this team except the fullbacks going inwards when attacking. We're still fully dependent on counter attacking football.

the thing is what eriksen is giving us in the midfield is not really what I think eth wants. Eriksen is suppose to collect the ball and drive it into the attack.. he doesn't have the legs for that.. he just sits deep and passes the ball across the pitch.. someone like a kovacic or dejong.. at least with Fred in the middle there's more energy.. if he is to play eriksen, then let him bench Bruno.

You can't trust Fred to drive with the ball at his feet either. He's not an option for that particular role you're talking about
