What pains me about this thread is that people always hold some guys in the team as scapegoats. How is Fred able to play with Casemiro but unable to play with Pogba?

Now, when I was talking about coaching players, I am seeing a huge decline in football abilities of Martial, Rashford, Greenwood, etc. But their counterparts in Arsenal and Chelsea are on the rise in techniques. Here you are talking about McTominay and Fred who even appear to maintain their consistency based on their level.

With a diamond midfield, we can comfortably play Telles and Dalot as wing backs while McFred covers for them and VDB and Bruno slot into the midfield...One of VDB or Bruno will have the license to push up when we attack that way, we will have bodies forwards and still have enough protection for the defense when counter-attacked...

Rashford, Greenwood and Sancho should come in from the bench depending on the outcome of the game after the hour mark...

Let's sign the Ajax coach ahead of the new season. We can't keep up with these experiments. Let's get a young manager with some track record of quality football on time so he has all his in/out transfers and some tactics figured out before we start another season.
Rauf 6 months can't be enough to foster his pressing system since some of our current players are bigger than him and that's being honest.
What can help him not have a disaster right now is buying some midfielders this January capable of doing serious donkey jobs for him till May.
He will be better as a sports director for us.
As for Maguire, even his girlfriend won't take his opinion on the United squad seriously.
