Well that will be very impressive if we can get two more defenders. However we should be very wary of bringing that much players in at the same time. Most won't be able to settle and may not survive the pressure they place themselves. The coach and the team has to be very good to allow them settle in, make their mistakes and learn, without feeling they have to compete and not make any error.

Also we still have the midfield situation. So far I have not seen much names. We need at least 2 midfielders and one winger

Been watching Zirkzee highlights and I am Impressed by his technical ability. Good technique, first touch and linkup play. Is Eth moving to a two striker system or he is coming as a back up to hojlund.

I'm not sure ETH plays a two striker system. He will probably use them interchangeably. Maybe against lesser teams, or pursuing a come back or result, he can throw in the two strikers

For them to include Eth in the review and even go as far as granting interview to other coaches is an indictment on him.

Well said. What you failed to mention is that this new administration has worked with ETH for about six months.

Now think of it this way. The organization where you work gets a new management. They work with you for six months, then start to head hunt potential replacements. They are not successful, so they come back to you. Does that not tell you there is something they are looking for and will dump you as soon as what they are looking for is available? Should that not make you think about your position in that organization?
