I think Diamond is d cheapest now. I called access bank yesterday to ask how much dollar and they told me $215. Access bank card charges hasn't dropped less than 207 to $1 for ova a month now. Even when Diamond bank charges were 198 to $1 theirs was 210. So anybody telling me access is d cheapest is either a staff there or is clueless. I call these banks all d time and at d end of d day,access bank is outrageously high.

When i get my Skye &Diamond bank card,i can start comparing too.

Between,i still need an appropriate authority to report a staff of post office area 1 who's bn hiding my parcels and claiming they've not arrived. Its now a personal beef.

This is the cheapest have heard so far and coming from GTB is why I don't think it's true. Access used to be one of the cheapest but they exchanged for 215 this morning. But if you say it's true then it's ok.

Nothing has changed. Thousands of Nigerians have been able to collect their PVC since Feb 14. Now they can perform their right as citizen of this country which would have been impossible if election had held about a month ago.
As for me, I still see GEJ as a small finish trying to swim in a big river and GMB as one that's is trying to prove that he can who win elections too. They both have nothing to offer Nigerians and are epic failures waiting to happen. Bad thing about GEJ is that his is already happened and it's to be continued.
The signs are obvious. The two parties are more interested in gettin one over the opposition than moving Nigeria forward.

This line of argument don't hold much water. Neither PDP nor APC is responsible for this insurgency. I bet you if GEJ had found a way to destroy BH since he would have done that considering the fact that the actions of these insurgents singlehandedly brought GEJ popularity both internationally and locally to an all time low.
