Do they vote for GEJ in 2011 massively to get meal too? Your brain is situated inside your skull: please locate it and use it for once.

i go with the banks bid rate most times to avoid missing out ..........and secondly the rate for 91days tenor should be around 10%.....its been around that......10% of 500k is 50,000 per annum....so 91 days is 1/4th the annual figure that is 50,000/4= 12,500naira.

My Advice is if you dont have need for the money its better to buy 364days and enjoy a higher rate like 13 to 14% per annum........that 3 to 4% will cost you over a long period of you look at it critically.
Thanks. I think it is high time I look for land within this range instead of allowing the money to remain idle. Accept my warmest regards.

Any suggestion on the rate I can bid with 500k for 91 days? However, what does 10% interest for 91days represent? Does it mean 50,000 for the whole 3 months?

Any evidence that Nigerians did the same thing for the past 16 years?

How can you be so biased? Is GEJ Obasanjo? Is He Yar'Adua? How have we done the same thing for the past sixteen years? Are you saying that you didn't witness the positive reforms in every aspect of our governmental activities for the past 4years? Why have you guys chosen to wallow in denial? Whatever his shortcomings maybe, does that warrant you denying him the respect and recognition he deserves?

Keep fanning the embers of myopic governance and outright negligence of the provisions of the supreme constitution, but remember not to cry wolf when what you did during GEJ's tenure is done to Buhari.
Why are you so subjective in your thinking? I mentioned sixteen years of PDP: who mentioned whether GEJ, OBJ, Yaradua etc? It seems you have not recovered from the loss GEJ experienced during the last election. In fact, the tone of your writing is full of agony and lamentation.

However, why can't you show us the achievements of PDP in the last sixteen years since the inception of democracy instead of beating about the bush? If your life has been transformed truly, I believe you will not be online always defending someone when you have your own business to manage.

Why have you chosen to stick by a bigot?
Because it is only an improvident somebody that will be doing the same thing in the same way for the past sixteen years and still be expecting a different result.

Career › Re: My Boss Nags Each Time Its Time To Pay Salary. Please Advise Me. by Ephemmm: 5:27pm On Aug 31, 2015
Ndlistic:
My boss nags in the office whenever the month is about to end. He wasn't like this before.

But,now, when month is about to end ,he would start nagging, looking for unnecessary fault.

What could be the reason for this? I need advise on how to handle this.

Note. He doesn't owe.

Just the nagging towards month end which he just started doing few months ago.

Thanks
Why are you disturbing yourself upon unnecessary thing? The man is paying you regularly afterall. Whereas thousands are outside there working ceaselessly and being sacked without committing any crime, yet those industry still owe them.

The earlier you recognize that you can't stay happy all the time while working for others, the better for you.

I dont even know what you are talking about. I give you an instance, i have personally been investing in treasury bills for the past 5 years with 3 different banks. on each occassion and bank, they normally leave my discounted interest and the difference is debited. There had never been a time that all my principal was debited only to credit the interest later. that can only happen when you buy government Bond. So the advice that was given is not bad at all because if it happened to me, i will go straight to the bank and raise my voice small.
What is the minimum amount one can invest on TB in GTB a beg? and I would like to know about auction date.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: I Lied About My Degree In Order To Apply For A Job by Ephemmm: 10:05am On Aug 28, 2015
Kacyrose:
I saw a job vacancy in a reputable company, which I think I am qualified apart from my degree. Only those with 1st class and 2.1 are qualified to apply for the job but I had to lie that I had 2.1 (but I truely had 2.2) in order to get access to continue with the application for the job.
I don't know what to do if I should get shortlisted for the job. Should I forget about it or go on with the interview even when I know that they will discover that I didn't meet up with one of their requirements. I am so confused
Go there and prove your worth: majority of job specification(grades) are used to prone down the number of candidates. I pray that the proficiency test favours you so that you will have avenue to prove yourself.

If it comes to worst, tell them it is a typographical error. Remember, the worst thing that can happen is not to give you the job, but you will have a lesion to learn.

Very nice thread. .

I dated an undergraduate and found that attitude of I am doing you a favour. Now I have built a strategy to beat that. I have dated most working class.. They are saucy. They feel arrived financially yet it's peanuts still depending on men to stay afloat. Most women have a false consciousness about money. I will prefer sponsoring a girl and have her respect 100percent than if she brings in N10k, she starts dictating for you. You never see anything..

Christianity Etc › Re: Lagos State Is Under Siege - Deeper Life by Ephemmm: 7:51pm On Aug 27, 2015
raayah:
Organized religion is one of the major causes of the increase in crime rate .

Deeper Life is a major culprit. They encourage their workers to quit their jobs so that they can 'serve god' more. After doing this, they start living in poverty, become desperate and turn to crime.

I was born and bred deeper life. I know first-hand what goes on there. They are very hypocritical. They encourage their members to breed like rats.

How can you encourage jobless men to have 8 kids.
I remember one member was arrested for stealing pigs to feed his large family. He was unemployed like the rest.

Organized religion is the major culprit for crime.
You can lie ooo
