Can we have a similar thread for world's oldest presidents and leaders?
I bet it's African presidents that will top the list and we wonder why we are seriously lagging behind other continents. |

VickyRotex: I was about to ask. But I guess he's not within the age bracket the Op was looking at. Trudeau is 46. And the oldest Op mentioned is 39. Wow! He looks so much younger, like a decade younger. I guess it's his looks that made me assume that. |

Blue3k: From what I understand. Other nations all the bill does is help us share intelligence better with other nations. I know we had extradition agreements but we had to make deals with Britain for example for them to report Nigerian property owners.
The best case scenario would be the criminals will have a harder time laundering money without thode countries reporting it. Okay, thanks for the response. I'm still not completely clear why a Bill would be required to share information better, but I'll do some research to find out more. |

It's ultimately Buhari's choice to resign or not. His health and his life are solely in his hands. If he wants to hold on desperately to power, it's also his choice, along with the consequences. |

May God eternally bless every Nigerian youth that will think differently and support intellectuals like Donald Duke, Akinwumi Adesina, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, etc to rescue us from the current vultures we have now Well said. |

And that is how this thread will be derailed....rather than focusing on the details of this Bill. One thing that is unclear is why is a Bill required to get international assistance with money laundering cases? Do the existing laws not imply this already? How about bodies like Interpol, where do they fall in all this? Blue3k, any idea? What practical difference will this Bill make to existing and future cases? The bill seeks to get relevant international assistance in cases of money laundering and provide framework for “other countries to assist in provision of and obtaining of evidence, making of arrangements for persons to give evidence”. |

Yes, he was married before we met. According to what I heard, the lady didn’t stay up to a month. I was told a funny story about it, I was told the mother-in-law was to collect cow leg and the l This is a red flag right here. |

seguno2: His sickness is self inflicted, what Yorubas call afowofa. Who forced him to contest for the presidency when he is unfit for the office? Who is forcing him not to resign? Exactly. The extensive travelling he did in his first one year must have impacted his health (particularly at this age). Unfortunately, the travels didn't bring any meaningful contribution to the country either. His solution is in his hands. It is his choice. |

I think this data should be placed side by side with the population of each state to put things into perspective.
The bigger / more populous a state, the more income it should generate in my opinion. |

A simple Google search was all you needed to do. Hopefully your find your excellence somewhere in life it's not in economic discussions.
Why is Ebonyi filled with liers that lie to make IGR figure lower you never explained. The states submit their own stats. Learn from this loss by thinking before speaking.

obailala: I've never really denied my disappointment in the current govt (even though I just dont like talking about it). I however still harbour a greater resentment for the last guys cos they had all that was needed but just chose to bungle it all up sharing private jets like toys to the detriment of real development. I feel really irked whenever I see people painting them saints and if you notice, most of my NL political comments are in response to such 'gej is a saint' comment. I totally get your point. I think things are currently so bad that people can't help but paint the previous administration in a better light. GEJ was no saint and should never be treated as such, but people need to stop placing the buck of every darn misnomer of this current admin at his feet, that's what annoys me and a number of people. They should be accountable and take responsibility for their failures. |
