-DG represented by state coordinator
-governor represented by minister of sport with the presentation of a dinner night in government house with the governor of the state exclusively.
-SSG represented with gift 20K
-though no monetary gift was mentioned by the DG
-registrar of EBSU present
-hall decoration cake almost free of cost.
