Here is more......

5.) Lake Guatavita, Colombia - The Gold Dust God.

The indigenous people around Lake Guatavita in Colombia, South America used to have an odd ritual to please their water god. A priest would cover himself in cold dust and then toss pieces of gold into the lake. As a result there's quite a bit of gold sitting at the bottom of the lake.
Sadly though, if you're looking to hunt for this treasure it might be a bit difficult. The Colombian government has banned anyone from trying to drain the lake to find the treasure.

6.) Lake Toplitz, Austria - Nazi Treasure.

It's no secret that the Nazis plundered valuables from their victims during World War II. However as the tide turned against them, panic set in to cover up all of the things they stole.
A good portion of it was allegedly dumped into Lake Toplitz in Austria. You need to obtain permission from the government to go searching for the buried treasure. However they hardly ever permit anyone to do so.

7.) Washington, Georgia - Secret Confederate Gold.

Right before the south began to contemplate surrender in 1865 during the Civil War, there was the question of what to do with the rest of its treasury. No one quite knows exactly what happened to the money. However, there's a rumor it was buried somewhere near Washington, Georgia.

Despite the seemingly endless power of modern technology, there is still actual buried treasure out there. The best part? It's yours for the taking if you have knowledge and endurance to find it.
I know it sounds like a movie, right? But there are historical facts to back it up. Check out these 7 places around the world where there is still buried treasure. Who knows, maybe you could try your luck?

1.) Mexico City - Treasure of La Noche Triste.

In 1520, the Spanish occupied the Aztec capital city of Tenochtitlan. As you might imagine they were not very good guests, so the Aztecs decided to expel them from the city. Hernán Cortés being the greedy leader he was, ordered his men to stuff their armor with Aztec gold on their way out.
As Tenochtitlan was an island city in the middle of a lake, the Aztecs opted to just push many of the Spanish soldiers into the water. Because they were weighed down with all their armor and gold, they sunk right to the bottom.
The site of Tenochtitlan is now modern day Mexico City. It sites on the dry lake bed on top of all that buried Aztec gold.

2.) Coco Islands - The Treasure of Lima.

We have English Captain William Thompson to thank for this one. Back in 1820 Thompson was ordered to bring a cache of treasure (estimated today to be worth $269 million) from Lima, Peru to Mexico City. It never arrived.
Legend has it that Thompson hid the loot somewhere on the Coco Islands, off the cost of Costa Rica. Despite countless expedition, no one has ever found the treasure.

3.) Haymarket, Virginia - Col. John Singleton Mosby's Missing Treasure.

Confederate Col. John Singleton Mosby and his Partisan Rangers successfully attempted a risky attack on Northern troops garrisoned at the Fairfax Courthouse in early spring 1863. Mosby and his men captured 42 Union soldiers and raided what they could from their quarters.
What they found was a stash of priceless family heirlooms stolen by the Union troops. Before the courthouse could be recaptured by the North, Mosby had one his men take the heirlooms and hide them in the countryside. They still haven't been found.

4.) The Florida Keys - La Nuestra Señora de Atocha.

La Nuestra Señora de Atocha, or "Our Lady of Atocha," was a Spanish treasure ship that sunk in 1622 carrying a huge amount of treasure. Although some of the booty has been recovered, there is still a good part of it missing somewhere on the ocean floor.

Education / 7 Tips To Buy Products At The Right Price. by Ephramed(m): 7:54am On Aug 28, 2014
Here are a few guides i use in shopping.said let me share.

1. WINDOW SHOP. Well window shopping helps you a lot to know the current prices of things and what is new in the market.so take your time walk around different stores/malls to look around them.

2.DONT depend on only one store/mall.maybe you rely on only one store/mall for your supply, but it's not a good way of shopping.check other malls around before finally settling for the one you feel has the right price offer.

3. ASK people.well this might be tough for some people."the HAUSAs SAYS, MAY TAMBAYA BAYA MBATA WA"[one that asks doesn't get lost].though some may exaggerate the price especially among females but some of the males no problem.but whichever way it goes. it helps you to have a benchmark on the price.

4. the NET: well this is just for you to go through the store of the manufacturers catalog and price tag.but check for the stores in your particular country. To have a price benchmark.

5. ONLINE stores/mall: well maybe you've never bought anything online before, but believe me.they help a lot in knowing the prices of products.they are many online stores/mall you can look up price from. example OLX,KONGA.or look up the price on Nairaland etc

6. know what you want: not that its when you get to the store/mall you start checking for what you want to buy, when you reach there tell them this is what i want.again for ladies its difficult,it is when they get there they look for what they want to buy.but always have a specific thing in mind

7. BARGAIN IF given the chance to: dont be shy though in large stores/mall where they put price tag on them you are not given the chance, but if given the chance try to bargain in prices.no price is too small.

Thanks. hope it helps.and please you can add yours.

This is my little story.though if i sit to recall it.cant stop laughing the event that day.though yours may be hilarious,or tragic you can share.so enjoy.
.,.......
..
Knock knock,ku tashi ku tashi.was the sound that woke me up early hours of friday 2am precise.i woke up. it was our father.i asked what happened,wz wondering if na armed robbers.
But to my greatest shock he said we should boil water quick.been in the northern part of the state we use firewood to cook meals.so we asked what the problem was he said that his friend called him that it was announce on BBC HAUSA NEWS that everyone should bath with warm water and salt (saline water) and drink some part of it because of Ebola virus.
I was like ah! When did ebola enter northern states abi na breeze e dey take fly now.
My brother and sister were kind of divided on the issue.for them not to disobey they boiled water few followed while the rest didnt.
E get one neighbour for my side na the mysterious type of neighbour.i go fit even swear say nobody dey for the next compound lo and behold ,because him come borrow salt and hot water and only that time i know say, person dey live for that compound.
All Thanks to EBOLA.
The next day i woke up to bath and be ready for the hustle of the day.met my friend he said ya waka da gishiri(how wz bathing with salt) i said ni ban yi ba(i didnt do it).he said him his mother woke them up by 3 am that everybody must bath no exception.so he had no choice.
In one house the mother took a big container for storing water and soaked all her children inside.for another man. he was shouting on his wife that; since kerosine finish you no fit tell person.see emergency now, how you go do.better go borrow sharp sharp.
The poor woman had no choice.in that night she has to go out
.perhaps that her story.i know to many its worse but people i pity most is those with HBP.if this is how rumours spread without people confirming source then we in trouble.what if one day a rumour just start spreading that a particular set of people should start killing a particular set that it was broadcasted,so this how damage would have been done.
Its a shame.or is is fear or is it ignorance.no one knows.
My advice always confirm source of news.and please those that broadcast news like this should play it safe.
Thanks for taking your time to read this.have a lovely week ahead of you.
