FoodRe: Jevinik Restaurant In Lagos - Phone Number by Epi: 9:31pm On Feb 28, 2009
Try calling Baker's Plaza (01123417743215) in Lagos and ask if they can help you. If not, try the International telephone directory, through your local operator

Just because you are smarter than me doesn't mean I can't always be right.

Rule #1 - Your Boss is always right
Rule #2 - If you think the Boss is wrong refer to Rule #1

FamilyRe: Living Alone: Pros And Cons by Epi: 4:44pm On Feb 28, 2009
the truth is, I don't pay rent but it's a nice independent feeling.

Just don't get caught up with the peer pressure like me, trying to please your friends (to fit in with the crowd.) Don't live above your income. If you can't roll with the "big wigs" find some lame excuse or speak (i can't afford it) the truth. I know of two ppl who used to hang out with us and got evicted from their apartments. Be yourself and know yourself. Don't let pride kill you. Don't have your boyfriend move in with you. yea, let him eat, sleep and leave. if he wants to move in, Let him put a ring on your finger first wink

Me, with peer pressure, i was drinking, using the ef-word every second and coming home late -1 am every weekend. My mom and dad talked/slapped some sense in2 me. i don't drink anymore and I only type (don't use it in person) the ef-word. I am back to living single, old-fashioned ways and loving it.

Oh yea, Please stay in touch with your parents. it's healthy

Best of luck and be careful

I am watching Black to the Future  (real funny and informative) on VH1.  Not sure if its me but I can hardly understand what Fantasia is saying.  She speaks as if she has "tie-tongue"

I have changed my mind, a man paying dowry to his bride's family is not a bad thing. It symbolizes his position as the caregiver in the family.
Outstrip:
I doubt that they are mexicans sha but I may be wrong. They might be colombians cause I know they still do the dowry stuff over there
I shouldn't be laughing but these comments are down right funny grin grin grin

Not sure why I let my friends “lead me astray”.  It was like “I dare you” and stupid me took up the offer

oh yea, and don't do Eyebrow threading. It's really painful, seriously

FYI,

don't expect a check of $400/800 in your mail.  It's nothing like the $600/900 we got from Bush last year (the best Bush did 4 us grin) You are getting back $13.00 (tax break) more dollars on your weekly paycheck.

Disappointed?? Look at it this way; it's enough to buy Halal food.  Sorry, I had to mention halal food b/c I had some this afternoon and it was off the hook (tasty) tongue
