Why would a man risk his health, his marriage and his reputation for a little nookie (pussy) on the side and blame it on booze.  Like I say “Tom drunk but Tom’s no fool”

God I yearn for the day when I can read something like this from the women on this forum “My husband will never cheat because he is too fine and decent” instead of making idiotic excuses like “I love him, it’s the first time he cheated, I know he loves me, he said he’s sorry. . . . and the list goes on.  It’s like their husbands cheat and they don’t seem to mind or even care.

Then you have some good-for-nothing men on here cheering the lady telling her “yea, give him another chance, you are a wonderful lady because you forgive your husband, tell him next time use a condom” . . . oh spare me with your pretentious ramblings.

And just when you think you have heard it all, here comes the “preachers” quoting scriptures to justify cheating husbands.

Now let's turn the table for a moment. . .

*turning the table* - I wonder what the reactions would’ve been if it was the woman who got drunk, had sex with a stranger and gave her husband Chlamydia

Must admit that davidyland, gamechange and Justgood responses were honest

"Now is the accepted time, not tomorrow, not some more
convenient season. It is today that our best work can be done
and not some future day or future year. It is today that we

@poster

Its all psycology.
The fact that he says he wants to leave is a tactic that immediately puts you on the defensive. I remember a few years ago a friend of mine was caught cheating by his wife and he used the exact same tactic. He came home apologizing, saying , since he had been caught, she deserved better, he would have to leave, she in turn started to beg him no to go, that she was willing to work at the marriage. This now is a standing joke which we constantly reminisce over when we hang out. This guy has you where he wants you. If you love someone, you do not hurt them, period. Thats my belief and no phantom or silly reason anybody comes up with can change that. I am human and I have urges and desires which I candidly would tell my wife, so we do take joint action to rectify the situation rather than hide and jump at every opportunity a girl throws at me. I love my wife too much to want to make her sad or hurt, its enough of the excuses, real men dont do stupid.

Its appears to me that your man has you wrapped around his finger, he knows you can't leave him, and dont be fooled thinking this is the only time he has been unfaithful, just accept that this is the one that got blown over cause of the STD he infected you. At the end of the day, no one on any forum can really advise you. The situation is your cross to bare, you know him, is he in your life for you or is he in your life for himself? If for you, then maybe it really is an aberration otherwise do the right thing.

Tom drunk but Tom's no fool.

My mom divorced 2ice (bad choices in men except my father) and her third marriage is looking shaky right now.  She doesn’t like divorce because it’s painful for all of us but at the same time she is not going to let anyone take advantage of her. . .especially if she can take care of herself.

The choice is yours?  However, with all the STDs going around, please be careful

Much love and best of luck

hurtin:
I don't think I've given love a bad name, nor am I stupid.

I'm tying to give Marriage a good name. By not falling (& Divorcing) at the first problem we have.

My feelings are that I'd rather give it a second try and if it happens again, at least I'd know that I'd given my best to my marriage.
After all isn't marriage something to work at, and not divorce at the slightest problem huh

Too many people divorce these days, and I'd rather not be one of them.
He seems to be genuinely sincere in his apology.
I've been with him for 6 years, never argued of fought before.
Perhaps I should allow him this one mishap huh

Isn't everyone entitled to one mistake ?

I feel like strangling love to death.
Love has caused me heartaches and troubles and I am sure I am not the only one.
What is love anyway? Just a pain I can’t maintain.
A silly emotion I think everyone can go without.
Then again, why am I blaming Love when cupid is at fault?
I feel like shooting cupid to the ground and step on its F***king face.
F**k cupid.

*Grabbing my knife to find cupid*

***sigh*** if I catch cupid,
I’ll torture him
Cut his fingers off one by one
Force my knife right through his heart and watch him bleed to death
Then I’ll say “that’s what it feels like to have your heart broken you piece of Sh*t”

Hmm, sounds like a plan to me.
I say lets get rid of cupid.

Who is with me to find cupid?
If you are on my side, grab your knife and pitchfork
Rally against cupid I say. grin grin

Today I cried because my mom was crying and was saying that my father-in-law lied to her again.  I don’t know what about but my mom packed up some of her clothes and is staying in a hotel.  I just keeping thinking to myself is this really happening?  What if they get a divorce?   I can’t handle this because I don’t want to see my mom go through another divorce for the third time?  It’s sad because my mom is just 53. . . . .Grrrrr

Today's Inspirational Quotes:

My mother drew a distinction between achievement and success. She said that achievement is the knowledge that you have studied and worked hard and done the best that is in you. Success is being praised by others. That is nice but not as important or satisfying. Always aim for achievement and forget about success --- Helen Hayes

Keep a good heart. That's the most important thing in life. It's not how much money you make or what you can acquire. The art of it is to keep a good heart. --- Joni Mitchell

The grand essentials of happiness are: something to do,
something to love, and something to hope for.

BusinessRe: Starting a Business (For The Entrepreneurs) by Epi: 5:09am On Feb 24, 2009
Just thought I should throw this question out.

Buying a Business vs. Starting a Business

Assuming you are passionate about this business.  You are satisfied with the business sales history and as to why they are selling the business. The company has a good reputation and customer base is solid.  Question: would you buy a business or start a new one?

Personally, I think buying a business is the best way to go. It's expensive but worth it. I know it’s cheaper to start your own business but hey, you have a lot of marketing to do.
Whereas, when you buy a business (already established) you have the existing customers hence quick revenue.

What's your take on this?

Angostura Aromatic Bitter

Whenever I have hiccup, I put a few drops of Angostura Bitters in a glass of water and drink it.  Yep, it’s bye bye hiccup.  I also use it to flavour most of my foods and drinks. Just a few dashes can enhance the flavor of any dish.  We still don’t know the formula/ingredients for Angostura Bitters but I do know Angostura Bitters is made in Trinidad & Tobago (T&T)

Angostura Bitters “Go Ahead Be Bitter See If I Care”

Now that you have a new one in your hands, you’re thinking as what do I do with it?? Good questions. Let’s skip the upset stomach and go right to the most common cause - cocktails. I won’t go into details here as you can always Google it and get a thousand great ideas. Try them. Your sophistication in tending to guests will impress. And your remedy for the hangover will show you versatile! What I’m curious about is cooking with bitters.
