Damentia: Most of the guys forming millionaire here can not even boast of a 100k if asked to tender their account statements.... as for me I made my millions from selling choice plots of lands at different locations within my state, later on I got into mini import biz and started importing mobile phones both new and fairly used from China and USA...a lot of the ideas on nairaland business section really helped me,afterwards I bought some online manuals about how to sell on Amazon as a non US resident, without wasting time I gave it a try,I was selling different kinds of tech products,I get this products from sellers from alibaba in China. And with this business of selling on Amazon I was able to earn about 3 million naira in the first 3 months.
. I need the course on how to sell on Amazon |

TheManofTomorrow: I was prompted to create this trend because I believe a large population of Nairaland are students. Some student might learn a thing or two from this thread too.
So what are you doing this ASUU strike, learning skills, having fun, making money, improving yourself? What are you doing really?
I'm a pharmacy student of OOU. I'm using this period to learn web development and improving my writing skills- wanna build a Forum like Nairaland. Also tutoring chemistry { my best subject} at a jamb tutorial on Thursdays and Saturday ( with little pay BTW but I believe it will improve me and make me read ahead of resumption) So guys, what are you doing this ASUU strike? Don't let this strike go unutilized for positive things Which level |

Properties › Re: Don't Be A Victim. Investigate Every Property Before You Buy Any Land This Year by erenax: 11:47am On Jan 18, 2019 |
Treash: A young man contacted me on this platform to help him sell a property. We initially secured buyers who were interested. The young man (seller) confirmed to me that the property is verified to be okay because he had bought it for several years. Just few days to making payment, I contact the land registry to verify acquisition status on the land so that the buyers won't waste resources.
The report which came out from the Ministry Data base shows that the property is under acquisition. I was shocked at the news. Imagine, what if the buyers had paid? The seller won't refund the money of course and the buyer wl be left to battle with heart attack. Verifying landed property is cheap and fast. The result is out within 1 hour in Ogun State, and within a day in Lagos. Kindly exercise patience in doing your search before you pay to avoid regret.

benson03: I made my first million at the age of 22 now 23,, While on campus I moved with people that were more successful than I am,ranging from estate agents and already called to bar lawyers, after close observation i realised this set of people were making more than enough money from property management, house leting and other estate agent business,,to cut the story short I registered and got licensed by ERCAAN with ID card and certificate,I started creating aggressive awareness on campus about what I do and as God will have his way, clients were calling in to either rent apartment or buy land and other categories of properties and that was how I was able to save over a million in a year,,Glory to God... I want to sell my land can u help |
