I remembered fixing my self level suspension issues myself, 2 of the fuses at the rear, fuse 87 and 93 or so, not sure, it has been a while. I even patched one of my leaking balloons with super glue.

the balloon is now cheap, 20k for a pair in Ladipo.

4.4i has a better highway mpg because IMO, that is the right engine for the weight of that car, it will handle inertia, friction, weight of the car and other resistants easily.

Before you buy a car, ask people that drive that same car questions, not fake online kazeems.

I have done the 3.0 , 4.4 of the e53 4 years ago. The 4.4i is better, lighter and more fun to drive.

I just dropped the e70 because it is not as rugged as the e53.

Justice A. T Mohammed of the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has convicted and sentenced Babangida Dantata, Yusuf Abdullahi, Hassan Mohammed and Dickson Peter to various jail terms for illegally dealing in petroleum products. .

The defendants were arraigned on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Port Harcourt’s Zonal Office, on a one-count separate charge bordering on illegal dealing in petroleum products.

One of the count charge read: "That you Babangida Dantata, Yusuf Abdullahi and Hassan Mohammed sometimes in April, 2018, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court did distribute petroleum products (Automotive Gas Oil) with Freightliner Tanker with registration number GME 371 XA, Mack Tanker with registration number EKY 844 XN and DAF Tanker with registration number RSH 347 ZA without a licence and thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 4(1) of the Petroleum Act, Cap P10 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria (LFN) 2004 and punishable under Section 4(6) of the same Act”.

The defendants pleaded guilty when the charges were read to them.

In view of their pleas, prosecuting counsels, S. Chime and K.W. Chukwuma-Eneh prayed the court to convict and sentence the defendants accordingly.

Counsel to the defendants, M. M. Suleiman did not oppose the prayer by the prosecution.

Justice Mohammed convicted and sentenced Dantata, Abdullahi and Mohammed to two years imprisonment with an option of fine of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000) each while Peter was convicted and sentenced to a fine of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000).

Troubles started for all the convicts when the EFCC received a petition from the Nigerian Army, 6 Division, Port Harcourt, accusing them of illegally dealing in petroleum products without any license.

In the case of Buhari, it is very obvious the original certificate is lost. So, I don’t know the certificate you are talking about that showed 8 papers. WAEC issued an attestation of result to the president last year showing only 6 subjects. Cambridge also issued a certifying statement of result this year showing the same 6 subjects and same grades as shown in that of WAEC. So, where exactly is the discrepancy that you’re taking about? Please back up your claim by posting a copy of any Buhari certificate either from WAEC or Cambridge showing 8 subjects.

Those guys are irredeemable. The mistake we keep making is to assume they are actually interested in fact-finding. They are not at all! They have already made up their mind and will never shift positions, no matter the evidence you put to their faces. They will keep on squirming around. They don't have any alternative facts but keep foaming in the mouth and throwing unverified claims. When you put forward your own claim, they will dispute it without any counter evidence.

This is a legal matter. The WAEC official is right to state that he can only speak for WAEC and not Cambridge. Let the court subpoenaed Cambridge officials to speak for themselves.

The documents are pasted below for you. Which discrepancies are you talking about?

For your information, WAEC does not list subjects that are failed (F9) on their certificate. That is the reason he was registered for 8 subjects but the attestation is only showing 6. He got grade 9 in maths and one other subject according to the statement of result from the school broadsheet.

That submitted was 'CTC' by Abba kyari that showed 8 subjects as the raw data and was denied by WAEC deputy registrar.

So after bringing a statement of result from an institution, you have to collect another letter from such institution confirming that the document emanates from them? Does that even make sense to you? The onus rest on the person disputing the document to prove.

So you are saying Buhari, President of Nigeria forged a letter from Cambridge University. According to you the University never wrote that letter right?

Which subjects are inconsistent with the WAEC version? Post both documents, let us see.
