agabusta: Why are you people so uni-directional? Why are u only waiting for them to deny it without even considering that the document may actually be genuine?
Pls go ahead and make the request. We'll appreciate that.
Also, ensure you create a thread on the response you get.
I remember in 2015, people like u also made lots of noise that Hausa was not being offered as at 1961 that they will get in touch with Cambridge. After Cambridge confirmed, they went dumb and started picking on other points. keep defending the defenceless.we all know this certificate is fake, you refused also to acknowledge the names on it, you overlooked that bit too. where you blind to that too?? Its is glaringly clear to the man on the street that this is a cooked up certificate and a very poor job at doing it cos a dunce did it! |

agabusta: The write-up is balderdash. Senior lawyers dont engage in overkill, when the objectives of their defence has already been achieved, thats for upcoming lawyers.
Stop listening to hearsay and confirm information yourself. The WAEC man gave each grade on the result obtained by the president in court.
Atiku lawyers were only trying to play funny by asking him questions on the Cambridge copy of the result, which he rightly countered them, that he can only talk about the WAEC results because he represents WAEC.
Kindly note that both bodies collaborated on the exams as at then, and both have the results and are empowered to issue a statement of result. And in this reply you managed to miss the bit where one cert says he sat for 8 subjects and another said 6 subjects is this not an apisode of being a blind BAT I follow the political sceene from here 24/7 and well informed thank you very much. |

omhor: No one is ever expecting the Supreme Court to pronounce Atiku winner but the point I believe they want to score has been achieved. I have been in that court all through and for the first time I see Barr Wole Olanipekun SAN closing his case prematurely.
It is not for any reason beyond the fact that the key witnesses they produce rather than helping the matter threw spanner in the works. The old man that came to testify on certificate said the army never collected their papers, the WAEC/, Cambridge man said the certificate our President is holding is not from them. Abba Kyari was the funniest of the three when he said he brought picture of the graduating set of the president and under cross examination the question was asked " is there a different between picture and certificate"? He answered yes. The question was asked again ' can a picture stand in the place of certificate' he said no. Simply making useless of his submission.
The main point here is that Nigeria Judiciary is on trial not Buhari VS Atiku again. In fact the certificate issue more than INEC server issue. At the end of the day it was discovered that no certificate was attached to Buhari's INEC form, even no qualification in the CV tendered in court, yet this is defended tooth and nail by our elites, even journalists.
The wise ones after the revelation, has kept quiet because it is better to be silent than stand for what you can't tell your child tomorrow.
Wole Olanipekun (SAN) practically has nothing to say again. INEC that conducted election did not call any witness to confirm that the election it conducted was credible. APC did not call any witness to argue that the election it won was credible. Only Buhari called witnesses who did more damage than good to his case. So the matter has been settled.
Like I said, It is the judiciary that is on trial, not any other person. In the end the matter will be judged based on technicality which will now be the apex court overruling itself when it had earlier said matter should be on merit and not technicalities.
This issue is not about Buhari and Atiku, it is about the fabric of the nation. It is about building a credible and reliable judicial system..But again this is Nigeria where what our mouth is saying is contrary to what our mind believes.
Tunji Olanipekun A judicial correspondent @ agabusta come and read what your mate wrote and learn a thing or two from it instead of being a blind BAT! |

agabusta: You obviously lack comprehension skills. Go back and read the link you provided.
The WAEC official stated that the exam was jointly conducted by WAEC and Cambridge.
He then specifically said he cannot talk about the document of Cambridge, as he is not an official of Cambridge but can talk about that of WAEC.
He then listed out the result obtained by the president from WAEC records. It seems your reading did not see this part right? Well well well, if shyte was sugar-coated your likes will eat it still you 4got this bit He said the president had C5 in Oral English, A3 in History, C3 in Geography, C5 in Health Science and C5 in Hausa Language respectively. He added that Buhari came out with aggregate score of 32 and was categorized in Grade 2. “I confirm that whoever has this result has secondary certificate,” he added. Counsel to the petitioners, Dr. Livy Izoukwu (SAN), during cross examination, asked the witness to spell the name on the certificate. The witness told the tribunal that the name on both the list of candidates and the certificate was “Mo-hamed Buhari”. Was it not at this Juncture he decided to make that statement to eliminate himself from silliness cos he can see fru the tunnel where this is leading?? you lot are the reasons these lot up there take Nigerians for a ride, anyway Enjoy your change me don port since! |

midolian: Sowore actually needs help..
This man contested election and lost like his party didn't appear on the ballot paper. After elections, he was accused by party members of massive looting of hard-earned campaign funds. This is the same person who wants to lead revolution.
The m0r0n even wants to set himself ablaze out of frustration...As we all know, suicide is a crime in the Nigerian constitution, so his arrest is in order. You never can tell how many m0r0ns like him would want to roast their skin for few days fame(which of course will come after death)...as the most common kind of followership we have in this country is blind followership.
I don't have a problem with his so called revolution but with the supporters of this revolution. Majority of his supporters are from the condemned end of the country and we all know whatever they support fails in the end..If you are really interested in a positive change, start from your various local governments and states. your local government chairmen and governors are busy shaping their present and future with what is meant to shape your present and future..and all you lots can do is to leave your states to settle in other people's states wherein you complain as if you were sold to them as slaves ...
...And when the government of the day tries to prosecute them, you guys flood social media with jargons as if the country belongs to the criminals you worship...it doesn't even stop there,..you guys even troop out in numbers chanting bunkums like "Our son is being witch-hunted", "Nigeria will burn if our son is not released and bla bla bla"...
Lastly to my misguided brothers from the condemned end, if you really care about this country, you would have thought about revolution when the drunk hat-man was in power, when he and his shapeless wife ran this country like it was a beer parlour...but No, you guys won't! because you benefitted from the rot in the system the most. Now that things are going back to normal, you are thinking revolution...
let's see how far you can go! your post was making sense until you mentioned CONDEMNED END. The only person that seems to come from a condemned end is YOU! |

Politics › Re: 5 Million Nigerians Lifted Out Of Extreme Poverty In Three Years - Buhari by erico2k2(m): 11:00am On Aug 02, 2019 |
tstx: President Muhammadu Buhari, says the federal government's introduced National Social Investment Programme (NSIP) of the federal government, has in three years, lifted no fewer than five million Nigerians out of extreme poverty.
Mr Buhari said this at the opening of the Global Youth Employment Forum of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Abuja on Thursday. He said the forum was an opportunity for young persons to address the challenges of national economic stability.
The president's claim came despite report by the World Poverty Clock in 2018 that Nigeria had overtaken India with the largest number of people living in extreme poverty.
According to the report released in May 2018, Nigeria now has an estimated 87 million people in extreme poverty, compared to India's 73 million. Represented by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Mr Buhari commended the ILO for committing itself to youth employment.
He noted that the federal government had an in-depth understanding of the rapidly changing demographics and the emerging world of work.
"We note at this point that the issue of youth unemployment has assumed a global significant, and on the front burner of development discourse. "The government of Nigeria understands the need to focus attention on youth empowerment by creating the enabling environment for job opportunities and capacity building.
"The present administration from the onset, made the investment in our people, one of the key goals of the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan, which is the national development blueprint from the period of 2017 to 2020. "The implementation of the plan also has the flagship programme such as the National Social Investment Programme (NSIP).
"It has yielded some measurable outcomes in the form of increased school enrolment and the creation of more jobs.
"One of the key components of the NSIP is the N-Power programme and its sub-components has led to the creation of job opportunities in different sectors of the economy for young persons.
"For example, in the past three years, the programme has yielded over 2 million direct and indirect employment opportunities and has lifted over 5 million Nigerians out of extreme poverty, "In addition to this achievement, some sectors of the economy with high propensity for massive job creation and employment generation were specifically target by the government for various forms of support."
Mr Buhari noted that these sectors included agriculture, solid minerals, power, works and housing, trade and investment, and also in the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The president said some programmes of the federal government were also targeted at the informal sectors, improving their capacity and boosting the domestic economy, such as the import restriction the executive order on ease of doing business.
The ILO Director General, Guy Ryder, called on governments and the social partners to foster pro-employment growth and decent job creation through macroeconomic policies.
According to him, with right macro-economic policies in place, it will promote youth employability, youth entrepreneurship and rights to tackle the social consequences of youth unemployment.
Read also: Southeast Governors to set up Zonal Security Centre "There is the need to promote macroeconomic policies and fiscal incentives that support employment and stronger aggregate demand, improve access to finance and increase productive investment, taking account of different economic situations in countries."
He recalled that at its 101st International Labour Conference in June 2012, the ILO adopted a Resolution calling for immediate, targeted and renewed action to tackle the youth employment crisis.
NLC President, Ayuba Wabba, said the event was an opportunity to cross-fertilise ideas in addressing the global challenge of unemployment and under-employment.
He said young persons have the potential to contribute positively to national development, stressing that the forum would seek out solutions to the fundamental issues fuelling the challenge of work.
Earlier, the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, Williams Alo, said the forum reminded all countries to do things differently, saying Nigeria could not continue to do things differently and expected a positive change.
"After three years of rising unemployment rates, the ILO 2018 World Employment Social Outlook forecast a slight drop in global unemployment rate from 5.6 per cent in 2017 to 5.5 per cent in 2018.
"However, with ever increasing number of person entering into the labour market to seek employment, youth continue to face substantially worse labour market conditions that their adult counterparts," he said. (NAN)

The energy you and your fellow viewers put into a show of gross irrelevance to national development , if you put it into the last national elections , there would have been changes in Nigeria now ! Responding to my comment as you said was a waste of energy , but the breakdown of Tasha's letter to Nelson you gave here , was a waste of energy and useful time , it's really interesting that a mature man is so concerned with an irrelevant issue like this ! seyisanya: Awesome, thanks for this. But note that Primark is cheap(including quality of their products. They last weeks or a few months). However, Zara and H&M are affordable with much better quality.
[q1uote author=Osemigho post=80690942]London visit had come and gone. Below are some lesson learnt.
1. Airbnb accommodation is a cheaper alternative to a hotel for people that are willing to cook. We, my girlfriend and I, spent about 100 pounds for six days feeding because we cooked daily. 2. For those willing to take a train from the Airport, insist on buying Oyster card at the airport. We could have saved about 24 pounds but a customer care rep. lied to us that we cannot get Oyster card at the airport. We bought train tickets there, only to see another stall selling Oyster card. We ended up buying that too for about 50 pounds each for a week trip around London. 3. Avoid the train if you have many pieces of luggage. Having to lift and move our pieces of baggage, luggage, etc was a nightmare. I tried to be a man, but even strangers had to help us sometimes. This was one of our worst but memorable experience upon entering London. We avoided it by taking a cab (about 50 pounds) to Heathrow airport during departure. 4. Primark seems to be a good place to shop. Compare to most of my experience in Canada, Primark offers low price products generally below 20 pounds. I think I bought some 3-pound shirt and female bags around 15 pounds.
I will continue to update as it goes. Next time take the Piccadilly line, it is designed for the easy rout to Heathrow. |

If your car recommends the oil, use it but Toyota forbid it and I believe many automakers forbids it too. This oil is not in the same category with the mobil from the US. This type is made in Egypt and we don't share any similar interests with Egyptian auto industry hence the oil is good for Renault and Peugeot and other cars but I know that no powerful European car has recommended this particular mobil 1 sold locally for their cars ditto the Americans or the Asians. Practically these oils are suitable for nothing. The RRS Diesel Engines recomend 5W30 though |
