My broda. Give thanks to Marwa. That man remains one of the best governors in Lagos. I have 4 of them who had done well in lagos and gave us the reason to be proud of it. Pa Jakande, (the visioner of modern Lagos), Col. Buba Olanrewaju Marwa( he worked hard to sanitize lagos), Raji Fashola (Mr no nonsense who brought discipline) and Ambode( Mr project). Others are inconsequential. Had ambode and fashola toed Tinubu's path they'd not have done so much. He wanted dropping fashola in his 2nd term but we dared him. Lagosians said if he tried it, we'd vote fashola, regardless of the party he defected to. He now made a you-turn. Marwa knows how to catch drug barons. He caught so much of them in lagos as governor. We called him Mr sanitizer.

Nigeria is falling . We pray God intervenes. The crop of politicians we have today are evil. They don't mean well for you and I, but themselves and cronies. I hope we can look beyond ethnicity for once and think Nigeria. Sadly, some of our politicians are culpable. They'd still secure their release and a good reason they keep doing it. Remember the aide of dapo abiodun who committed crime in America? Those are the kinds of people we have as leaders.

Obi isn't the kind of politicians you see in Nigeria today. The clothes he wears or his appearance is a true description of him. I've been seeing him in that attire long before now. We've flown same flight together twice as well, God is my witness on this. That's the way he always appears, not today. He carries his bags by himself, one black briefcase like that and newspapers under his armpit. He didn't just start looking this way today. I'm talking of years back.

You can imagine someone like him, a successful Banker looking this simple always. What else does he need? Do you know the worth of this bank?

Did their simple dress impoverish the millions of their employees worldwide? Only Nigerians think this way. No wonder we're still stagnant as a nation. What do you expect from someone who had a private jet money but refused to buy one? What do you expect from someone who refused to have entourage as governor in order to cut cost? I still don't know how they'd convince the minds of over 200m Nigerians during their campaigns. Is it the north that are grappling with insecurity, or the SMEs that have closed shop due to crazy exhange rates, or student's who had wasted a whole year, or the masses and civil servants who can't make do with their salary due to inflation? Or massive unemployment and corruption under apc? People should know the era of open deceit is gone. People are wiser now. Give money and a bag of rice and see people vote based on their conscience. The osun election is enough proof it won't be business as usual

A good reason many are voting next year. Millions of Nigerians had pvc for ceremonial reasons, maybe in case bank would ask for it for account opening or something. They didn't register for, or obtain the pvc for voting purposes. They only observe things on their TV on election day on top of delicious meals and wine, feasting with family in their various homes.

The edo, ekiti, Anambra and osun election conduct and results had gingered the hope of voters. Votes can now count and the popular candidate can have a breath of hope. The only challenge I foresee is vote buying. Thugs can't also disrupt voters anymore in places like lagos, except they've prepared their minds for the unexpected as inec now contemplate the use of army in some sensitive states and locations. They also said there would be a rerun in such areas if there's violence as nobody will be disenfranchised anymore. Kudos to inec.

More people would come back home to invest and stay by the time Obi becomes president. No place like Nigeria
