ValCon888:E.g, atiku and co. Atiku was VP fo 8 good years and was fingered by a major newspaper in oil bunkering |
pleasureosondu:I'm telling you. Obi don open their yansh |
How this illegal activity had been going on for decades under the pdp and apc is still baffling. Had obi not bursted their bubbles recently during an interview on cnn during which he talked about the oil bunkering and those who are likely involved and how he'd stop the mess, our government would still have kept quiet, same way they did during the covid-19 lockdiwn in 2020 when everyone was at home globally but a vessel of crude was sigthed on the Chinese sea , which was traced to Nigeria. Malami was fingered in the deal but he denied it. Obi will stop all these mess which both the apc and pdp had put us into for ages. |
Gitoosa: ![]() |
KingKO22:You need answer right ? It's for campaign and in line with our constitution. I'd remind you when the apc seeks financial help from the apc governors and co for campaign |
Durabest:We the supporters are donating, not obi. The money isn't for obi. Its campaign funds. Wait as other candidates do the same. |
Peterobiisathie:You're the OP, same you rushed to comment first. I hope you're finding it easy to catch some sleep on top obi mata shaa. Try and be sleeping oo, it's good for your health. |
Ijoba apa. |
DadaHammed:Lol. I'm Still laughing here. This government isn't serious. The truth is, they have nothing to.give ASUU. |
Sleekfingers:Did you read anything about the export aspect? Don't join them to act like an illiterate. Those attacking his manifesto either read it but because of the candidate they support, discredited it or they don't read at all. |
He nailed it. Exactly what we read today. Kudos! |
Reno will never see anything good in this I know lol..losers |
Since 1999, we have been hearing this during elections. The next one they'd say is building the 4th mainland bridge in one year ![]() We don wise bayi |
Omooba77:My point is, not everyone knows. Only some key politicians do. Before yesterday's discovery, did you know a thing like that ever existed in that place? They had to dig it out sef. Even those who know didn't say pim. But obi came to the open and said it. He also said he'd stop the nonsense if elected....sharply, we started seeing actions. Why wait for decades? |
ChiefOloye:Stop the nonsense abeg. So, apc would only campaign in the south west abi? They'd not go to the east to campaign? This your useless comment won't favour anyone. We need peace. Election isn't by force |
Abeg oo urchins. Remember say una go travel to the east to campaign and open campaign offices too. Pls don't set this country ablaze cos of someone's inordinate ambition. Tinubu must condemn this barbaric act and call his followers to order. |
Omooba77:Pastor Adeboye isn't a politician. Why didn't our politicians talk about it for ages? Didn't tinubu or atiku know about it? Why keep silent? During the covid-19 lockdown in 2020, malami was fingered in the oil vessel sold to China when there was no activity worldwide, which he denied. Wasn't the national aware of it? What happened eventually? Obi bursted their bubbles during one of his speeches abroad and they began searching everywhere in the creeks until they discovered one. There are still more. According to channels TV, those illegal pipelines channelled into the ocean had been there for decades. Why act after Obi's outburst? |
Urheadmaster:Because they know obi had the mandate. Atiku is irrelevant |
Omooba77:I differ. Why did they wait until obi bursted their bubbles before discovering the mess? |
After watching on channels TV where oil bunkering had been taking place for decades covertly in the creeks last night , I was like, Nigeria is a joke. See how these professional thieves went and drilled 2 holes on the main crude-conveying thick pipe and connected 2 pipes on top of it, channelled it to the ocean where the bunkering had been taking place for nearly 3 decades. Meeehn! No wonder Obi said there's connivance of some big and mighty in the society in the deal. He's been saying this from day one. Yesterday's revelation was a proof. Mr GO AND VERIFY was right. I can't wait to vote this man. He's also proffered a solution to the menace in his manifesto, Lobatan A better Nigeria is possible. |
WibusJaga:You can say that again. Everything he needed to work with, including infrastructure was there b4 he came. I'm wondering why nobody is talking about Buba Marwa , Mr magic. He worked so hard in Lagos. Funny enough, Tinubu still claimed his glory ![]() |
I hope they won't call my brother ipob . I wish Anambra was as buoyant and as viable as Lagos . Obi would have done wonders. |
BATified2023:Thanks for the post. We will still vote Obi |
N3TRAL:Maybe only you are discouraged as you've always been from day one. We aren't discouraged in any way. I'm an exporter and I know where the shoe pinches. It takes the students of econimics to undestand these basics. Kudos to Peter Obi. |
MITCHELL96:Did you read the post at all? OP jare, you could be 6 or 7 years old in pry2. Usually in most villages, you'd not be enrolled into any public primary school unless you're 6 years old. But if you're much more mature in stature, you could be enrolled at age 5. As you left the village in pry 2, I'm thinking you'd either be 6 or 7 years old that time. Do your calculation and pick any preferred year, month or date as your birthday. That said, no be everyone qey dey village sabi their real age , talkless of noting down their birthdays. The OP said he couldn't speak English so he was demoted to nursery 2. This suggests to me that his parents weren't also educated hence, the birth date wahala. Nothing do you jare Waynesteave. Just pick a date like baba iyabo did as your birthday. Cheers |
mrrandomguy:So, I'm not Edo anymore? Wonderful You'd call people ipob taya oo, just by supporting obi. |
Perfectbeing:Only in Nigeria wouid multiple fx windows be operating. It doesn't happen overseas. If you're exporting or importing, you have to go through one single fx window. If you now need funds for petty reasons, travelex, etc are there. Our economic system allows free fall of naira. That's why I'm in support of scrapping of bdcs. It won't help our economy. If you need fx for import and such import will only benefit our economy and because we can't competitively manufacture such back home, like medical equipment, some raw materials and agric tools which are on the list of approved items for import, once you're able to fulfill all the necessary documentation like SONCAP, PAR, Form M and BA processing with the adequate insurance cover, the cbn can now instruct your commercial bank to disburse via a single fx window. Same for students schooling abroad. What do we have today? CBN disburses fx to banks for various reasons. Recently, my bank mgr asked if I could allow them deposit some dollars into my account as received from the cbn, that they'd now withdraw the money in cash and leave some money as commission in my account for complying and I said no! By the time the federal government begins to probe me, you'd not be there anymore so I refused. That's what the bankers now do...shady deals. Since they too have a domiciliary account, why not use it? Politicians would now meet them and mop up everything. With the little time i stayed in the states, you cannot import without reasons which you'd prove beyond doubts and such import must be what they can't produce. They'd now restrict you to a single window to deal. Same as European countries. You must also prove the source of funds coming into your account from overseas else , it would be blocked. Here in Nigeria, even if 1m usd lands in your account, all you need is bribe and you're good to go. Our politicians are so wicked. With a single fx window, there would be close monitoring of inflows and outflows. In banks today, you have SME fx wholesale and SME fx retail windows, so many windows. This is killing the economy Though our corrupt politicians and those bank managers won't like this. Its the best that can come to Nigeria as obtainable in countries seen as developed today. |
Perfectbeing:Import restrictions, now you're talking. Obi emphasized this and a good reason his economic policy will fly, especially with the single forex window. |
Perfectbeing:I differ cos I'm an exporter. You can only be in our shoes to understand this man's policies. Otherwise, it would just be like someone talking jargon to you. |
See as urchins are showering prayers on this baby with same mouth they use to call them ipobs and other naughty names ? Na wah oo |
Why you wan sell this fine phone? I've been enjoying it from thenfirst day I bought mine. |
Perfectbeing:Did you read the export side of the story? Read again |
