Tinubu's case is weighty. The 86-year old man dey too controversial. They news just featured obi and kwakwanso, so it doesn't seen its only tinubu who has a case. My opinion: The court should just waive his sins so he could face his disgrace, full scale next year. Disqualifying him would prevent this from happening |
fkelly:I also wish him good health. Anyone who wishes to live that long would wish him well. I don't hate tinubu but his controversial and style of leadership is what I detest with passion. That said, if not his selfish agenda, Osinbajo like you said would have won the election long before now, had he presented him instead. Fashola would have been another amazing pick. Their claim of winning election which was why they're considering same faith ticket doesn't hold water. Jonathan was from a minority south defeated buhari a muslim from a minority north in 2011. Buhari really pulls crowd of supporters in the north yet, Jonathan won. Each time every politician wants to have their way, they'd be coming up with selfish narrative and ideas such as the same faith ticket. I have some igbo friends who said they'd vote Osinbajo instead of obi. I also said same, that though I had 2 candidates , Osinbajo and obi and whoever emerges winner at primaries among them would be my candidate. No forward-thinking Nigerian must choose a candidate on the premise of sentiments and religious bigotry because at work places, in the streets, in the neighbourhood, etc all we see are Nigerians, those we relate with are Nigerians, all our customers are Nigerians, all those we see at marketplace are Nigerians. Anyone thinking politics is all about interest and considers sentiments in the choice of a candidate is an enemy of state. This is the reason Nigeria isn't progressing. Recently, a particular political party supporter said Obi will fulfil Igbo agenda and a vote for obi is a vote for Biafra. I shut him up. I called him a bigot. In 2015, we voted buhari a northern muslim when some people said he'd islamize Nigeria. He's completing his 2nd term yet, no single town had been islamised in Nigeria. Terrorism became even worse in his government but they said he's the one sponsoring them before 2015 elections. If its true, the moment he became president, boko haram should have stopped their nonsense, you see... I've voted both Christian and muslim candidates since 1999. That's how it should be. People are becoming wiser now. Our leaders are our worst enemies. They're the ones splitting us to achieve their selfish ambition. If they eventually win, they don't give a damn. Suffering of masses would only continue. The choice is ours. |
Terrible things are happening. Nobody knows her situation but whatever it is, life goes on and there's nothing God can't do. Thank God i didn't kill myself in 2004. I'd have been a loser. I'd always remain grateful to God. Most of those attempting suicide have a very bright future, which the enemies and village people just want to deprive them of. Last week, a lady called and said she had been infected with hiv. She was crying, saying she'd commit suicide. I had to calm her down. Life doesn't end there, though not easy. A guy whom she's known before traveling to Asia came back 3 years later. They got talking before he came back. When he got home some months ago, they met and he infected her. This is a very good girl who doesn't mess around no bf. There's nothing God can't do, to those who have faith of divine healing. She's happy after I persuaded her. She'd have killed herself now. The idiot of a guy denied it. He returned to Asia after spending a few weeks. Nobody knows what the PH girl is going through but suicide isn't the option. |
xpressionx:It's a federal road. Did you read the news at all? |
okoroemeka:You sound like an unbeliever, sorry to say this. God can lead him on what to do. What if he's not on the right path? You may not believe this but it happened to someone I know. He was a school principal in the late 80s in ibadan. During that time, teachers weren't well paid nationwide. Some school teachers abandoned teaching job. This man, a principal of a major secondary school for that matter was contemplating resignation. But before he took the decision he went to see a man of God, a prophet to be precise whom God uses vibrantly. The man of God asked him, can you sell elubo isu? Elubo isu in yoruba means yam flour. He laughed hysterically, how can a whole principal like himself be selling this thing? What would his teachers or students say if they should see him? Long story cut short, by the time hunger showed him pepper and his children were almost disgracing him, he asked 2 of them to go to a market called bęęrę to buy a small basked or yam flour and lay it along the road. In less than 5 minutes, they sold all. This man ran 3 trips that day and they spent out of the profit to buy food to eat. By the time this man realised he was selling well, he resigned from teaching and faced it squarely. Cos of his educational background, he went to make inquiries at the Nigerian export promotions Council on how to export . He registered. He was exporting yam flour to europe and USA which Nigerians in the Diaspora were eating as local meal. This man built up to 4 mansions in ibadan, trained all his children abroad. He should be late now. He was very successful. That's what God's leading can do in human life. Most of the people nowadays are chasing shadows. They're not doing what they shouldn't be doing to become somebody in life. They're doing someone else's job. |
Their headache. That's what you expect when a controversial candidate is running under a controversial political party. |
Passionnn:haha. Sorry . Pls edit. I've done that at my end |
olalekan1:The boldened is the truth. Let's see how far Datti-Baba Ahmed would go in appealing to the core northern peeps. In kaduna where he hails from, he has no issues. But he still needs to do much more |
olalekan1:You tried lekan but this isn't the true reflections of the perceived realities nationwide, in my opinion. It was only in a Buhari's days in 2015 did we see this kind of Obidient rallies nationwide, where he was accepted across ethnic and religious lines, i stand to be corrected. In 2015 I saw people willingly donating to Buhari's campaigns. I worked hard for him too despite not being hausa or Muslim. The love was just natural. So far, I've not seen same in the camps of either the pdp or the apc. Pdp seems to me a more relevant party in the north, especially among the elderly, while the apc is more relevant in the south-west with some activities in the north. The recent wave of defection is worrisome among their members in the north as well. Nationwide, we've seen the body languages of some pdp governors tending towards obi. Some pdp members aren't even hiding their support for Labour party, damning implications it could have for them at the party level. Up north, I've seen fulanis erect Bill boards for obi, also vying to erect more. I remember that sokoto guy. His accent said it all. The Obi rallies across the north yesterday was a further proof. Mind you, nobody was given a dime to come out. Some packaged food and souvenirs with Obidient written on them. Here in lagos, among the people I personally polled so far, only 3 out of 10 would say they'd vote either apc or pdp. Others are saying Obi. Obi may not get much votes in the core north. But i see him secure the needed 25% in those states. I expect to see same trend of 2011 next year. Datti-Baba Ahmed needs to compliment Obi's efforts up north by working harder. There's still time |
Passionnn:Nice! |
onegig:I agree. I thought of the humidity too but couldn't conclude it could be a factor. I've snapped in DXB before and the sharpness and quality was same as that of US. Tnx |
Lastpharoah33:Omo alhaji kę. Lol |
ettelinhno:Pray to God. There's nothing He can't do. Do you have faith? |
GoodLife4live:Obi has no single house in lagos. Do you know the ikoyi apartment in which millions of dollars was discovered some tears back, which belongs to a unit of government according to the then administration? Obi owns one of the apartments there. The apartment house is owned by a pdp stalwart. It contains apartments which he sold to interested buyers. That's not a house |
Obi is everywhere ![]() |
Racoon:Its our politician's usual habit. I recall how the Jonathan administration intimidated some apc members ahead of 2015 elections. Still, buhari won. Let's see how far they can go. They're fighting their last fight as you can see |
Hatred has started. This election would be the dirtiest in history. Is he not a Nigerian? Did he carry drugs? Even Emilokan travelled to UK, nobody cares. O ga oo |
onuman:Be happy they've not insuired or cursed you ..they're so pained. I don hear wheen for dem hand but I don't care. My.vote my conscience,.my choice! |
deji17:I predicted buhari would win in 2015. I also voted him. Say something else... |
deji17:Lol, alawada kęrikęri ![]() But Obi is winning this election bro. The whole of South East and South south are already in his pocket, guaranteed. We've not even talked of kaduna Datti-Baba Ahmed's loving state and abuja..that's 13 states. He'd share South west with asiwaju, at least 2 states will vote obi . He's winning benue, see ortom's body language . He'd win taraba and jos. I see him winning at least 19 states in total. Apc and pdp can share the rest. |
Abdul05:Which doom? The buhari we voted in 2015 which many of you said would islamize Nigeria, how far? His tenure is winding down yet, no single state or town had been islamised so far. Here they come again. Obi maa win! Naysayer and prophet of doom! |
deji17:Since you know its good, ewo wa ni tię mbę? I donated my name isn't showing but i don't care. People with fake news here and there. Beware hate speech. You heard it all during the peace pact signing , in which Emilokan was conspicuously absent . Be warned ! |
Redomi:In-between. It's a cunning animal. |
As you can see, Bloomberg opinion polls no dey lie. See for yourself people. You don't need to ask who Nigeria's next president would be. Keyamo would still dodge this mammoth crowd and be spewing funny stuffs( make I no abuse am with strong word) . He's inky doing what he's been paid to do. No issues. They'd still say they're either ipobs or they don't have a pvc. It's funny to note they don't say Obi's supporters are only on social media anymore cos the social media people don dey show up physically naw ![]() |
Bugatie:That's how it should be..some people didn't just call Nigeria all manner of names..when there's equity, fairness and justice and above all, a leader who speaks the language the people could understand, you've got to be proud of your country. That's why I'm rooting for obi. You don't how how far I've got to convince my people to follow suit. God bless Nigeria. Nigerians lokan |
Good woman. She never took sides |
GoodLife4live:I heard you. But shaa, myself, wife, friends are all voting obi. I'm not a tribalist. I'm Nigerian and have voted across tribal and religious lines since 1999. See the trends below... 99- olu falae 2003-obj 2007-yaradua 2011-jonathan 2015-buhari 2019-atiku( because he was running with obi who'd have assisted him on economy) 2023- obi has my vote, lagbara oloun |
ecolime:OK. ![]() |
Arysexy:Nigeria lokan. The suffering is much guy. They don't say Obi's supporters are only on social media anymore and I wonder. The social media people are now showing up physically , l'obatan |
envoymedia:Guy, why are you booking space with numbers? ![]() |
GoodLife4live:Thank you sir. Please also watch the bauchi rally currently ongoing with women wearing hijabs line up in support of obi. They could be ipob Muslims too I guess ![]() |
GoodLife4live:Just so you know, I'm yoruba and am in one of the rallies. I'm obidient. Nobody conveyed me here rather, I carried people in my vehicle |
