If you're a student wasting away at home due to the inept rule of the apc/pdp ( its same people, they only change names) , if you're an unemployed graduate and are supposed to have achieved some things today but still in same position because you've been supporting our greedy politicians every 4 years after collecting peanuts, if you've at one time or the other lost your relation in the cold arms of death in hospitals due to lack of equipment and care, if you've fallen victim of banditry, armed robbery, road accident , kidnapping etc due to bad roads, bad leadership and insecurity, you need to visit a psychiatric hospital this morning and have your brain checked. Something isn't just right with you.

The day you detach your self from these people, the day you drop sentiments, religion and ethnicity when choosing a candidate that truly has the interest of you the masses at heart, that's when your freedom starts. Enough said. I urge you get your pvc and vote Obi. Ire oo

It shows how desperate, uncaring and corrupt they would be by the time they snarch power . If people say they dont want you. You're supposed to rest. Governance should be decided by the people in democracy.

One thing which is certain for any popular candidate now is, votes would begin to count with the amended electoral act. Ballot box snatching is now a thing of the past before it wouid be of no effect.

He had never been in pilitics before winning under Apga as well. Another person I'd have loved to see contest is ambode under whose government a budget surplus was declared in lagos for the first time since pa jakande ruled our state. I think Peter Obi would fare much better

This is not same. Ondo is a state that is almost homogeneous. It requires simple majority to be governor. To be the president of Nigeria you may or may not have the majority of the votes. There are provisions that require you win 2/3 of the states and to score at least a certain percentage in those states not won.
This Obi comedy should come and end please.

I remember a narration of kaduna senator sehu sanni who heard kidnappers were on the way doing their normal stuffs while traveling to a function. He said he applied wisdom by turning back home, while some continued their journey. Had they been killed, I'm sure they'd have said naxo God plan am, despite receiving the warnings which could have prevented the attack but still went ahead. Truth. Even the presidential form allegedly bought for buhari ahead of 2015 elections wasn't up to 50m naira. They deliberately disallowed the youths from participating by raising the form fee so high and we understood the message already. How can tinubu buy the conscience of delegates with thousands of dollars each and one thinks he wouldn't recover that money if he wins in multiple folds?

Hmmm. I almost believed you until I had a flashback to the era when Olusegun Mimiko won Ondo State governorship under the same Labour party, the party without a stricture. Tinubu bragged during the campaign that he would bury mimiko politically in ondo but the rest was history after wasting billions of lagos money in that election which he single handedly sponsored. The people collected his money but voted mimiko. Same scenario will play out next year. Watch out .

You're right. They'd either vote kwakwanso, the next in line in popularity as they did buhari in 2011 instead of Jonathan or they don't vote at all. The majority of them didn't even vote atiku in 2019 but only retained their few pdp governors.

Nonsense report. Labour party is currently in court over who the authentic chairman is and as long as there is a legal dispute, no action as serious a merger can take place. Inec has set June 17 as deadline for submission of candidates while the Federal High Court will rule on June 30 on who the real LP chairman is. It is a certainty that the loser will appeal up to the supreme court.
