Hmmm. Would Nigeria maintains her sovereignty for another 10 years? We've never been this divided as a country |
Our people are super lazy. How can those who spend a fortune on wetting their land with water and applying fertiliser before they could grow crops are feeding the region who are endowed with vast alluvial and virile land which requires no fertiliser or irrigation to grow crops? I don't get it. One thing I know of the south is, they thrive in every challenge by turning it into oppronities. Mechanised farming must start and best time is now. This is the beginning of immiment breakup of Nigeria. We've never been so divided as a country and if Nigeria breaks up, blame it all on buhari for not addressing insecurity strongly enough and not taming his people for the reason best known to him |
Jashub:.why are you acting as if I've said something strange here. A few villages reported lion attacks a couple of years back. They eventually caught one. I wonder why some people would think certain animals aren't found in our forests anymore but only in game reserves. Nigeria doesn't have designated game reserves . Most of our wild animals wander about. I was coming from kaduna a few years back and the taxi I boarded stopped to buy Bush meat. I saw deers about being roasted with the unique tick scattered horns. I couldn't believe my eyes there are some rocky mountains in ondo state where people hardly explore in a deep forest where Lions were sighted a couple of times before...just wandering. In ekiti, during fayose first term in office. A human-sized gorilla was killed. Most of those resident in the cities always think most of these animals are in extinction in our forests because they hardly explore. They believe the only place where they can see such wild animals are in zoos or National Geo Wild. |
Don't kill yourselves over these men. Your opinion here doesn't count anyway. |
The kind of news we want to be hearing |
Second bad news from bauchi today. Yet bala would be running his mouth upandan instead of dealing with daily vices in his state |
Jashub:Go to igbo ora and igbeti in oyo forest, dem plenti for dia. Elephants too |
Nwodosis:Simple. I suspect bola tinubu, the serial killer since 1999. |
megacity:I'm taking it easy guy. I was just saying what's going to happen ni. Where are the Chinese health workers ? Can you tell me their whereabouts? They told us they wanted to come and curtail spread of covid-19 last year during the lock down and also teach our Drs how they managed the case in China, using their experience, against the wish of the NMA. See jubilation by the masses everywhere. They were shared among our selfish politicians and when the minister of health was asked to produce them as none of them was seen in any hospital or isolation centre nationwide, he said he doesn't know their whereabouts, lagos state health commissioner said the same. Or is it sanwoolu who claimed he was spending between 100k and 1m naira to treat just one covid-19 patient daily you'd believe or trust? I wonder what type of drug were they giving them because the almighty vaccine wasn't even out that time. Most of the isolation centres and equipment were even donated , wondering if he was feeding the covid-19 patients with manners. I guessed he said so, just to justify the use of the donated billions of naira by institutions, governments, foreign missions ,private bodies and corporate organisations nationwide This government deceit is second to none. Ordinary Ghana don first us collect. |
contigiency:The time to begin to trust government isn't ripe yet. The calibre of morons we have in government today can't take us to our fair haven. They're even at their wit's end right now. Nobody is venting his anger here. I just told you the simple truth and I need you to challenge it with facts instead of speaking out of your myopic mind. Wait a minute, where were you when sanwoolu said he was treating just one covid-19 patient with between 100k and 1m naira daily, just to justify the use of the billions donated to fight covid-19 pandemic? Google is your friend if in doubt. During lockdown last year, a team of Chinese health workers arrived in the country. The minister of health and lai Muhammed said they were coming to help us, using their experience to curtail spread of covid-19 and also teach our doctors on how to manage the spread. Our Drs kicked against the fed govt move but they went ahead and brought them in, as if they wanted to help the masses. The health minister even went to welcome them, took pictures with them at the airport and that was the last we heard about them. They've shared them up. When Nigerians were asking questions about their whereabouts, the minister said he doesn't know, lagos commissioner of health said he didn't know where they went and the matter ended that way as usual. I just pity people like you who still believe in this failed government. Una go tey for "iscoming" as often said by my people. Since January, the giants of Africa has been deceiving her people as usual, that vaccine would come...they first said beginning of February and later came up with excuses and said it would come end of February and now its another story. Ordinary Ghana took delivery of their first jars last week and their people have started taking it already. I don't want to talk of south Africa because we're not on same pedestal of development. Ghana took delivery of their vaccine donated for free but here what happened? They set aside billions of naira for same vaccine which was supposed to come to us for free...does that make sense to you? Trust in this government at your own peril. |
osamz007:lool. The moniker was trying to book space nii, as if he'd be handsomely rewarded for it |
Can you also show a picture of your finger nails?
Gbam she must have overscratched that portion unconsciously after the OP was bitten by mosquito |
Funny useless government. They're expecting less than 5m doses in a population of over 200m people yet, They're asking people to register for what wouldn't be enough for all the politicians to share. This government thinks everyone's stupid, always copying the west wrongly. I heard sanwoolu say people should come for a covid-19 test for free. The questions is, what's their daily test capacity in lagos alone? I cannever take someone who said he spent btw 100k and one million naira to treat just one covid-19 patient daily seriously. I see this as another means to cash out |
delpee:doesn't really matter. Departing after 25 years in marriage is still short |
Hian. Anyone who married these celebs or beauty queens needs to always be prayerful. Antecedents have shown that their spouses always end it so abruptly |
Skyfornia:Same way fulanis aren't touching people anymore because fulanis want peace in our land? You must be joking. Who told you the political thieves in the south west like tinubu and the coward monarchs love Sunday igboho? Political alliance plan doesn't stop the federal government from arresting him. If buhari has the liver, he should arrest him nah. He's not hiding from anyone as you can see. |
gamapoy540:How? Didn't you hear him say they shot bullets? Him and his boys no dey fear any bullets because Sunday igboho cannot fall by bullets. You need to do your research for a decade to know what could kill him... You call somebody who dares the federal government by moving freely in spite of the announcement of his arrest a coward? Honestly I don't know what to say to you. I've not seen anyone so bold as this man in Nigeria's history. Once you order their arrest, they run into hiding but this man is visibly seen everywhere...you call that cowardice? Smh! |
Puloc:I live the 3D floor art. Your location won't make me patronise you. You're in Uyo. Kudos |
Ayo2004:I agree with you Ayo..., perfectly...but land and building are two different things. If you are a developer, you've got nothing to worry about because you'd build to sell and move on. But if you build for residential purpose, you don't need a gigantic house because of maintenance cost . Nobody would buy it later at the original value. Your kids would grow up and leave you guys someday. If you built a house worth 100m today, in 10 years' time, the maintenance cost would have added up a great deal. If you now want to sell it, it would make little or no difference. Buyers would consider pulling down the building and erect whatever they want on it...that's a loss in the long run. The law of diminishing returns sets in properties and the area where its erected too but many don't seem to realise this At a time. everyone wanted to move to yaba where my grannie had their house immediately after adekunle bus stop if you know the place. Yaba was like the lekki of their time. Yaba later became less attractive and they moved to surulere to develop it. My dad had a house at Eric Moore and one at Abraham adesanya in lekki. Mentioning name isn't necessary here. Its better we remain anonymous. That lekki every Tom Dick and Harry is rushing to would soon become saturated just like yaba and surulere are nowadays and people would move elsewhere. Go to yaba and trek down a stretch from adekunle down the street. You'd think lagos is on holiday ni. Most buidings are under lock and keys with few people seen on the street but lekki isn't like that. Hardly would you see comfortable guys in our generation who would say hey! I'm going to yaba to build. Surilere sef no dey move maket for young guys anymore. It has to be lekki. That big mansion would become less attractive and nobody would wish to say they want to buy tomorrow. If at all the location is still attractive, they'd prefer to pull the whole structure down as they do in yaba and some parts of surulere now. Its only the land they'd reckon with and not the building anymore so who loses?. Only the land would have value not the building. Spending so much on mansion is stupidity. Its a waste of resources. The land could still be useful but the building,? Nope! If you compare the value of the land bought by your dad back then with the current naira value, the difference might not be much. Inflation had set in over time. Like I said, if you're a developer, you build, sell and make your money while the burden is passed on to the buyer because he wouldn't make as much as the developer had made in the long run . 4m naira in 2010 when usd was 120 naira is 13m naira today. If you bought a parcel of land 10 years ago for 4m and today they say hey! Its now 12m, still same value because usd is almost 500 naira today . You're still selling at same price you bought 11 years ago. I'm speaking from a businessman's point of view sha. Build a simple but well furnished to taste with sophisticated furniture and design if you have the money and not a mansion that would only end up a burden on you. |
These guys won't learn from famous celebs who later became broke. How on earth would he be able to maintain this mansion? He should remember say him don reign pass oo. Money no dey come as before. Its high time he chose to be prudent. |
OlayemiAshraf:very bad guy |
HenryThegreat1:2023 will end all that shiit. Am always appalled when this man's blind followers would he comparing him to Awolowo the sage. How many of Awolowo's children headed government agencies in his life time? His son only became head of Nigerian Tribune which happens to be his media house after his demise. It was after his death that the federal government thought it appreciating Awo's contribution to Nigeria's unity and development that they considered appointing one of his sons for a position in govt. Tinubu alone owns 3 private jets. She won ti fi ori lagosians gba paaro niii? I reiterate, all these nonsense will end come 2023. I'd join millions of lagosians in freeing the state from perpetual slavery of tinubu. Not even his thugs and charms would prevent him from falling |
Beblessedbaba:Are you human at all? Tinubu Ojo is iyaloja General, another Tinubu's son is head of the company coordinating BRT Ikorodu axis, is Lagos Tinubu's business empire? Your mentor's empire is nearing its end, can't you see...Waa to daa mo! |
Good! Online classes...the new normal and the new way of life |
flexyrule:hmmmmm |
Zzor:That's his choice. |
Olarewaju89:tot he was older sef. To he honest, I Keverne knew he's still living. He's a relic of the old fellas. |
Draslo:How old are you? I've known this man since 80s. All his mates are long gone. |
Icyexpressions:Lol. Great actor! He's still standing strong unaided, no eye glasses wow! |
x123xlolls:why did you skip the verse which says their hair is their covering? I think you should have also quoted that verse naw since you were trying to prove a point. In Many Christian schools, girls do wear beret but the bible didn't make it a compulsion for women to cover their head. Women go to church with their heads well covered while in some denominations, head covering isn't seen as anything sinful. |
Igboarecriminal:Go to the Arab world , where Christians are seen and treated as shiit. Maybe you'd reason differently. We tolerate each other in Africa more than the Arab countries and other nations when it comes to religion. |
Bola146:I disagree with you. Kwara isn't almost Muslim. Remove ilorin from kwara and the equation will be 50/50. I schooled in ilorin and explored kwara a lot as an undergraduate, up to lafiagi, baruten and kosubosu where women are hardly seen wearing clothes. In the entire igbomina and ekiti kwara, the number of Christians there outnumber that of Muslims. Jebba is another Christian dominated town. By the way, I support religious tolerance in schools. But in a school established by missionaries( either Muslim or Christian missionaries) , rules must be followed. In public schools owned by the government, there must be religious tolerance because the government serves Christians, Muslims and traditionalists alike. If a Christian female student is asked by the management of ansar-ud-deen school to cover her head, she has to comply or leave the school. Its that simple. When you're in Rome, you behave like Romans. There are Christian women, mainly Philippines nationals in dubai who are taxi drivers. They cover their heads like their Muslim counterparts since it's the norm there. This matter shouldn't cause any heat. |
