Shelumiel:We need God to help sweep off bad leadership and not to start asking for blessing or help change the hearts of these hyenas and wolves we have in government. The bible says, say onto the righteous it shall be well with him...the other way goes to evil men. God must have given lots of them several opportunities to repent but they did not just care. One of them, a serving senator rushed to meet my church pastor a few years back when he went to abuja for an open air crusade. He heard about the crusade and came. Something terrible brought him . He told him he had 3 children and 2 of them had died. pastor now asked, sir, you threw a party some years back and lots of people came he said yes, it was his birthday and my pastor said, the 3rd child would also die unless he says the truth. Senator left and came back like 15 minutes later. He was sweating...he said he lost an election 2 times and he had sold all he had, including 2 houses in choice locations. he said his colleagues in senate assured him he would win . In a nut shell, he was taken to a herbalist who said he should look for a mad man in the market, kill him, cut his body into chunks and mix his meat with those of the 2 cows he had been instructed to buy, employ a cook to prepare it. He did not even have the money for all that. His friends contributed. In short, he invited people he was celebrating birthday, warned his family members never to have a taste of the food. People came and eat, even packed some food home. This man won massively, those who vowed not to vote him changed their minds overnight. Three years into his election, his children were dropping dead mysteriously one after the other. Our pastor did not tell us what the asked him to do...he was preaching but digressed into the man's story. We were in shock. These people do not deserve be there. They are evil. Asking God to bless us in this country is like invoking His anger. We had more than enough. Bad leadership is our woes |
Shelumiel:To say I no like you, I for abuse you for this comment bro. God has helped Nigeria more than enough. God has blessed Nigeria beyond measures...in fact, we need no further blessings as a nation except we want to annoy God. Just one of the resources we have in Nigeria is the economic mainstay of some nations. Google the country where Lafarge is from...cement is one of their cash cows. Here, cement is just a fraction of our resources. We also have the following: Asphalt in the South West and part of the north North in commercial quantity Bitumen ( second largest deposit in the world) in Ondo State Stock fish in Ondo Pond which we cannot finish in 30 years. It's been there for centuries. Government is only securing the place instead of selling it. We import from Norway Crude Oil in the South-South and South East( Dubai and Saudi Arabia made lots of fortune by exporting only Crude Oil) Gold in Zamfara and Osun States( Gold ranks the highest revenue generator to South Africa) Tin, Columbite. etc are in Plateau State Precious Stones are in Ekiti Iron Ore in Kogi State( with this, we can produce automobiles and aircraft in Nigeria and ship to the world ) Coal in Enugu and the list is endless. Leadership is our problem. Instead of asking God to help us, turn it to, God please eradicate bad leadership on the Nigerian Soil so we can enjoy the blessings of the land. |
BlackPantherxXx:I suspected gastric bypass too, but not sure |
Anyim's body transformation is superb. Who has seen this man lately? He's now half his old size. |
PrinceOfLagos:How does he behave like miscreants? He's is one among few comfortable yorubas who don't care to die for his people |
Pmedia7787:He was never a poor man |
Mama, abeg its too early to say this. I hope in 2023, people would be so wise to choose wisely and shun ethnicity and religious bigotry. Our leaders are destiny destroyers. |
Nice one. Keep it up guy. We need more of you guys. Just as I was privileged to achieve, I can't wait to see you being honoured by the global leaders like the USA president and British Prime Minister. This has already made my day...not waking up to read about kidnap and killing of innocent, promising Nigerians and herders-farmers clashes |
The state of the school buildings in most of the northern part confirms the level of neglect and non challant attitude towards education in the north. The child you refused to train today, would sell off all the buildings you've erected with your hard earned money in a reckless manner ...it's a local adage. When the south was busy sending their children to school, trying hard to pay fees to the extent of fetching firewood( ekiti people used to Donohoe a lot) to ensure they had soft landing in their old age and produce decent generations, the north was busy promoting almanjiris, abandoning their children after birth. Those children of yesterday are the terrorists today, abducting for ransom. Their chickens are coming home to roost already. One old man asked our leaders during the free education era, which most of our grandparents benefited from and passed the legacy across to us, he asked...don't you think those in the north who are not beneficiaries of free education would one day turn liabilities and burden to our children in future ? They now asked the northern leaders to emulate them and ahmadu bello said education can't be free but then, Islamic education was. That old man's question is coming to pass now with the terrorists nick named herders migrating down south to unleash mayhem. The earlier our leaders rise to this challenge, the better. Its not enough to say, leave our forest reserves. You must walk your talk because these people don't mean well. Before they turn the south to their region God forbid, we need to act fast |
Sagtop:Stop fooling yourself and go to sleep. Those you mentioned are English words and not Christian. Nigeria is a secular nation, colonised by British and not by missionary, most of them didn't even have a religion. Na religious bigotry go scatter Nigeria, sharing from the north |
DSC7:Thanks to Obj for doing a little by changing those Arabic words to English on naira notes as , yoruba and hausa instead of arabic language which had been there for ages. Nigeria isn't a Christian or Islamic country. We're a secular society and our official language is English and not Arabic. Jonathan tried doing same on one hundred naira note and he got punished for that. They stopped printing 100 note since then because it had no Arabic language . Up till now I've not seen new note of 100 naira again, just because it didn't have an Arabic writeup. Those defending this nonsense are as foolish and biased in nature as their promoters. They think everyone is foolish. That Arabic inscription on the army logo would soon disappear. Everyone can't be as cold as Jonathan. |
To be honest, there would have been a lot of NOI likes in the northern Nigeria today, had they given room for their females to come come out and unleash their God-given potentials. Many of them would have been bread winners of their families today, even fend for their poor husbands. This would also have reduced the level of poverty there a great deal. They've succeeded in killing their destinies by hiding them inside the house and covering their faces. Only their husbands you'd see selling and doing all manners of petty trading which can't even take care of their ordinary feeding, let alone train their children in school. Even in Saudi today, their women drive taxis and go to school. Smh! |
What is the difference between what atiku said and what buhari-led administration is now planning to do? Hypocrites everywhere. Hope Nigerians can see why I said APC and PDP are the same. The onus is on us to send them packing come 2023. They are all dribbling us like Okocha. I wish Lai Muhammed and Garba Sehu could be sued and charged after this administration is over |
Why not change the challenge to...#GetSenseLikeNgozi challenge ? There's more beauty in the brain than the outward appearance. What's the benefit of a figure 8 body without a single initiative ? |
BigBashiru:Hmmm. Have you been to los Angeles before at all...inglewood to be precise? |
Divinehealer:I condemned it in it's entirety. Unfortunately the judiciary don't look at it this way. Life matters to all and sundry( either the victim'slife or that of the appelant). Why detain for so long by police, that's extra judicial punishment ( the way judiciary would view it) then with his deteriorated state of health, maybe he wouldn't be able to serve a month in jail before dying who knows if he won't even recover from the sickness sef? ...that's even more than enough punishment if you ask me. Rape is a crime. Hope you understand now. |
ivolt:Were you there to confirm that he was pretending to be sick? It's only in Nigeria people think this way. He's been in the custody for 2 good years, awaiting trial in such a rotten place. The day Nigerian police custody was videoed by the media , I almost puked. Staying there 2 years is enough to even kill someone. Many wouldn't have even lived up to 1 year in that place before they'd die. What the judge did was called leniency. Had the girl died in the process irrespective of his experience and health condition, he wouldn't have been so lucky. |
A tale of an incorruptible judge . An accused being in custody since 2019...that's absurd. Hope he truly learnt his lesson. He may not be so lucky next time so I hope he truly changes |
RisenPhoenix1:It was a different scenario. Trump said there's nothing like climate change. He even detached America from the Paris climate group. When those hurricanes hit America, which was unprecedented in those areas, he was attacked for his stance on climate change. Texas' bad weather is another proof climate change is real and I wish this happened when trump was in office and he would have been attacked again...some strange climatic conditions happening in some areas considered to be alien to such...as educated as trump claimed to be, said climate change was a hoax. |
Petyprince:Yes, trump was accused because he was in sheer ignorance of the spread of the deadly virus. Nigerian government even managed the situation much better than trump did. He was asked to act but he said its not as deadly as people think. China said covid-19 was deadly and trump shouldn't play politics with the American lives and do the needful by declaring lockdown, wearing face masks and shutting down airports which were the measures they took to curtail the virus when it first broke out in their country, but trump mocked them instead of acting. He eventually contracted it, alongside his key sides due to his stance and poor management of covid-19. Trump would remain the worst President America had |
RisenPhoenix1:This was an act of God, not man made. Under a normal weather condition, this would never have happened. Are you aware during trump's administration there were heavy and unprecedented flooding which jade not happened in decades? Google is your friend. I don't know your point exactly |
osamz007:There are even places worse than that in New York, especially in Jamaica side. Likewise in Inglewood area at West Century in Los Angeles. These are the rare scenes you'd never see on CNN but the beauty of American governance is, as unkept as those places seem to be, government's hands are felt everywhere. The residents have access to what the rich can also afford. Unlike here where the rich have drawn the lines between them and the poor. |
This government keeps dribbling us like Okocha. Yesterday, it was Pfizer vaccine we knew and today, they're shifting poles towards Astrazenica. Some of you had even secretly travelled overseas to take the Pfizer vaccine shots. What's the issue with Pfizer vaccine that you don't want to give to the populace, citing diplomatic hiccups? The few qty you're expecting is obviously for you and your family because less than 300k Pfizer vaccine isn't even sufficient for a local government, let alone the whole country . You all must shelve Pfizer vaccine and take the shots of the ones manufactured by Aztrazeneca. Only foolish masses would come out to vote you in 2023 with all these biased treatments meted out to them in this critical time. Covid-19 had exposed your level of loyalties to the masses you claimed you love so much. Heads are supposed to be equally but not on Nigeria. God knows the number of your houses. We will all survive this , by God's grace. |
Ge0grapher:maybe she should employ a drone next time ![]() |
Most European buildings look similar...how they cluster together is amazing...those builders must have done a great job in those days ![]() |
Exclusive101:Keep all those insults to yourself. Obasanjo may not be a perfect guy like I posited in my previous post but Tinubu doesn't have any decorum to stand wherever he speaks and you can take that to the bank. I know tinubu more than most of you guys think, obj too, through his daughter dr iyabo bello and I'd not say more than that. Apart from what I have seen with my eyes , I've also heard a lot from authentic sources. Tinubu was my dad's colleague at mobil... so from an accountant at mobil to who he is now, how he looted lagos dry would shock many, come come 2023. Fingers crossed. |
Antoeni:Those who couldn't provide answers were simply myopic and out of touch. My dad was a staff of mobil and a key employee in the admin during the time tinubu served as accountant at same mobil. I know Tinubu's secretes more than anyone else as a lagosian. The fight is on and 2023 would set the record straight. Maybe you're one of his myopic followers too. We'd shock you all |
Fahdiga:and herders kidnapping, raping, maiming and killing women and their husbands on their farms in the south east as seen in the various videos shared online. South west are taming them seriously. The onus is on you people to do the needful and stop the ignorance talks Read the below as further proof of your ordeal https://punchng.com/south-east-farmers-demand-n9bn-from-fg-over-herdsmens-menace/ |
Omo buruku, padi tonto |
simplepee:When it gets to your turn, uphold your marriage . Nobody prays for a divorce until it happens. Keep less friends, make your husband your best friend. Don't listen to what people say...the bible in the book of proverbs 14:1 says a good woman builds her home, while a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands. Don't divulge information about your family to outsiders. You may think they have a solution but na lie, they want to destroy your home. They'd turn your husband against you but stand your ground , be respectful and pray for him. That's the secret of upholding marriages in our forefathers' era, which was why they happily lived till old age together with their spouses, which is lacking today. I've seen houses built by wives and nobody knew anything about it, till their death. The woman seeks her husband's advice over everything, that hardly happens nowadays. They call themselves feminists, most of whom would end up living single and as divorcee. Nothing hurts more than living as a divorcee. They pretend like all is well but deep inside, they're in anguish. They seem to know more than God and the Bible or Quran about their roles in the their homes. When tonto rants at times its not her fault, its normal for a lady like her. If your husband isn't threatening you don't leave him under any circumstances. All the best |
