I just lost a sale after an end user discovered that I am from Nigeria. Funnily enough, she called my Dingtone line directly - we talked on phone.

She said she knew I was from Nigeria and I shouldn't even try to lie about it. Then she went on to tell me about the recent atrocities of our brothers and how US is against SCAMS.

... I tried to convince her but I failed. Anyways, that's a bygone now, but it will never be well with all scammers out there for blocking opportunities for genuine hustlers.

We'll all succeed despite these challenges.

I refuted and told them that book was my first and only book on KDP.
They insisted in their reply.
I swear I don't even have a second account with them.

Many thanks to Iykepromotions and all the good teachers in the house. I completed the fast transfer process for some of my domains on Friday last week and the next morning I got a msg from Afternic that one of my domains have been sold. The funny thing is that I recently increased the price from $250 to $360 recently. I received the money this afternoon to my Access bank account using wire transfer and it felt really good. Once again I appreciate the effort of everyone keeping this thread alive. Good men who care to see their fellow man succeed, God will watch and protect y'all and make you proper.

One thing i want to advise you and everyone on this thread is not to rush to publish your book. Even if you publish a book per year, as long as its top quality. U'll make thousands more than what 20 books of low quality or carrying errors will fetch you.

Where the crowdads sing , the book that ranked 3rd in Amazons best sellers two months ago, was written by a female writer who had last published a book in 1989.
She took years writing her book and when published, she broke records and won hearts, selling over 4million copies.

I learnt this the hard way, and after publishing three books within the space of a month with little or no sales. I sat down and gave out time to study amazon kindle publishing from a writers point of view rather than from a business point of view. I profiled the writting pattern of greats like stephen king, Delia owens and the mighty J.K rowling. I immediately unpublished some of my books and reading them now, i laugh and wonder if i ever did go through before publishing.

I Must tell you now that i see amazon KDP from a different light. I'm not going into the business of KDP anylonger, I'm building my writing career through KDP.

If one can do this perfectly and drop a banger in the next 5 years, i assure you that you'll be made for life.

Delia owen's "where the crowdad sing" sold 4million copies since it hit amazon KDP. Thats about 13billion naira after amazons 30% cut

The reason I'm quoting you please is that i went through your book and i can tell you that there are so many grammatical and spelling errors in your Authors introduction. One can only wonder what the contents will look like.

Take your time to edit and format your book please. If possible, outsource it to a native english speaking freelancer on upwork or fiverr and pay for it. You wrote in a very wonderful niche and your topic would easily draw attention, but reading your introduction, i almost felt ashamed as if it were my book.

"aging" (Ageing) -This one was a big turnoff because your book is about ageing

And more errors.

and since you want to succeed in this publishing thing. here are a few things you must ensure
1 clickable table of content
2 well formated for e-reading copy
3 well-proofread manuscript
among others
clickable table, in particular, will help kindle readers navigate your pages easily

again on that title, some people will tell you to do professional cover design, but I tell you a bad title will kill a book whose cover was designed by the best graphic designer in the world for one major reason-KEYWORD

if you think you have not done all this right, better do it and resubmit your book content.
I advise you openly here so that amazon book pros here will agree or disagree with this

First of all, the subtitle's last word should be "Ageing" not "Aging".
You didn't add paragraphs to your description, paragraphs makes it look professional.
Your last sentence talks about "Reversing sickness" I think observing from the previous statements, it should be "Avoiding illnesses associated with ageing" or "Curing sickness with the mind".
I no be pro Sha, I just observed as a normal reader.
Your cover photo looks gloomy and sad, I presume reading your book should make an ageing person feel happy and lively, your cover photo says otherwise.

I don't have any issue with the cover but this title is very weak and too wordy: "How Men and Women Age Differently" : it should have been the subtitle while you choose what we call "punch"title eg AGING PATTERN :How Men and Women Age Differently:
