Bro if she mistakenly calls you another man's name even while making love, she has to go.

Whether it's her cousin or brother, don't forgive her. That is cheating. It's only you who should exist in her life. Especially when you both are together.

Focus. Be vigilant. Never lose consciousness during s€x. Listen to what she says.

"0oh John, do it harder”
Can you feel me Portia?
"Ooh Dan, it is sweet”
I am not Dan.
Who is Dan?
"I didn't say Dan, I said Damn, it is sweet”

You can not predict the like of a bed to bed midfielder.

As a man, don't date a neighbor. Avoid girls in your neighborhood. Avoid girls at your work place or business outlet or environs. Don't date or flirt with them.

Do not attempt touching them with your third leg.

And as a boss — don't date your female staffs. No jokes. No gisting. No unnecessary gifts, except on staff special gifting days.

Keep a strong face.

"Good morning Sir"
You; "Good morning Cicilia.

"Good morning sir"
How are you today?

"I'm good sir thanks you"
You are welcome.

Don't ask her —!"How was your night."

I bet you, you don't wanna know. There's nothing special about her night. You are not her boyfriend or relative. She'll not call you when she'll have a fire outbreak in the night at her home.

She'll call her Man, Father or relatives.

Stop plugging yourself into her emotional domains.

She's there to work, get paid and go home.
No unnecessary outings. If they must be an outing, then it should be approved by the company or take the Men out too.

If you must date a colleague, date one from the other branch. Avoid see finish.
Avoid overfamiliarity.

Don't date a neighbor. Avoid area girls. She knows too much about your capabilities, flaws, weakness and strength, you'll suffer in the short or long run.

If you date a neighbor, a girl in your street, or colleague at work — you will always spend above your budget because you would want to impress her.
You may finis spending your salary before the middle of the month.

You will surely regret it.

CrimeRe: 'Sexual Harassment' is a trick used by ladies to pull down men they don't like by essentialone(op): 6:03am On Apr 16
A modern w00man will be in perfectly safe, stable relationships with guy who genuinely love and respect her
But the exact second a wealthier, higher-status man gives her a tiny bit of attention, she will instantly sabotage her relationship.
They will coldly discard a loyal guy just to get a shot with the guy at the top.
They walk away from a man who would do anything for them, all for a man who has fifty other w00men in his DMs. And the crazy part is, these high-value men make it extremely obvious they have no intention of settling down. They don't hide it.
But the w00man's ego convinces her that she's the exception. She thinks because she is pretty, she is going to be the one to make him drop his entire roster and suddenly want a wife.
Most at times, these w00men knew he's not going to marry them — but because of the benefits, the m0ney and other stuffs she's getting from him, she will prefer him to the guy that have good intention for her.
Then, when the inevitable happens, when he gets bored and replaces her with the next girl in his lineup, she immediately runs to the internet to cry victim.
She starts screaming that "men are trash," "men are afraid of commitment," and "men just use w00men."
You aren't a victim. You played a highly calculated game of upgrading, and you lost. You threw away a good man for a guy who treated you exactly like the temporary option you were.
You aren't crying because you were manipulated; you are crying because your gamble didn't pay off and now you are left with nothing.
This is the life of a modern w00men.

FashionRe: Never Marry these 5 Types of Ladies, or you will regret it forever... BAVAS by essentialone(op): 6:02am On Apr 16
I’ve said this countless times — never invest in a w00man’s education, especially if she's not your wife, because one way or another, you may end up learning the hard way.
Never, let me repeat, never take on the responsibility of paying a w00man’s school fees. Leave that role to her father — not you. Otherwise, after graduation, she might move on, marry someone else, and forget the sacrifices you made for her.
Imagine working tirelessly to cover her tuition, rent, and even sending her a monthly allowance, only for her to graduate and then reject you, saying you’re not her type.
Elvis Opiyo had been in a relationship with Mary Clare for eight years. Throughout that time, he supported her by paying her school fees and providing a monthly allowance as a sign of love and commitment.
However, the 24-year-old w00man later claimed she had never asked Elvis to take on those responsibilities.
After graduating, she ended the relationship, saying he was not her type. It is believed she had met someone new and chose to leave the man who had supported her during her college years.
Devastated by the breakup, Elvis reportedly attempted to take his own life but did not succeed.
It is further alleged that, in a quest for revenge after the rejection, he later hired someone to carry out a brutal acid attack on Mary Clare. She is currently fighting for her life at Kenyatta National Hospital.
Dear Innocent men🙋
Never allow a w00man to put you under financial pressure. As a matter of fact if she's a girlfriend unlike a wife who is your responsibility, she must not even ask for m0ney.
You don't owe her m0ney, that's her father's responsibility.
Any m0ney you give her is out of your generosity not a responsibility. She must wait for you to give it to her and if you don't — you don't. And whatever amount you give her, she must be grateful.
As a man never allow yourself to spend beyond your means.Imagine borrowing m0ney so you can sponsor a w00man's demands. That's highest level of stup!dity.
When you meet a w00man who demands more of your resources than you’re able to comfortably allocate.
Cut her loose, she's a liability.

Dear sister, what I preach here or GehGeh’s advice can’t spoil your relationship or marriage if you’re an asset to your man.
The only reason your partner will listen to me or Gehgeh's advice and end up breaking up with you is that you’re not useful in that relationship — you’re a l!ability to that man.
You offered nothing but s€x and every remember every w00man can offer that.
You’re not adding any value to his life anyway. Go and be a w00man that no man can afford to lose easily.
Go and erase all those thought of thinking you deserve it all while you have nothing offer than s€x.
Man can get s€x out of marriage/relationship. So if all you’re good for is s€x, then know that what you offer is cheap. And you can be easily discarded by any man.
Offer quality character and watch how men bow for you. It also make you have right to good choice of man.
The same you would want to brag of your man's achievements — same way your man would want to brag with your achievements as a w00man.
Stop thinking you can’t be useful because you’re a w00man. You have the chance, so go and get it, and stop saying they used and dump you.
What are you expecting when all you offer is s€x, the cheapest things any w00man can offer. Be a w00man who’s good for living not the one who’s good for pleasure.

TravelRe: Which tribe or state in Nigeria have the most promiscuous men and women? by essentialone(op): 5:59am On Apr 16
A man who has driven many cars is called experienced. But a car driven by many drivers is called scrap.
That’s the cold truth society refuses to say out loud — and it’s why a w00man’s past will always matter.
You can sugarcoat it with “love is love, or past life doesn't matter — but deep down, every man knows the truth — a w00man’s history shapes her loyalty, purity, and peace.
You can’t build a future with someone whose past still screams chaos. You can’t build trust with someone who gave her best years to strangers and now comes to you with a recycled heart.
Forgiveness doesn’t erase patterns — it just blinds you until reality hits harder.
A w00man’s past is a preview of her future. If she was reckless with herself then, discipline won’t magically appear in your relationship.
Don’t believe the “body count doesn’t matter” lie — it does. Every man saying that publicly would still flinch privately if he knew the real number.
Promiscuity changes a w00man’s soul. Every man she’s been with leaves an imprint — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. That’s why she can’t bond the same again.
A w00man with a high body count has been shared energy-wise too many times. She loses depth, connection, and genuine femininity — she becomes numb.
When a man chooses purity, he’s mocked. When a w00man loses hers, she’s celebrated. That’s how twisted this modern generation has become.
Forgiving a woman’s past doesn’t make you noble; it makes you naïve. You can’t fix what a hundred men have already br0ken. Is practically impossible.
W00men lie about numbers because they know the truth — no man truly respects a w00man who has been for everyone.
A w00man with too many histories can’t create new beginnings. Her soul is scattered across old memories and men who never valued her.
Modern society sells “s€xual liberation” as empowerment. But if it leaves you empty, bitter, and unable to bond — that’s not power; that’s punishment.
Real men don’t judge w00men harshly — they just choose wisely. Her past doesn’t need condemnation; it just disqualifies her from certain futures.
FINAL WARNING:
Never ignore her past in the name of love. Love doesn’t erase patterns — it amplifies them. You’re not insecure for caring about a w00man’s bod count; you’re smart enough to understand that history repeats itself.
Protect your peace, guard your legacy, and never apologize for wanting purity in a world that glorifies filth.
Never forgive a w00man's part — her body count matters.

CrimeRe: Most Allegations of Sexual Harassment are False. by essentialone(op): 5:58am On Apr 16
Modern dating has become a transactional exchange driven by entitlement.
Men often feel entitled to w00men’s bodies, judging them primarily on physical appearance and s€xual availability.
W00men on the other hand often feel entitled to men’s m0ney, evaluating them based on income, gifts, and financial provision.
Both sides frame these expectations as “standards,” yet both frequently walk away feeling exploited and resentful.
Instead of dating to connect, people now audit each other like business prospects. Conversations center on what the other person can provide rather than shared interests or genuine liking. Intimacy turns into a negotiated trade, affection becomes an expected payment, and relationships resemble unreadable contracts full of disappointment.
Men treat a w00man’s “no” as open to negotiation or pressure. Women view a man’s financial struggles as disrespect or low value. The focus stays on extraction.
what can I get?
Not on building mutual care or respect.
This mindset keeps the dating pool tOxic. The problem is not that people are single. It is that most arrive ready to collect benefits instead of to know and value another person.
Until men and w00men drop these entitled attitudes and prioritize real connection over checklists of looks and resources — dating will remain shallow, adversarial, and unfulfilling.

Remove s€x from relationship and see that there is nothing left: no meaningful conversations, no shared values, no vision for the future, no real direction.
Just two adults deceiving each other — one wants s€x and the other want m0ney.
Many relationships today are not built on love, purpose, or commitment— and they are sustained by s€x
This is the painful truth many people avoid.
Premarital s€x has numbed the senses of this our generation.
It clouds judgment, weakens discernment, and creates emotional attachment were there is no genuine commitment. People call it love, but in reality, it is often bondage disguised as affection.
Let this be made clear: — dating is not a license for s€x. Dating is a season of discovery, to observe character, test values, examine purpose, and discern compatibility.
It is a time to ask serious questions, not to exchange bodies. Premarital s€x keeps people trapped in relationships they should have left long ago.
It silences red flags. It excuses disrespect. It makes people endure manipulation, abuse, and spiritual compromise — all in the name of love or dating.
S€x has a way of convincing people to stay were reality is clearly saying leave..
If s€x is removed from a relationship and confusion, emptiness, and frustration are exposed, then that relationship was never built on a solid foundation.
Ask yourself — honestly; 👇
If s€x were no longer part of this relationship, would I still want to be here?
Would there still be purpose, direction, growth, and peace?
Any relationship defined by fornication alone is already dishonoring God, and it's foundation.is weak.

Study has shown that most w00men don’t lose their man to another wOOman. They lose him to their own habits.

Before you dr@g me, calm down and read;👇

Not every man that changed is cheating. Some men are simply tired, and they got tired quietly.

Tired of disrespect. Tired of noise. Tired of feeling unappreciated. Tired of coming home to tension instead of peace. Tired of nagging. Tired of comparing him with others.

And the painful part?

Many w00men don’t even notice when it starts.

You stopped taking care of yourself. You became too comfortable. Everything became he should understand.
But who is understanding him?

When last did you genuinely appreciate your man without adding complaint?
When last did you speak to him with softness instead of sharpness?

Respect is not old school. It is oxygen to a man.
Remove it, and watch him slowly withdraw, even if he still loves you.

I know of a man that hangs around the neighborhood whenever he's back from work. He would sit somewhere waiting for when he's wife might have gone to bed before going home. And he leaves very early in the morning.

He doesn't cheat, but his wife would be thinking the opposite, not knowing it's her constant shouting, disrespect and nagging he's trying to avoid.

The truth is some w00men want premium treatment, but they are giving average attitude.

You want attention, love, care, affection,
but what are you giving back?

Nagging is not communication.Disrespect is not confidence. Pressure is not love.A good man doesn’t run from responsibility, he runs from constant stress.

Peace is attractive.

The w00man that knows how to create peace, respect her man, take care of herself, and still show love without turning everything into a battle.

That w00man is hard to replace.

You may read that again.👆

This is not about blaming w00men. It’s about opening eyes. Because if you don’t fix it
another w00man will notice what you ignored. And she will do it better.

Understands that happy homes are not built by one person. So sister do your part too.

I write with experience and things I have seen happening around. One of my primary reasons for writing about relationship/ marriage is because I love seeing good marriaget and I must achieve that through my write-up.

Achieving it is not hard but you have to be intentional if you want to restore your home.

A man who truly understands female nature will never get angry at a w00man again. Not because he’s weak, but because nothing she does shocks him anymore.

He’s been there. The mixed signals, sudden attitude, cold replies after a good day.

Once you understand the pattern, you stop reacting emotionally. Anger comes from not knowing what’s going on. Clarity removes it.

When she pulls back — he doesn’t panic. He withdraws too. He doesn’t explain. He doesn’t beg.
He doesn’t argue.
He either corrects it calmly or he steps back. No shouting. No drama. Just boundaries.

The average man loses his head. The disciplined man keeps his frame and that calm is what w00men respect.

PoliticsRe: Over 50 Killed In 'Accidental Bombing’ At Borno–Yobe Border Market by essentialone(m): 3:01pm On Apr 12
*What happened*
- *When*: Saturday, around 2:46 p.m. during peak business hours
- *Where*: Jilli Market, a weekly market on the border between Gubio LGA in Borno State and Geidam LGA in Yobe State. The village falls under Fichimaram Ward, Geidam LGA, but officials say it’s technically in Gubio LGA, Borno.
- *What*: An airstrike, suspected to be part of a military operation targeting Boko Haram insurgents who allegedly visit the market to collect levies and supplies. Eyewitnesses say 4 fighter jets were involved.

*Casualty figures reported*
Eyewitnesses and local officials are giving different but overlapping numbers:
- One eyewitness: counted 56 bodies himself, helped rescue 2 injured. Said more bodies were still being recovered and the total could be higher. 14 people are hospitalized at Specialist Hospital, Geidam.
- Councillor of Fichimaram Ward, Malam Lawan Zanna: said over 30 killed initially, with 20+ hospitalized in Geidam. 2 were referred to Teaching Hospital Damaturu. 9 of the hospitalized later died, pushing his count to “over 30”.
- So current estimates range from 30+ to 56+ dead, with at least 14 injured. Exact figures are still unconfirmed because recovery is ongoing.

*Why the market was targeted*
Multiple sources said the jet was tracking suspected insurgents believed to be in the market. The strike reportedly missed the intended target and hit traders and buyers instead. The market draws people from Gubio, Chiweram, Benisheikh in Borno, and Gurokayeya, Geidam in Yobe.

*Official responses so far*
- *Yobe State Govt*: Special Adviser on Security, Brig. Gen. Abdulsalam Dahiru rtd, confirmed the incident but said Jilli village is under Borno State and referred inquiries to Maiduguri officials.
- *Nigerian Air Force*: No official statement yet as of the time the report was filed.
- *Borno State*: No comment quoted in the report.

*Context*
This isn’t the first time civilians have been killed in airstrikes targeting insurgents in the Northeast. Similar incidents occurred in Rann 2017, Sakotoku 2020, and Mutumji 2022. Military operations in the Lake Chad axis often target markets and transit points because insurgents tax traders and buy supplies there. The challenge is distinguishing fighters from civilians in crowded weekly markets.

*What usually happens next*
1. *NAF investigation*: The Air Force typically sets up a board of inquiry if civilian casualties are alleged. They’ll check flight logs, targeting data, and ground intelligence.
2. *State Emergency Management*: SEMA in Borno/Yobe usually coordinates with NEMA for mass burial, hospital bills, and support for families.
3. *Casualty verification*: Local govt, police, and community leaders compile a final list. Early eyewitness counts are often higher than the final official tally.
4. *Compensation*: In past cases, federal or state govts have paid condolence/compensation to families after verification, though it’s inconsistent.

*If you have family in the area*
- Contact Specialist Hospital Geidam: That’s where most injured were taken.
- Reach Gubio LGA chairman or Fichimaram Ward councillor for updates on recovered bodies.
- NEMA Northeast Zonal Office in Maiduguri often releases verified casualty lists after 48-72 hours.

This is still developing and casualty numbers may change as more bodies are recovered and hospitals update. No statement yet from Defence HQ or NAF, so the cause and intent are still officially unconfirmed.

Losing civilians in counterinsurgency ops is devastating and keeps happening in the region.

I am not a tribalistic person but there’s something I observed about the Yoruba people when I first came to Lagos that fascinates me. I think it’s a cultural thing but it leaves me mesmerized every single time. I have never been able to get used to it, maybe because I grew up among the Igbo, Idoma and a few other tribes in Nigeria.

Guys, the Yorubas will thank you a thousand times for one small good thing you do for them. I’m not kidding you. If you take your phone now and send N20K to 5 persons each from different parts of Nigeria, I can bet you that after they must have all gotten the money and thanked you for it tonight, the Yoruba person will wake up tomorrow morning and send you a message or call you to thank you for it again.

If by any chance you guys meet tomorrow, they will still thank you all over again.

Now here’s the shocking part, if you happen to meet the person’s father or mother tomorrow, next tomorrow or the next week, he or she will still thank you for that money you sent their son or daughter. I am telling you they must have heard of it before then.

I don’t know how they do it but gratitude and appreciation for little lives among the Yoruba people. Jeez, these guys will make you always want to do more for them.

Do one thing for them and they’ll feel indebted to you for the rest of their lives. It’s how Tinubu has been able to accumulate several loyalists across the Southwestern part of the country – it is all of gratitude, they all feel indebted to him for one position of power or the other that he has installed them.

If he were to be from other tribes, his colonies would have betrayed him and hanged all of his dirty linens outside long long ago.

I wish that we can all learn to appreciate little gestures of kindness like this. It doesn’t only open up doors for us to get more from our benefactors, it also helps to appreciate our own little winnings and not let external influences make us feel like we’re not doing enough.
Christianity EtcRe: Catholic Bishop Of Abakaliki Is Dead by essentialone(m): 6:44am On Apr 12
*May his soul rest in peace. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord.*

That’s painful news for Abakaliki Diocese. Bishop Peter Nworie Chukwu, just 60 years old and barely 5 years as bishop.

*Rt. Rev. Dr. Peter Nworie Chukwu*
- *Born*: November 5, 1965
- *Ordained Priest*: July 3, 1993 — 33 years of priesthood
- *Consecrated Bishop of Abakaliki*: August 19, 2021
- *Died*: Friday, April 10, 2026, aged 60

He succeeded Bishop Michael Nnachi Okoro and was only the second bishop of Abakaliki Diocese since it was created in 1973. His episcopacy was short — under 5 years — but he took over during a tough period for Ebonyi: insecurity, economic hardship, and post-COVID recovery in the Church.

The release came from the Vicar General, Rev. Fr. Dr. Donatus Oluwa Chukwu, confirming the death and saying burial arrangements will be announced later.

*What happens next in the diocese*
1. *Sede vacante*: With the bishop’s death, the See of Abakaliki is now vacant.
2. *Diocesan Administrator*: The College of Consultors must meet within 8 days to elect a diocesan administrator to govern temporarily. Often it’s the Vicar General.
3. *Funeral rites*: Expect the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria to attend. Burial is usually in the cathedral after lying-in-state and Masses. Abakaliki Cathedral is St. Theresa’s.
4. *New bishop*: Rome will eventually appoint a successor after consultation. That process can take months.

He died on Friday immediately after Easter Sunday 2026, which is striking. For Catholics, dying in Paschal Week carries deep symbolism — uniting with Christ’s Resurrection. Many will see that as significant.

Losing a bishop at 60 hits hard. He was ordained priest at 27, spent 28 years as priest, then only 4 years and 8 months as bishop. The diocese will be mourning, especially the priests he ordained and the laity he was just getting to know.

If you’re from Ebonyi or Abakaliki Diocese, condolences. The burial announcement should come in a few days once the CBCN and family meet.

_Requiescat in pace._
Christianity EtcRe: What Is Actually The Work Of Reverend Sisters? by essentialone(m): 6:27am On Apr 12
As an ex-Catholic, I get why it might feel like you never “saw” their work. Reverend Sisters don’t usually stand at the altar on Sunday, so their work is easy to miss if you’re only looking at Mass. But in most parishes where they’re present, they’re doing a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps things running.

*What Reverend Sisters actually do in a parish*

It depends on their congregation and charism, but here are the common roles:

*1. Education & Catechism*
This is the big one. Many sisters run or teach in the parish school, nursery, or catechism classes. They prep kids for First Communion, Confirmation, handle baptismal classes for parents, and RCIA for adult converts. If you went through catechism, there’s a good chance a sister was involved. They’re also the ones training lay catechists.

*2. Pastoral care / Hospital & home visits*
Sisters often visit the sick, elderly, and homebound. They bring Communion to people who can’t make it to church, pray with families, and coordinate with the parish priest on who needs anointing of the sick. In hospitals, you’ll see sisters as chaplains or running clinics/dispensaries attached to the parish.

*3. Social services & charity*
A lot of parish outreach runs through them: St. Vincent de Paul Society, food pantries, sewing/empowerment programs for women, orphanage work, and support for widows. When the parish does “charity Sunday” or shares relief materials, sisters are usually sorting, documenting, and distributing.

*4. Parish administration & sacristy*
Many sisters serve as sacristans — they care for altar linens, vestments, sacred vessels, altar flowers, and make sure everything is set for Mass. Some work in the parish office handling records, marriage files, baptismal certificates, or managing the catechetical office.

*5. Liturgy & spiritual formation*
You’ll see them training altar servers, leading Legion of Mary, Block Rosary Crusade, choir, or pious societies. They organize retreats, novenas, and lead Lauds/Vespers where parishes do it. Some give talks during Lenten/Adevent programs.

*6. Youth & women groups*
CYON, CWO, Girls’ Guild — sisters often serve as chaplains or moderators. They run girls’ formation, vocational guidance, and skills acquisition for young women.

*Why you might not have noticed*

1. *No altar role*: Only ordained men celebrate Mass. Sisters don’t preach or consecrate, so they’re invisible on Sunday morning.
2. *Not every parish has them*: Many parishes run without a convent. If your parish didn’t have sisters living there, you wouldn’t see them daily.
3. *Their work is midweek*: Catechism is Saturday, visits are weekdays, sacristy work is before/after Mass when most people are gone.
4. *Habit vs no habit*: Some congregations don’t wear traditional habits anymore. In plain clothes, you might not recognize them as sisters.

*If you want to see it directly*

Walk into the parish office 10am on a weekday. Ask who runs catechism, visits the sick, or handles the sacristy. Nine times out of ten, a sister’s name comes up. Or check the parish bulletin — “Sr. Mary Anthony — Catechetical Coordinator” or “Sr. Justina — Health Centre”.

Some congregations like IHM, DDL, OLA, Holy Child, Eucharistic Heart, DC are deeply embedded in parish life in Nigeria. Others focus more on schools/hospitals and only help in parish on weekends.

*Bottom line*: They’re usually the ones doing the teaching, visiting, organizing, and cleaning that makes Sunday look seamless. The priest is the face, but sisters are often the hands.

This Russian guy is proof that you don’t need to spend a dime or much before you can pipe these w00men. All you need to do is to upgrade your personality or should I say your profile above her own.

It's very unfortunate that black w00men see white men as the prize. This guy only took advantage of them because of the name "white guy."
So he understands his personality or profile is somehow above theirs.

With that mentality already, they don’t care if he’s taking them out on a fancy date, if she sending them m0ney weekly, or sending them date or airtime.
Those rules don’t apply to men w00men like.

They’ll tell you: “I can’t come to your house on the first link”. But they were going to his hotel room in 2 minutes of conversation.

With w00men, you have to understand something; 👇

They make rules for men they don’t like. They don’t have rules for men they like.

Never stress yourself about a w00man bro. If she has low interest, go get another w00man with high interest.

Stop wasting your resources just because you wanna get a w00man.

You’re just a f00l bro.

You can't continue like this

Learn or perish.

Class dismissed.
Till I come your way again.
