It's a pity. How do these eviction notices come?
Aren't building approvals supposed to be based on the Lagos master plan than deposit people of their accommodation in the nearest future?

If you have your first degree certificate, no need to apply for transcript. But if you haven't got your certificate, then start from now to apply for your transcript so that it can meet the time it will be demanded for submission during screening exercises.

Perhaps you mean a month from the screening and admission process. As you are aware that once there is no screening exam, there won't be luxury of time to close the admission exercise as there are usually tons of applicants each year. However, everything is transparent and would surely be posted for would-be postgraduate intake for the new academic session.

I'm applying it here that there would been no need for an expatriate as we'd have blacks running the BUA facility and the expatriate comes for follow-up of the knowledge transfered and its effectiveness.

From then, if any client that tells me to just help manage the cost of the project, I just pack my baggage and leave. They would come back to tell you when you know you can't do it for that amount why did you take the contract? You end up having BP; mine I'm still battling with.
You can't go and be begging supplies because you want to satisfy a client.
I still couldn't balance till date because of that singular this is about 7 years running.
