my daughter had a mock chemistry exam today. she was up till two am reading. there has been no light for over two weeks but the gen was running. everytime i called her to do a chore she reminded me she had an exam the next day.

she is doing ssce this year and i just paid for our last borns school lunch, which she normally has to prepare every morning [ this will ensure she has as few distractions as possible.

only the EXTREMELY BRILLIANT can make it if they are not in a supportive environment

my sis had two friends when she was in med school. one had a mother who was a widow. the next thing we heard was how the mother kept on harassing the girl - you must marry you must marry you must marry

after all the gra gra teh girl got married. left med school for a year or so. none of us were particularly impressed with the guy she married. on the rachet side. anyway, today my sis and her other friend are both in the US and KILLING it. the lady is a doctor is in ilorin and i guess doing okay. but i am sure if her mother had not harassed her into marrying early, she may have done so much better.
