Foreign Affairs › Re: What Happens If Syrian Chlorine Gas Attack Is True? by EVarn(op): 6:38pm On Mar 06, 2018 |
Blue3k: They place sanctions on Assad nothing more. The fact is the Syrian war is winding down and Assad is going no where. Emmanuel Macron has threatened that "France will strike" if it is confirmed that Assad gased Ghouta. We shouldn't forget that something similar happened in 2013, and the U.S. even resolved to take military action against the Syrian government, it was Russian diplomatic intervention and Assad's timely decision to disarm Syria of all its chemical munitions that stayed Obama's hand. |

What do you think will be the west's reaction if the allegations of a chlorine gas attack by the assad regime in eastern ghouta last week is proven true? |

salvation101: how more do you expect the Bible to say it was a sin when Jesus already said "two shall be one flesh"? That is the concept of marriage, two people becoming one. The bible never said anything against becoming "one" with more than one woman. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Can A Christian Man (marry (two (2))wives? Is It A Sin? by EVarn(m): 12:46pm On Mar 06, 2018 |
The bible never specifically said it is a sin, its the way most modern christians interprete the bible that makes the matter more controversial. |

South Africa has a very diversified economy, everything from mining to heavy technology. Unlike Nigeria that is still largely dependent on crude oil.
Well, I believe the government knows what to do to turn things around, they just won't do it. |

TheKingdom: Always partnering yet refuse to clean up your sh.ithole Well, you have to take that up with the authorities, not me. Or betterstill, we can work together to clean it up. Unintelligent ranting will certainly not achieve anything, unless your aim is to achieve nothing. |

Good steps, we should develop our UAV capacity to augment our current mediocre air fleet.
This technology could really help us in developing manned combat aircrafts in the future. Partnering with the Portugese was a nice idea, those guys have got really good military tech. Partnering with the Pakistanis, Israel(if possible, on lavi technology) and South Africa(especially on rooivalk technology) will be very monumental too. |

Deliberate acts of provocation, in some climes, such actions could put a country on high alert and spur punitive counter-responses. |

Fire brigade approach, after series of massacres have already taken place and hope has been lost, our security institutions should really work more on intelligence gathering. |

SSGN: They cannot hope to win in a war with a nation whose army is larger than the combined 16. What I'm saying is they can invade and occupy territory near their border for as long as a week. Because we do not have the mechanism in place to check incursions like this. Think the number of times Cameroonian forces illegally cross into Nigeria, killing civilians and burning villages, threatening community leaders. This shows how disorganised our military is I totally agree. |

kettykings: dont underestimate chadians , read about toyota war and how chadians defeated libya The Chadians defeated the army of gadaffi simply because they harnessed the desert terrain, not because they had superior firepower. Nigeria on the other hand has a lot of experience in the desert warfare due to the boko haram insurgency. Moreover, Southern Chad, where N'jdamena is located, isn't as desertified as the north where the toyota war was fought. |
