A friend sent in this Story; Hear her: ATTENTION :ATTENTION :ATTENTION ------------ THIRD MAINLAND BRIDE DEATH TRAP . True life story by IFEYINWA Okafor-Mbah NO MATTER HOW HECTIC THE TRAFFIC MAYBE ................ PLEASE DON'T ALLOW THE DRIVERS TAKE ANY "SHORTCUT" I have always noticed a portion of land at the right hand side of the road with two big gates immediately you descend the THIRD MAINLAND BRIDGE going towards Adekunle but I have never really thought it could be a hide out for the MEN of the UNDERWORLD but last week Friday I came in direct contact with them. On my way home from work I took a bus from Obalende to Yaba which is my normal route to and fro work every day. Immediately the bus descended the third mainland bridge the conductor jumped down and two men opened the big gates while beckoning on the driver to drive in. This was at 7:00pm. As soon as I noticed it, I started shouting and telling him that it's not possible because there is no road there connecting Yaba (at least not any that I know of) the men and the conductor insisted and I continued shouting and holding the driver maintaining that he continued on the proper route or I get down from the bus ( while this was going on between I and the driver nobody in the bus talked . I also noticed a man in white regalia in front of me who I think was working with them because he kept stirring at me and never said anything rather he will look and face down as if he was pressing something ). While struggling with the driver, one man at the back of the seat stood up and said he wanted to get down and if they have a bad plan it has failed starting with him(I was at the middle seat). So we became two that were continuous of the environment aside from the people I guess were in conjunction with the driver and others who didn't know what was going on. Seeing that I was drawing attention because some other vehicles were slowing down, the driver made a U-turn back to third mainland bridge while making signs to those that opened the gate for him to join him and I kept shouting that he was a killer and that they want to either rob or kill us so he turned back to Adekunle.( I want to say here that the driver never defended himself or countered what I was saying) After we entered Adekunle road, some of the passengers were startled because I continued talking about it as we drove along Herbert Macaulay road. According to them, they didn't even know what I was talking about (I concluded they were under a spell) . I took it as one of those things after telling some members of my family the story that night. But the story took a new turn this morning when a friend I boarded a bus with on my way to work told me that a guy left Ikorodu for UNILAG yesterday to defend his project and up til now his friends and family have not seen him and he has been declared missing. While thinking of the danger so many people might be in right now, I decided to tell her my story and hoped she would also spread it to others but while narrating my story to my friend, the driver of the bus heard us and he confirmed that some mysterious things are happening there truly. He said that some people were rubbed under the same bridge two day ago after a bus drove into the same place and a man from his neighborhood was among the victims ( I believe it was a planned job between the robbers and the driver of the vehicle). PLEASE pass this story to all your friends and family until it gets to the RIGHT SECURITY PERSONNEL. That PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FAST because there might be some victims under the bridge right now. Cc: lalasticlala |
caspet:The increased robbery is the worst of it, I tell you |
See mentality, so a man helps out in his home, means he has turned houseboy, can u imagine, |
Jail for what, did he steal anybody's money. Highest if Honeywell wins the case, monies will "awarded" to them. Some people have been pronouncing jail terms to anyone they don't like from the comfort of their bedrooms these days. Hahahaha, to them Nigeria is Jailgeria |
Good day NLanders, I'm just thinking aloud as I drove through the abnormal traffic on two spots on my way home from church which is also not too far from my house. The traffic was caused by fuel queue, I don't need to remind you how it is, lolzz. Earlier in the day I wanted to get some fuel both for my car and generator but couldn't. I just got back home and as usual no light. 3 in 1 mishap @ a blow, no fuel, no light, traffic caused by fuel queue (not forgetting criminals take advantage of traffic to rob citizens in Lagos). Uncle Bubu, "it have do now", no fuel for 2months at a stretch? Haba We heard last month that you have paid subsidy, so do you want us to celebrate Christmas in this condition? Please if the body language needs an interpreter, do hire one, and get us out of this mess fast. Thank you sir. God bless Nigeria. |
Where is the 6yr old girl? That old man in the picture? ![]() Some things are not just possible, let him try harder. Meanwhile those adoptive parents should be wary of how they leave their grand daughters to play with this old man of 6yrs o.. ![]() |
Ephemmm:Chinedu Okoro is just a byke man, and Kemi Patrick is the robber ![]() |
babyfaceafrica:This a matter of sudden and suspicious death and he is fighting so hard to usurp his position, looks fishy. Oyegun is smart by going for a neutral person. Dogara and Saraki didn't "kill to take over", if u get my drift. Karma is a wild bi.tch. Let's all be careful. Courtesy demands he takes a chill pill if his hands are clean. Their party has taken a decision why fight so hard. Is there something we don't know? |
babyfaceafrica:OK na, Tinubu is God right? Rem Audu |
seunmsg:OK let him continue fighting naa, lolzz. It's allowed. |
babyfaceafrica:He will loose the favour of his party if he doesn't withdraw the court case. See him, he wants to gain everything. Why not quietly reject being deputy and honorably go back to the HOR. Let him not loose both out of greed. |
Chai, I love that man, very calm. Eh presidential material. I remember him with Tokunbo Ajayi, the way he calls "Toks" was so romantic. . ![]() I wish u well sir |
This oyegun is intelligent. Faleke had better calmed down and not fight his party, secretly ask for some form of palliatives to cover his campaign expenses since they won and help Yahaya Bello succeed. Let him not push his luck too far, whoever is inciting him can deny him in the middle of the ocean. Be wise Faleke! |
Na wah o, so much hate in the land... God help Nigeria, "so far he is not my tribe, kill him he is a rogue" I'm scared of the future of this Nation state. *do they even know this man is born again truly**? |
She be like, gimme this minister, nyem dis minister, achorom I wu First lady, lolzz |
captainflash:Read well b4 u condemn someone, she is not the one that publicized it, the Doctor did, she just replied in appreciation and said she hopes to see the girl someday. Abeg free Kate. |
OK good development if true Let peace reign |
manutdrichie:He may not have stolen a kobo, most likely he was trying to threaten the bank's customer to pay up monies owed the bank. He works in loan recovery remember? And most likely the customer caught his tricks and maybe even knows someone in Efcc, these Efcc officials can be corrupt too and protect their own. |
If you don't know Lagos, ask. Ikorodu road is not in Ikorodu, it's a very long stretch of road spanning several locations. Too bad these robbers are having a field day. |
. |
@OP thank God for your life, why withhold the transport company's name. |
liberty300:E go shock u dem go pronounce themselves winners, rem they are in power, everyone is not GEJ. The wishes of the people differ though. Fingers crossed. |
ademega:So when he decamps to Apc he turns to a saint as is the case with all decampees right?, and then you guys will stop fighting him, ![]() |
gretblue:Please communicate in your dialect, we have interpreters here, lolzzz, Mr English "understander" you are the one finding it difficult here not the person you are quoting. ![]() |
If this true, I will say Good move. Nobody knows what killed Audu, so a neutral person should take his place. Faleke, show solidarity to ur principal, quit the race if ur hands are clean, and goan mourn him. |
Dats not my Ini's legs abeg, her legs are hotter, show us her face and legs in one pix |
Are u living in a public yard or something, where do u see that, nothing wrong if u live a programmed life by gathering ur undies and neatly wash once, using a washing machine for eg and spreading in ur private space where there is sunshine, that's why there is a pant hanger. Nothing shameful about it. If you work in a busy city, you can't be washing pant b4 u go to work everyday and when you return @nite. |
Eyekandi:No its the dad, the first Min of Education, this one has not made an impact when that hostel was named. Prolly he was still schooling and maybe just about 20yrs then. |
jejemanito:You are very funny walahi, ![]() But you described her activity wella, she was only peeping naa, we no see her face sef. Na her social media crew wan promote am, dem no do this one well. |
Who is spewing this trash and who are these Nigerians always referred to? @OP, PMS is selling for N500 in Calabar, Diezani did better, where is our current petroleum minister, is he not enriching himself now? The marketers are pointing fingers @ him. Pls solve this problem and leave Diezani alone. Your hatred will not take away the fact that she performed, we never had it this bad. |
Thank God for their lives. Bad market for Medview abi Nedview |
