I would like to find out, from experienced minds how possible it is, for me to acquire a doctorate degree, in my 20s. Presently I'm studying anatomy which is a 4 year course, and not up to 20 yet, and i would like to further my education to the doctorate level.

I'm asking the question because most PhD holders i've happened to come across are usually people, whose age bracket we can estimate to be, between (45-65years) which made me wonder why acquiring the degree takes so much time, hence my question.

possible. Dv after graduation & NYSC, go straight for Msc,normally 2years. Get at least 60% & qualify for PHD. PHD is normally 3years for fulltime. Important you avoid schools that complicate things for students.Focus on schools with knowledge as their yardstick on awarding degrees. All the best

if you intend to sell good weight,feed at least twice. If after cutting fat, do once. They will not grow as expected, only good idea when you having extreme cold weather,to avoid pollution or when you want to cut back excessive fat from your broodstock.

just get experts to drill hole of 4 inch pipe wide deep into the ground & channel all waste water into it.No one will know you do fish farming. I posted the picture of what it looks like years back when i was in benin to train someone on fish farming. then it cost 45-60k. NOTE: I dont do it,hence no need asking further

15ft by 13ft by 4.5ft - 1300 fishes to 1500 fishes

13ft by 10ft by 4ft - 600 fishes

Visit a vet store, it could be liquid or powder,just give.If liquid,starve them of water first after or before feeding. Depends on the prescription or call a vet,though he wont do anything special for deworming

iam in south west,i dont sell ram or kid. Some could be pregnant early,as low as 7-10 months,but wise you allow them reach 1year before you start making babies from them. They become sturdy,mature & most likely live longer to serve you. Your animals will be big if you deworm at least once in 3 months interval,dont feed them too much fresh or young plants,add protein like Gnc,full fat soya for finisher. Dont give wet grasses,they each most grasses,from andropogon spp to elephant grasses etc. My advice is discuss with those that sell in market to place an order when next they intend to bring from the north,except the goats you desire to raise is west african dwarf(those common short goats) or in the alternative,visit an animal or goat/sheep farm nearest to you.

Who does aeration in Nigeria and what cost. How can one prepare a large pond that can contain 10k fishes.

many use aeration,cost depends on your capacity. There are laborers,but if earthen & you are after speed maybe machine,though could be expensive & could still lack bagging to guard against collapse. Consider safety in deciding depth,maximum 4.5-5feet cos of harvest & incase of workers. You can choose to divide ponds to more than one unit for better evaluation. If you are a starter consider feeding cos,start with less number & get good guardian from a close practicing farmer. Also note that some could see you as an opportunity to rip you off your funds,so seek someone with good report.

first consider cost & you can use weekly or fornightly. Make sure your water mgt is okay to reduce how often you treat your fishes

Sir, i really appreciate your response. I mixed the tetracycline in the food i feed them with yesterday and did not add water or reduce the level of water in my tank. Also, can i repeat the process today by reducing the water level and mixing tetracycline with their food? I used two and half sachet of tetracycline in their feed yesterday. thanks in anticipation

30 tablets? i could have encourage you use antibiotic with moderation,reason is for human health & so it wont allow your fishes develop resistance for future occurrence. If you notice improve dont use,maintain clean water. Otherwise a 3 days regime is normal to clear out any residue disease inherent in your fishes. All the Best.

dont mix. Aquapro when they are fine,just release some on water surface,0.25 of sachet,and your fishes will feed on it, then feed weekly,consider cost. For tetracycline,either you add to water by reducing it,later you top up or you mix with ready to give feed by adding little moist. Nafdac already ban use of some antibiotic,hence not sure if tetracycline makes the list,so aquapro is good also if you confirm the former is in the list.

adhere to ab1x, bacteria issue & watch your feeding,try improve water mgt. When you are visibly settle the issue,get aquapro & if you use it occasionally,you might never have need for antibiotic again

My fellow experienced farmer, please I need your help. I've been noticing one of my fish since 3day now that it swim almost sideways, and the side of its stomach is swollen, hence that side tends to face upside while swimming. Please what can I do?

remove the fish to a clean separate tank, dont feed for 2days,get a fish approve antibiotic accessible in your area & apply as prescribe,clean water is key

It is well even in the well,sir. I'v done the treatment and there was no abnormal reactions. I'v refilled d water till tomorrow, when I shall proceed with the treatment. I pray for positive results at the end of the 3-day regimen.

Evening, sir. I got Aqua-Dex plus from the vet store. The vet doctor instructed me to mix two tablespoons with 1kg of feeds and air dry so I can feed the fish.
The instructions there also says the pond water should be drained to the barest minimum and 100g of the drugs be mixed and left for four hours before topping the water again. The 100g is for 800-1000 fish and mine is just over 450 so will it be right to put 50g,, which is half of 100g?
