In A Voice Vote, Senate Mandates Col Ali To Appear Before Them In Custom Uniform On 22nd March The Senate has again mandated Custom Comptroller General, Col. Hameed Ali to appear before them again on 22nd March 2017 with his full Custom uniform. In a voice vote in the senate today, almost all was in favor of the decision. Col. Ali was asked why he appeared before the senate today without his Custom uniform and he responded that in the last letter from the senate to his office, the law makers didn't ask him to put on his Custom uniform. Deputy Senate President, Sen. Ekweremadu who presided over proceedings today, responded by saying: the last letter we sent you was just a reminded of the previous letter which you were asked to put on your Custom uniform before appearing before us. In conclusion, the senate in voice vote mandated Ali to appear before them again on 22nd March 2017 with his full custom uniform. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/03/in-voice-vote-senate-mandates-custom.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 obinoscopy missyb3 dominique ijeybabe

Judging by the definition of cloning -"make an exact copy of", I think is a crime. Bearing in mind that "what is on the mind of any one cloning a website can't be good" I mean, why do you clone a website? What genuine reason can someone give for cloning a website? None so is mischievous to clone a website and it is in fact a crime. Is like someone trying to use your business name to do business. Is liable for sanctions if not jail term. |
Former GEJ's presidential aide Reno Omokri can't just stop letting Nigerians know his mind in the situation of thing in the country even when his thoughts is clearly not needed. He finds a way to critic everything going on in the incumbent APC government while forgetting that his principal is the main reason why Nigeria is were it is today. No wonder BBC described him as a high profile broadcaster. He shared another interesting piece on his Facebook few minutes ago regarding the one going sexual scandal involving Omega Fire Ministries G.O, apostle Suleman and Stephanie Otobo as well as the involvement of the "cabals" as they call it, using Kaduna State Governor, El Rufai as a case study. In Omokri's words: Not that I agree With Omega Fire Ministry's allegation that Nasir El-Rufai is behind Stephanie Otobo, but there are many coincidences and it begs questions. On March 29, 2016, Suleman challenged Elrufai over his Preaching License Bill. On April 3, 2016, Elrufai responded. A man who can pay herdsmen (as he himself admitted) instead of arresting them shouldn't be underestimated. What is Suleman accused of? Sleeping with Otobo. Okay, El-Rufai tweeted on January 28, 2013 that “if Jesus criticises Jonathan’s government, Maku, Abati or Okupe will say that he slept with Mary Magdalene”. That tweet betrays a mindset. If a man can say this about Jesus, one wonders what will happen to a mere mortal. Also, of all the states in Nigeria, why did the second faceless accuser ask for the protection of the Kaduna state govt. Does Kaduna have a reputation for peace or security? And why would a govt confirm such a thing to Premium Times? Then consider what President Obasanjo, Elrufai's boss of 8 years, wrote about him in his book 'My Watch Vol 2 “Nasir’s penchant for reputation savaging is almost pathological.” What is happening to Suleman today? Is it not 'reputation savaging'? more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/03/see-reno-omokris-assertion-against.html cc lalasticlala missyb3 dominique

Big Brother Nigeria is getting interesting day after day as four of the remaining eight BBN housemates have been nominated for eviction on Sunday. The housemates are Efe, Tboss, TTT and Debie-rise. Bally, Tboss and TTT got the highest votes for eviction nomination. But Bassey as the Head of House saved Bally and replaced him with Efe. In a twist of events, Marvis used her power card to nominate Debie-Rise. The probability of one of the four nominated housemates to be evicted on Sunday is 100%. http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/03/bbnaija-thin-tall-tony-efe-tboss-debie.html

Deniz Aytekin is set to be sidelined and demoted by Uefa after the referee came under pressure for several wrong decisions in Barcelona’s 6-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain in Spain. Never in champions league that a team have been able to overcome a 4-0 deficit until Barcelona Vs PSG match which marred by too many errors from the officiating referee. Barcelona pulled off an incredible comeback after heading into the second leg 4-0 down. The Catalan giants conceded an away goal to seemingly kill the game before and scoring three goals in the final seven minutes. Neymar’s superb free kick in the 88th minute sparked a goal rush as Barcelona scored the winner in the 95th minute. The two penalties warded to Barcelona are not penalty offences and unfortunately, nothing can be done after the match according to Uefa rules. But at least some messures can be taken in other to not allow such a bad officiating in Uefa games. The second penalty decision that put Barcelona within a goal of pulling off the unlikely fightback was more controversial than the first, as Luis Suarez went down under minimal contact. Aytekin pointed to the spot much to the fury of the PSG players who had already seen the referee book Suarez for diving earlier in the game. The referee consulted with his assistant behind the goal despite having a better view of the incident and being closer to the action. The German is now set to be taken off any future Champions League games and will not be given the chance to referee another high profile match this season. Marca claim Aytekin could be demoted to lesser games and may even be sidelined from officiating all together as Uefa wait for the heat to die down. Editor's Note: In fact, to me, they need to fire that referee and investigate him for match fixing. They are even talking about the second penalty that their was minimal contact or no contact at all. The first one is even the worst decision to me. This guy fail down following a misstep and he didn't know that Neymar was coming from his left side and just "fake felled into him" and the referee blew a penalty. He should have given that Neymar guy a red card. I was so disappointed that night. see the highlights again below.. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/03/uefa-to-demote-referee-following-too.html cc missyb3 mynd44 dominique ijeybabe lalasticlala

Following the tweet Presidential Adviser on media, Femi Adesina shared this morning saying that the President have resumed duties and have sent letter to National Assembly informing them of his resumption of duties today, Nigerians have however reacted to the development. When President Buhari arrived Nigeria few days ago, he held a press conference where he stated that he will continue his rest while acting president and VP Osinbajo continues his duties in the Acting Capacity. It all seems that Buhari changed his mind or some people may still argue that his mind has been changed by the so called cabals. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES The report said House incurred the highest infraction of N1.1 billon followed by Management, N347.8 million; NILS, N246.5 milliion; the Senate N205.7 million; legislative aides N70 million and NASC,N30 million. The Auditor-General observed that contracts for the purchase of 48 Units of Utility Vehicles were awarded to three contractors at N624 million, Daily Trust reports. The report stated that, “records however showed that the supply of 14 Units of these motor vehicles were not made. “The Clerk has been informed and has been requested to recover monies paid for the outstanding 14 vehicles and forward the recovery particulars for audit verification.” The Auditor-General said 50 cash advances amounting to N499.6 million were granted to staff to carry out various assignments. “However, as at the time of writing this report in August, 2016, more than a year after, the advances are yet to be retired. “Some of the vouchers were granted multiple advances without retiring the previous ones in violation of the Financial Regulations which provides that no new advance should be granted, if the previous ones had not been retired” it stated. The report said that the Clerk of the National Assembly had been requested to recover the advances from the affected officers and furnish the Auditor-General with the recovery particulars for audit verification. SENATE The Auditor-General’s report said N186million meant for the payment of Motor Vehicle Loan which was paid into a Commercial Bank Account as indicated in the mandate was misapplied for other purposes such as organizing Senate Retreat and Pre-Valedictory Session of the 7th Senate. This action, according to the report, violates the provision of Financial Regulations 417 which states that, “Votes must be applied only to the purpose for which money is provided. Expenditure incorrectly charged to a Vote shall be disallowed” The Clerk of the National Assembly has been notified and requested to explain reasons for the Violation of extant rule. He was also asked to recover the fund and forward the particulars for audit verification. Also Bank Charges amounting to N15.9 million were charged for the period July to December, 2015. “This is contrary to the provisions of e-Payment Circular Ref no. Financial Regulations 734 also provides that ‘’ No Government Organization or Agency shall place government funds in any Commercial Bank that will charge any commission on transactions “. The Clerk has been asked to recover the amount and furnish the Auditor-General with the recovery particulars for audit verification. In the Management accounts, the Auditor-General said the personnel Account was overdrawn in two instances, and this attracted a penalty amounting to N8.8 million in violation of the provisions of Financial Regulations 710 which states that “No Government Bank Account shall be overdrawn or any temporary advance obtained from a bank and any bank charges incurred shall be recovered from the Accounting officer.” The Clerk has been requested to pay back the money and furnish the Auditor-General with the payment particulars for audit verification. It also observed that account payment vouchers amounting to N115.9 million paid by the Management within the first 6 (Six) months of the financial year 2015, were not produced for audit examination. It was further observed that Cash Advances totalling N158million granted to members of staff in 17 instances between the months of January and June 2015 are yet to be retired at the time of writing this report in the month of August 2016, (more than a year after payments) in flagrant disregard of extant regulations which stipulate that all advances should be retired/accounted for, immediately after the completion of the assignment for which funds were granted. The Clerk has been communicated that the defaulters should be sanctioned in line with the provision of Financial Regulation. During the Audit of National Assembly Budget & Research Office (NABRO) account, financial scandal of N66million was observed. It said there was Vital/relevant supporting documents. He should produce the enabling authority, otherwise he should return the sum of N70, 560,000.00 to Government Treasury and furnish Auditor-General with the recovery particulars for verification,” the report stated. NASS SERVICE COMMISSION An amount totalling N17million was deducted from four months’ salaries by the commission in the year 2015 as PAYE (Pay As You Earn) and claimed to have been remitted to the Federal inland Revenue Services without any evidence of payment to FIRS. “If evidence cannot be produced, then they said amount should be recovered and paid back to FlRS (and) furnish the Auditor-General with payment particulars for verification.” Read complete post below.... more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/03/auditor-general-of-federation-agf.html cc dominique lalasticlala missyb3 mynd44

Ahhhh, for this recession. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has urged the general public to be good and patriotic citizens by reporting any money deposited mistakenly into their various accounts. The Commission stated this when Dr. Aliyu Usman Tilde, an academician, columnist and writer returned a draft of N900,000.00, (Nine Hundred Thousand Naira Only), to the Gombe Zonal office of the EFCC. The amount was mistakenly paid into his account. Three months after his account officer could not trace the origin of the strange alert, Dr. Tilde reported the case to the EFCC. Investigation by the EFCC however revealed that the amount belongs to a law firm that was counsel to Federal Ministry of Justice in a case that involved a former staff of Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Investigation further revealed that the Clerk of the firm made a mistake in writing Dr. Tilde’s firm account number when submitting bank details to the client’s Ministry. Dr. Tilde raised a draft of the said amount in the name of EFCC EXHIBIT ACCOUNT and brought same to Gombe zonal office. The beneficiary firm has since been contacted.
