Politics / Re: Governorship Primaries: APC Leaders Threaten Revolt Against Tinubu Over Ambode by exlinkleads(f): 8:21am On Sep 17, 2018
I can't advice Ambode to throw in the towel just yet even though Tinubu is a greedy fellow.

Ambode needs to put up a good fight. Not up till recent events, I use to think the grounds to not elect the incumbent is if he/she is not doing well. Now I stand corrected. So the grounds is now if he/she is not serving the high chiefs of his political parties.

God have mercy on Nigeria.

The other day I was watching Oshimole speaking on why Saraki should resign. I was marveled as to why an elderly man like him should be talking nonsense knowing that his own kids will be watching.

Buhari that have failed the whole nation is still on seat and the APC juggernuts are singing praises for him and even to reelect him.

I give up on Nigeria.

Crime / Shocking: Lady Humiliates And Beat Up A Man For Unpaid Debt - Video by exlinkleads(f): 8:08am On Aug 09, 2018
Omo, see gbese oo. Residents have been left in shock after a lady was caught on camera humiliating and assaulting a man for allegedly refusing to pay a debt of Sh200.

In the video that has gone viral already online, the woman is seen unleashing slaps, blows and kicks on the man who evidently looks drunk. The annoyed lady beats up the man against the wall with kicks without the intervention of onlookers who instead film the scene.

Garissa residents who saw the video were angered by the fact that despite the abuse which is illegal, the lady was still walking free.

The office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has however launched a manhunt for the woman and called on members of the public to provide details that might lead to the arrest of the woman.

In DPP words;

“Calling on the public to provide details of this incident that is, perpetrator, location and date to inform appropriate action by the Office of Public Prosecution, DPP.

Phones / Airtel Nigeria Is The Most Fraudulent, Criminally Minded Telecom In Nigeria by exlinkleads(f): 3:57am On Jul 28, 2018
need to ask this question; what has gone wrong in the state of Nigeria as a nation? Why have all the polity known to democracy and organized system of governance not working in this country. It all seems that the corruption baked in the bakery by our so called politicians has sipped into everything in the society while we are still asleep.

Telecommunication operators in Nigeria today are (unequivocally) the most corrupt and criminally minded industry now as am writing this piece. Be it MTN, Glo or Airtel, all of them are the same. While the first two telecom networks manipulates and do their lerceny in a subtle manner, Airtel Nigeria do there's overtly.

I keep wondering how Airtel Nigeria is still in business in Nigeria while over 90% of their customer base are complaining everyday of their gross misconduct, illegal deduction of data and airtime and deliberately advertising a false and incorrect tariff on their network. I mean this people deliberately mislead their customers as they advertise different thing on televisions while they offer half of what they advertise in reality.

In fact, many of their customers left messages on their Twitter handle which has gone unanswered on why they bundled for N2000 and got 3.5gb instead of the 7gb they advertised. I don't blame them really, if not that we have a failed state and a failed system, they can't come to this country and take its citizens for fools.

When renowned journalist, Elias Ozikpu raised the dust and wrote about their thievery and fraudulent manipulation of data in late 2017, (you can read his press release here), everybody thought he was joking. But it has dawned to us that this people are criminals, literarily.

I'm indeed aggrieved as I'm writing this piece. I know few people might be wondering why. Since their customer service cannot rectify anything, hence this piece needs to be put out to the public. I have also included so many complaints on their Twitter handle that they have failed to reply to or resolve.

Airtel Nigeria keeps deducting my airtime and zapping my data since God knows when but this ones that happened recently really opened my eyes. This people really know what they are doing. Each time I load card on my sim, they will continue to be deducting my airtime incessantly and unnecessarily.

They deducted N30 from my airtime under the guise of 902 services about 4 days ago and I called their customer service and the stupid idiot hanged the phone on me. I requested my refund and they didn't do nothing. Yesterday they charged me N50 again on same services which the idiot told me he has deactivated and today again they charged me N150 for the same bullsh*t again.

I called the customer service again and the girl said I was the one that activated the services that I must have clicked a pop up ad or some so and I got mad at the stupid girl. Am not an old man for God sakes that can't read well before clicking anything and moreover, my phone is pretty clean without pop ups. I even tried to stop the services myself, 2 times and it will tell me I don't have such services activated on my phone and yet this Buffoons called Airtel Nigeria will still charge me.

I'm not putting this out there for our government to intervene; NO. Because their own buffoonery is alarming and with NCC not knowing their left from right, the only thing Nigerians need to do is throw away their Airtel sims. And believe me, I have already cut mine into pieces before writing this piece because throwing it away only will be detrimental. I mean someone may see it and pick it and start using it. Which I don't even wish for my enemy.

Below is some of the unanswered complaints curated from their Twitter page..

Crime / Herdsmen Killed 86 People In Plateau In Retaliation To 300 Cows They Slaughtered by exlinkleads(f): 11:12am On Jun 25, 2018
In an era were the lives of human being are equivalent or even less to that of a cow, the Chairman, North Central zone of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders’ Association of Nigeria (MACBAN), Danladi Ciroma has reacted to the recent attacks on Plateau villages by suspected herdsmen where over 86 persons were hacked to death.

According to Plateau Police Command, they confirmed on Sunday the killing of 86 persons in the attacks on Razat, Ruku, Nyarr, Kura and Gana-Ropp villages of Gashish District in Barkin Ladi Local Government.

Ciroma in a statement claimed that the attack was in retaliation of the killing of over 300 cows in the last few weeks by the villagers. He said despite the efforts of the state government, some criminal elements hiding among their people were still frustrating the peace efforts.

According to them;

“These attacks are retaliatory. As much as I don’t support the killing of human being, the truth must be told that those who carried out the attacks must be on revenge mission.

“There have been recent reports of cow rustling and destruction of farms between Berom farmers and Fulani herdsmen. The people carrying out these criminal activities are well known to the communities but the communities are hiding them.

“Fulani herdsmen have lost about 300 cows in the last few weeks – 94 cows were rustled by armed Berom youths in Fan village, another 36 cows were killed by Berom youths. In addition to that, 174 cattle were rustled and the criminals disappeared with them to Mangu.

“Since these cows were not found, no one should expect peace in the areas. Even soldiers that went after the criminals to recover the rustled cows were shot by the armed rustlers and eventually escaped with all the cows.

“The government of Governor Lalong has done a lot to restore peace, but the criminal elements hiding among their people are the ones frustrating these peace efforts.

“Though the security agencies have tried, they need to do more by being fair to all parties; they should not neglect any report presented by Fulani of Berom because such report can lead to attacks and deaths if not properly handled.

“Criminals thrive a lot in Berom communities, but when the Fulani, who are always victims of their crime, react with attacks, they blame the government.

“These communities have leaders, why hide the criminals? They should fish out the criminals and hand them over to security agencies to avoid death of innocent ones.

“As it is today, the Berom man cannot go to farm, the Fulani cannot breed his cows in Berom Land. This can be stopped if the security agencies do more than what they are currently doing. The attacks will stop as soon as the security agencies stop Berom youths from stealing Fulani cows” he said.
