Goodluck to everyone, today is the final submission date, then we wait for about 4 weeks or more for them to shortlist

I emailed the person that sent the invite to me and said the candidacy is still under review and they will contact all of us

But this was what was stated on PTDF website

Recent Passport Photograph
Local Government Identification Letter
Master’s Degree Certificate (PhD Applicants only)
Evidence of membership of professional associations

I don't know, if you have it you can upload it but if you don't you can leave it

Jaymin007:
hello all
please do we need to upload our transcript when applying in flexisaf? under upload documents, I can see transcript there... i.e after the referee page.

Congratulations to the awardees

No. Have you?

okay, but have you heard from them?

dee57:
Yes i did on the same day

did you meet the requirements?

not job alerts, click job management

olakunle5:
Haba I checked it very well on my Job alert I saw Tech cementing u need a screenshot

you didnt check it well

olakunle5:
I checked now using my laptop I only saw no saved jobs not position no longer available nd my job alert still shows me tech prof cementing

any others who have applied to this role who haven't gotten rejection mails?

did you?

Bb2018:
Did you write the test last month

also got regret mail, what is your profile?

No I havent have you? did you also interview on Nov 22?

How do you plan to fund that study? if it is among the PTDF Schools and Courses you can select them in your application

Freemanlion:
Pls i need advice!!!!

I already have admission in 2 universites in the UK for september 2019... I'm not sure how this would affect my application, should I put in the universities as my part of my choices or I should select different universities??

It is possible that there is an age limit, because I know a friend who applied after me and he got automatic rejection, and I know he's older than 26

No that is not an academic award. They are looking for awards as a result of academic excellence or research/contribution to your field of study so I am afraid that will not count

Sheddy79:
Hello fellow Nairalanders!
I want to confirm if an attestation certificate issued and duly signed by the minister of Tourism of the State of Isreal and the Mayor of Jerusalem confirming one to bear the Honorary title of Jerusalem Pilgrim (JP), as a result of a visit to the Holy lamd can be considered as an international award/ prize? Pls. Am waiting to know, so that we can hit the ground running. Thanks in advance for all your contributions.

Mine has now changed to under review

please can you point me to the other thread?

simplebb:
According to info provided from another thread, their recruitment will take proper shape first quarter 2019.

mine is now under review, and I applied after my friend but his is still just application received

Are you serious? care to share screenshots?

enambobo:
Invites have started rolling in for some. Check your mails.

But what I know is that if one answers "No" to any of the job specific job questions which asks about degree, nysc, etc - that will be automatic rejection

I honestly don't know, have new set of people received rejection mail?

I dont know, but it is possible, did you get a rejection today?

ItsTime4me:
What about those who just got rejected today? Is it auto?

it is in the same place where you uploaded your waec/bachelors/nysc etc, if you select the option you will see an option for professional body certificate

Naaseer01:
I went back to upload but have not seen the place

You think these things are reviewed manually? most of the initial rejections are automated when one doesnt answer the questions to their expectation, things like date of birth, GPA, legal right to work and all that are put into consideration, then the system rejects based on that criteria initially

ItsTime4me:
Same here. But mine is still showing application received and applied within the same period as you. But some persons who applied about 10 days after I did just got rejection mails. So I really wonder how they are attending to the applications

its a site problem

AKB1:
I edited my application to add professional qualification but I didn't find my LGA in the relevant section again. I only saw about 10 LGAs out of over 20 in my state. Who else is experiencing this pls? Is it the site problem?

Similar to last year, there is now a place to upload your professional membership certificates so those who have submitted can edit their application and upload their professional memberships if any. Cheers

It is now working

is the flexisaf site working?

SOP is also taken into consideration, it is not the absolute metric, but it is used in combination with other requirements such as class of degree awards, publications etc

Godsbeloved123:
SOP is important but not a criteria for shortlisting
For those asking about the likely questions, it's just like your normal project defence in school the question will be according to what you present and few other related thing that come to their mind.

There is no guarantee with anything, just put your best application forward, you are competing with those in your state. If your overall application is solid and among the top in your state, you will be shortlisted for the interview, after your interview, interview score will be added to the overall score which considers the various items like WAEC grades, class of degree, awards, publications, personal statement etc.
