I guess it's now an achievement for the buhari govt. |
Glink2018:I actually heard it in the early hours of this morning before the rally. But then again, is it not indicting on apc and buhari govt that you will call me information minister as a means of calling me a liar. It shows how it has become accepted even with buhari supporters that our information minister is an embodiment of lies |
Info reaching me says that guys collected the mobilization fees but failed to turn up at the last minute. Incidentally, there aren't neighbouring states of apc to hire crowds from especially as rochas of IMO hasn't been in a good mood. |
bizzibodi:And yet you criticise and seek to vilify Atiku for not debating. Do you see how much a hypocrite you are. The problem with being a hypocrite is you will never be straight forward in your argument |
Their true colors are manifesting. They were only in the race to act as spoilers to atikus chances. |
Been to both. Apapa is worse. Besides, every Nigerian is affected by this apapa mess Asshurbanipal: |
Apart from tiling ziks tomb with marble tiles, what project can Buhari commission as completed in the two states. Zero. Guys go chop their money today shaa |
bizzibodi:If you actually believe Buhari couldn't attend because he was busy, then you are an irredeemable liar as you are a hypocrite . A debate that was fixed since last year, even before apc timetable . A debate PDP even challenged him to attend and yet he still ran away. Busy indeed. |
He should get into Saturday's match against Tottenham asap. No time to lose |
bizzibodi:And the guy that ran away like a coward didn't make a fool of himself. And the guy that ran away gets your vote. Hypocrisy and double speaking is you guy's key characteristics. I know your type. You never planned to vote Atiku. PDP didn't lose your vote cos it never had it. |
bizzibodi:This heaven that buhari ran away from. The heaven peòple were begging buhari to enter. Get shame small naa |
By Mustapha Usman -January 23, 2019 Abdullahi Baffa, the sacked executive secretary of Tertiary Education Trust Fund, TETfund, has revealed reasons for his sack by the federal government. On Monday, Mr Bichi was replaced with Suleiman Bogoro, who was removed in 2014. The Ministry of Education later issued a statement confirming President Muhammadu Buhari’s approval of the reinstatement of Bogoro as TETFund boss. The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, according to the statement, said the re-instatement of Mr Bogoro is with immediate effect, with the same terms and conditions as it were in his previous appointment and as stipulated in the TETFUND staff conditions of service. But in an interview with the BBC Hausa Service on Wednesday night, Mr Bichi said he was sacked for his refusal to give bribe to the minister of Education not insubordination, inaccessibility and speaking to the press without authorisation. “On Friday night, I was informed at the Presidential Villa that Minister of Education came with a letter reporting me to the president. “This is not the first time Adamu Adamu reported me to the president, requesting my sack but the president stood his ground and refuse to sack me,” he told the BBC. When the interviewer asked him about the authenticity of his source, Mr Bichi said he was certain the information was accurate. “My source is reliable. On Saturday night, I was reliably informed that I would be removed. “I asked what was my offence? They alleged that the offences were inaccessibility, insubordination and speaking to the press without the minister’s authorisation. “Allegation of inaccessibility is unfounded as the minister knows that I spend more time in the ministry as his technical aide than in my TETfund office. “I do not regret my refusal to obey the minister’s directives because I cannot sabotage my country. “Go and ask the minister. Eight months ago, Mallam Adamu Adamu sent one of his biggest contractors to tell me that the minister was angry with me for three reasons. “The third issue is that TETffund disbursed over N200 billion to universities without remitting the percent kickback, amounting to at least N20 billion at 10 percent rate. “The fact is the since I started this job, I have never demanded a single kobo from any university. If any university shows proof of collecting kickback from them, let death sentence be passed on me." https://dailynigerian.com/i-was-sacked-for-refusal-to-give-education-minister-kickbacks-says-ex-tetfund-boss/ |
But earlier news says it's the youths in a pdp rally in one of the villages. Why is this person now dragging Gov Otorm who wasn't even there into it |

APC should focus on telling us why we should vote for a man who doesn't know his environment, who doesn't know he's APC presidential candidate, who is fast losing memory |
A Vote for APC ISN'T a Vote for Buhari By Farooq Kperogi A vote for APC in the coming presidential election won't be a vote for Buhari; it would be a vote for an evil, greedy, corrupt, provincial, and reactionary cabal made up of Mamman Daura, Abba Kyari, Isa Funtua and their minions who are currently perpetrating a stratospheric theft of the nation's resources in ways that would make an angel of Abacha. President Buhari is an insentient human vegetable who is barely aware of his own existence. As much I disdain Vice President Osinbajo's predilection for barefaced lying and annoying rhetorical legerdemain, if he would truly stand in for Buhari while he tends to his irreversibly declining health, I would be comfortable. But Osinbajo is worse than a figurehead VP. The cabal habitually humiliates him to his face and denudes him of any real powers. Every time Buhari handed over power to him when he traveled to London, the Villa always became a tumultuous, feuding house. When former DSS boss Daura instructed his men to invade the National Assembly, Osinbajo was not in on the decision, even though he was the "acting" president. When he inquired why he was not consulted, he was insulted and humiliated by members of the cabal. He fired Daura in exasperation. But the man is practically back. He nominated the current DG and is actually the man who still runs the DSS. Every decision VP Osinbajo took when Buhari was away has been reversed or vitiated upon Buhari's return. Check the records. This would be worse in a Buhari second term when the cabal no longer needs to pretend in order to earn the goodwill of the Southwest. The dissension between the cabal and the southwest political establishment led by Tinubu and Osinbajo would reach a feverish pitch. A degenerative, vegetative Buhari would be oblivious, and the nation would burn to the ground. You need no oracular powers to know that this would happen. At that point, Tinubu's minions in the media and civil society organizations would start barking and tarring all northerners with the same brush. I am waiting for them. Save this post somewhere in case Buhari is rigged back to power. |
But APC commended him for many years for being a true statesman and backbone of apc |
"By all definitions and descriptions, the Nigeria's so called herdsmen are terrorists and if President Buhari doesn't believe so, then it would be difficult for anyone to reasonably absolve him (Buhari) from complicity" "I cover wars and crisis as a journalist, I think I know, and the world also knows how terrorists operate" "The fact that herdsmen's attacking pattern is focused primarily on wiping off farmers should rob Buhari who has achieved only little in his economic agenda that's expected to be powered mainly by farmers . The impact of these well defined attacks on Nigeria's economy are expected to be grave, maybe on the long run greater than that of Boko Haram which has been largely localized to the North East" - Christiane Amanpour - CNN http://sycamoretimes.com/herdsmen-are-terrorists-and-buhari-may-be-behind-them-cnn/

Ambode was able to eliminate these cankerworms that filled Lagos roads in the name of various traffic officials. But with ambode on his way out, they have started surfacing again. I doubt if sanwo olu will have the guts to checkmate the menace |
livelymatilda22:When you said I was the dumb one, I actually wanted to see the point you would martial out to prove me and my argument wrong. But at the end, like everyother zombie, it was just insults and no single point raised. I look forward to the day I will meet an intelligent and factual buharist or apc member. Please don't quote me again. I don't want to be seen remotely connected to low IQ kids with nothing but foul mouth |
KingOfThisnDat:Do you know that if you spend a bit of time to think before typing, you won't type much. If you had used a bit of your brain, you would have known that apc brought the calamity upon themselves without an input from pdp. The two factions of apc destroyed each other's chances by perpetuating illegality. Go and study the case.So how did pdp cheat here abeg? I hate when I make a post, dumb kids will be quoting me. Please don't do that again. |
Atleast at the 9th Senate, PDP is already leading by 3 senators from Rivers state. Same goes for HOR with about 12 reps already. Woke should please not relent on Feb 16th. He should just concentrate on delivering atleast 80% of the votes at the presidential election to Atiku |
The PDP's crowd always shuts down the city. But of course it hardly makes Nairaland's FP. But once buhari visits any state, the pictures are quickly sent to FP |
*Buhari: The Lamp is Intact, but the Oil is Gone* _Lamentation of a Buhari Follower - Ade Egunjobi_ I am begining to really feel pity for Buhari. He has lost touch with his environment. We actually thought he has recovered because he looked physically fit but it's now clear that he is still very very sick mentally and emotionally. He obviously has deteriorating ear problems but even if he had used hearing aid, the bigger problem is still there: his mental capacity has seriously deteriorated so much that he can't comprehend questions and provide coherent and reasonable answers. The only thing he has left is the memory of past years which is common with senile old men and that is why more of his contributions will now be referral to the military era. I am particularly sad because the interview brought so much frustrations. The lady interviewer was frustrated as she had to be picking her words one by one, had to be using lips reading technique for Buhari, had to be breaking down vocabularies and grammar and had to be looking for different perspectives to ask the same question in a way that his mental capacity can bear. Buhari was also frustrated. Having to be asking the lady to come again over and over was too much of embarrassment and frustration for him and I particularly feel for him. Many a times, he feels Osinbajo will intervene more quickly. Osinbajo was also frustrated. He must have been dealing with this inside the Villa, but having to put up with this in a (inter)nationally televised TV is another thing. The frustration was written all over his face as he was struggling to rescue a drowning principal and was insulted for it by the interviewer. All the members of the entourage were frustrated by their pensive moods and must be praying for the final whistle of that interview with bated breath. Whoever advised Buhari to show up for that interview did him more evil than good. I am frustrated also because I am a Buhari fan and sympathizer. I was close to tears watching my hero in that helpless situation throughout the interview. I wish it hasn't happened and pray that it will not happen again. No more interview and debate for all I care, Nigerians can do and say whatever they like. Silence is more golden than gaffes. Buhari is my hero but he is tired. He needs rest and treatment. He will do better as a respected elder statesman than a rubbished sitting President like this. I really love him to rule, but he's obviously not fit for this tasking role. Very painful for me, but our hero needs rest very badly. Anyone who loves him should advise him so, it is better now. It will get worse with time. For how long will I continue to have my heart in my mouth whenever he's called up to speak, almost developing high BP in fear of another blunder and having to be burying my head under the pillows each time he addresses public. My hero means well sincerely but he's too tired and worn out before allowed to rule again, maybe. The lamp is still there intact, but the oil is gone. It is a bitter truth that all we his objective followers must face. He's better out than rubbished. |
PythonAmaka:Even your English tells a lot about your level of education. You are looking for an acknowledgment receipt? Is it a transaction. Son, when a memo is transmitted, an acknowledgment stamp is put by the receiving party. And the receiving stamp here bears SSA on National Assembly which is part of the presidency. Please don't quote me again. I don't have the energy to educate kids |
PythonAmaka:1. How old are you. 2. What is your highest level of education attainment. Can't you see the stamp says SSA on National Assembly and not Senate. Is that how they spell Senate in your community. Incase you don't know, SSA means Senior Special Assistant to the president on National Assembly. It's an extension of the presidency. |
deomelo:How old are you? Aso Rock does not stamp received on anything. Every memo goes thru an office even in the presidency and the duty of receiving it depends on the office designated to that sector. Please don't quote me again. You are a kid. I thought I was dealing with a mature mind. |
ayosam4real:As someone who has some semblance of education, you ought to know what SSA on National Assembly mean. Incase you don't know, it means Senior Special Assistant to the president on National Assembly. And incase you don't know too, that office is an extension of the presidency. Sometimes, study thoroughly before attacking one on education cos you may end up stupidly having your foot in your mouth |
deomelo:The stamp did not say Senate. It states SSA. Incase you don't know, it's Senior Special Assistant to the president on National Assembly matters. The office is an extension of the office of the presidency that handles issues related to the president on National Assembly |
deomelo:The stamp did not say Senate. It's SSA National.Assembly Incase you don't know much, it's Senior Special Assistant to the president on National Assembly and that office is an office of the president dealing with National Assembly matters |
To be objective, Atiku did not sneak into America cos almost all his steps and activities were covered with videos and pìctures. Many nigerian groups came to receive him, starting from the airport. He even met with US congress men and even delivered key note speeches at many fora. Even lodged in the hotel of the US president. That doèsnt look like sneaking in to any one with some functional brain. But if I may ask, since APC made a big deal out of going to the Us; Apc dared Atiku to go to the US and he did, PDP now dared buhari to attend the debate and he ran like a coward. Why? |
Apc has already told us that it's an insult to expect buhari to debate and that he owes no one an apology. https://www.nairaland.com/4973725/insult-expect-buhari-debate-he www.ripplesnigeria.com/its-an-insult-to-have-expected-buhari-to-debate-he-owes-nigerians-no-explanation-apc/amp/ |
