We see now that they can get people in Anioma who are Buhari rats to speak for a whole section of Igboland. How can this be stopped? |
ArodeTsolaye:This is the era of the internet and exposure. You cannot come and claim to talk for Ndi Anioma when even Ifeanyi Okowa did not say anything about protests in Asaba. Shared on an Okowa wesbite: "I am not a Biafran and neither am I Igbo. I do however believe that it is the inalienable right of any human being or ethnic nationality to aspire to be free and to be able to determine its own destiny. The right to self-determination is enshrined in international law and it is guaranteed by every moral stricture known to man. ... "Those that believe in Nigeria have every right to continue to do so and to voice their resolve to keep Nigeria one. What they do not have the right to do is to refuse to offer the same degree of freedom of expression to those that do not believe in a united Nigeria and who instead believe in the peaceful dissolution of our nation to speak their minds and voice their views. What is good for the goose is surely good for the gander. You cannot grant one side of the divide freedom of expression whilst you deny it to the other." http://www.okowasmart.com/2015/10/nnamdi-kanu-and-the-cry-for-biafra/ |
Ndi Anioma is a Facebook 'organisation' ran by a Buhari minion. 'Lauretta Onochie', somebody threatening war out of nowhere, cannot be taken seriously as the voice of Anioma people. In the end a referendum will solve all these things. This is her twitter filled with APC propaganda and bullshit, a party which woefully failed in the Anioma she's supposed to be representing. What a surprise! The original Facebook post, liked mostly by APC fans, half of whom aren't even Anioma people: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1089181854454795&set=a.316204875085834.81955.100000889720395&type=3&theater https://s28.postimg.org/a81tgeqlp/image.png |

It's time to build bridges with sidelined/weary Igbo people in Anioma, Rivers State, etc. Even literally building bridges over the Niger, which is Igbo on both sides. A lot of the times, the reason why some 'fringe' Igbo people or people over the Niger disassociate or deny being Igbo is because of ignorance and the long drawn politics of carving up Igboland using geopolitical zones fueled primarily by petro-politics and anti-Igbo agenda of the Genocidal Republic of Niggeria. This nairaland thread is probably not going to do the much needed unity work, but it is a seed of an acorn that can be implanted in all minds that read it. https://s10.postimg.org/8f2j9wdh5/2000px_Igbo_Community_in_Nigeria_and_Africa_svg.png |
Most Igbo people want an Igbo only country or just stay in Nigeria, and to be honest many are weary about the so called 'south south' (minus Igbo people) because of the experiences of the the Nigeria-Biafra war. Please, let's not debate things that are not being debated because a minority said so. |
Please, let's not debate something that isn't being debated which therefore gives more relevance to rumours and mischief. |
AyakaDunukofia:If you truly seek all these things, and not merely a revisionist agenda fuelled by the insecurity of not having a 'great' past as dictated by said Judeo-Christian hegemony, then it is very easily found in academia and more directly from collating multiple oral histories (not ones that point to fantasies of Western Asian origin). By the way, it was the European Christian missionaries you mentioned who introduced the idea of biblical migrations to the Igbo people. Plus plus, circumcision on the eight day can be found among multiple civilisations, including groups now known as the Yoruba. Eighth day circumcision has been linked to science. |
Igbo people, stop with this sycophantic jew shit... https://s28.postimg.org/k52qlf2tp/conan_frustrated_annoyed.gif |

davspog2:Don't you hear about the Fulani/Boko Haram massacres all over the middle belt? |
If this happened in Benue, which it does almost weekly, nobody would care. |
slimderek:I didn't hit like. |

This must be an internet Cafe, okwa they said Biafra is an 'e-country'? I'm impressed by the maturity of those in London. |
A scammer who walked into the country that he was bashing on? I'm not going to say I agree with everything IPOB does or says, but Nigeria in all essence including lies and deceit is absolute garbage. |
juicee1:Please see the picture above. |
juicee1:Nigerians are just shameful with their lack of understanding. Boko Haram (not the same motives by the way) are Jobless youths. The Arab Spring was driven by Jobless youths. The Arab Spring was ignited by the death of a Jobless youth. Isis were/are Jobless youths. The people at the Tiananmen Square protests were Jobless youths. The people who broke down the Berlin wall were Jobless youths. The people who have fought in most of Africa's civil wars were Jobless youths. Try reading. |
If you've seen any recent posts, you will know you've mentioned the wrong poster to come and cry over "south south" opinions or come and sell or persuade people who insult Igbo people as a morning greeting to lounge in the 'Igbo house' like some Igbo people do here. Everybody should be allowed to be free to go where they want, including seceding from Nigeria. I have said several times that it's either an Igbo (culture) only country, or it will fail so just stay in Nigeria, and many Igbo people have this sentiment. Now, no need mentioning this handle on these kinds of threads again. |
Goodboiyy:Sam Loco Efe was a miraculous phenomena then. May the mumu continue to be with you. |
Obrigardo:Something is already happening you sandbag. Tell the witches back home to leave your leg. |
Truckpusher:Oh one anonymous poster on nairaland, that's what represents Ikwere, delta Igbo views right? Try again, dirtbag. jpphilips:Was Adaka Boro Rivers Igbo? Is 'Port Harcourt' not Igbo land? |
hydroking23:There's nothing like rivers people, unless you are referring to mami wota and other marine spirits. Who does Port Harcourt belong to? |
Boko Haram does not have the strength, the numbers, the resilience, or the intelligence of these guys. |
DaBullIT:And when this declaration is presented to the Hague in the event of any brutalisation you people will find something else to laugh at, maybe yourselves this time. |
Like wildfire. |
hydroking23:And who does "Port Harcourt" belong to? |
hydroking23:And there are people who were complaining Aba. Complaining about protesters is different from denouncing their cause. Still, why don't you leave the Ikwere leadership or people to come out and denounce the protesters? |
hydroking23:No, because that's not what I asked you, these protesters are in Igbo land in River State, why don't you leave the Ikwere communities and other Igbo groups to do the complaining? |
hydroking23:Igbo groups (including Ikwere) can speak for themselves. Igbo people massacred Rivers people according to you, so why are you concerned about Igbo groups? |
realnews:Okay so people should not defend their own or should hold their mouth because a certain people have oil? "According to them, it is wrong to transport Igbo youths in trailers and buses from the five states in the Southeast zone, to protest in Port Harcourt, thereby halting commercial activities, destroy property and cause untold hardship for motorists, commuters and pedestrians." The writing is on the wall. |
