Africans are just the receptacles of everybody's whim. UniZik should be prioritising an institute for the Igbo language, rather they're training youth for Chinese who know very well will not be Chinese business partners but their workers.

Why did the Chinese not learn international languages before their rise over the past few decades? It is only Africans that are expected to completely supplant their languages and their culture for that of a host.

The Confucius Institute is all over the world and is backed by the Chinese government and is nothing more than a vehicle of soft power.

I don't take it seriously when I hear someone in the Western world was convicted of rape.
It's not as criminal as the true rape

Rape there is not rape in Naija.
If someone is convicted of rape in Nigeria, they deserved it.
Rape entails taking the victim unawares, forcefully restraining the victim, tearing pants, and violating the victim..

But in Yankee, even if the girl was the one that put your ogede inside her ponyor, then she has a change of mind during the act and you do in and out after that change of heart, it is rape.

Such a sad reality walahi...

So if someone goes to a shop to buy a bag and changes their mind then your reasoning is that the shopkeeper forcibly taking the customers money is not theft.
