Mmadukaku:What's the age difference between our Ikemba and Bianca? |
MusaIbrahim1:There are 12 other candidates apart from Jonathan and Buhari. If you cannot find something desirable among 14, then the problems are yourself. |
MusaIbrahim1:A 16 year old is not a child. Having heard her spoken, she sounded like an educated and intelligent woman, meaning that your alleged early marriage never stunted her progress. Having married for a silver jubilee anniversary is a Kudos to their marriage in this age of divorce culture. It seems you guys are running out of something negative to say, from the way I see it. It's like when some moronic Yorubas called Ikemba a child molester on this forum because of his age difference with Bianca and then were made to eat their own words when they realised the age of the young lady Bode George was marrying. ![]() |
KanwuliaJara:Surely older than you. |
lawanson44: And you are supposed to be the enlightened and the educated and probably one of those shouting "show us your certificate".When has civil service positions becomes an honorary award something? How many members of family or anyone you know has bagged such an award? Corruption is not only about stealing Naira and Kobo but impunity and abuse of one's position. Some of you defend importation of snowmobile into Nigeria. |
When I saw this thread I was looking forward to reading an investigative journalism reporting of a journalist who must have worked hard to detect a certain loophole in the system and alerting all concerned. But was highly disappointed with a poorly written pious opinion of a politician masquerading as a journalist. First he trivialize the incident of bombings and shooting that took the life of one Emenike Okrika as APART FROM. Why is bombing down a house and shooting to take a look warrants APART FROM compared to burning a van? No sort of violence should carry more mention than the other unless you are bias and partisan. It worries me what politics can do the mentality of decent people. From the campaign strategy of both parties, APC seems to travel in a certain order of zones, while PDP chose to campaign randomly. Igbo people are naturally hospitable people. Eze Ikonne of Aba, one of the few remaining genuine traditional rulers in Igboland, if he chooses to give Buhari a title as a courtesy it's nothing new. Who knows what he reserved for Jonathan when he arrived. Am irked by those who complained last time that Buhari did not bother to campaign in the East as theirs only reason for not voting for him, are equally complaining noe that he is campaigning. No one attacked Jonathan is 2011 campaign in the north and he campaigned in Kano on the day of Nyanya bombing and no one attacked him. Why is this writer stoking or insighting northerners to attack Jonathan when he arrives to campaign in the north? When has Plateau State becomes north again? When am been told daily that those areas are no longer part of northern Nigeria by political prophets? |
Geoffis:What about you, the worst thing? Why can't you be that best thing to has happened to Nigeria? The best thing to have happened to Nigeria, that is why he voted N4b to feed himself, 11 super jets- what a sacrifice had made. Poor him! |
lawanson44:Ghost perm Sec like Patience Jonathan? |
Ozin:Am not your elder and never solicit for one. Am a Nairaland forumite with the username Eziachi. So go .... yourself |
IAMTHEHERO:Yeah like they made Nigeria Airways worked. |
Trailblazer1:If Wenger is capable of spending 80 million pounds on just two players like Mourinho am sure he will be as good as Mourinho in terms of visible success. Every manager is as good as his players and budget. Politics is competition for power, no boxer has ever said that his opponent is good, better or will beat him. If the opposition should tell the ruling that they are doing well, what you got left is a one party system. A true democratic environment is measured not by the size of ruling party or government but the vibrancy of the opposition to freely contest for power. |
samplegirl:So you don't know that one of the conditions for international monetary agencies loans are the devaluation of the local currency and removal government subsidies a.k.a austerity measures? |
ZUBY77:Even the biggest fool will laugh at your assertion. Just because of election, many has lost their marbles. So where was the likes of Babangida, David Mark, Bali, Abacha, Diya, Nwachukwu and others when he was paying back this money? Or do you think that a military government is a one man show? Supreme Military Council approved every action of the government and ratify by the National Council of State? Some who are even too young to remember what happened in 1999, will wake up and made up some silly and meaningless stories in this season of madness. |
Firefire:I thought he was Jesus Christ last month, today he is John the Baptizer? Who is the Moses? Hiding behind religious sentiments on every issue, isn't that one of the bane of Nigerian emancipation? |
SUBMARINE:It's not your oil, but Nigeria oil. Remember that you said you wanted to share. Isn't thats why you opposed and sabotaged Biafra? That Nigeria should rescue you from some foreigners called Biafrans. Now you have been rescued, you are talking about your son and your oil. Your son has been in full power for six good years, only had his own jamboree conference with his paid friends, and he made the issue of resources control a no go issue for discussion and has done nothing about the environmental issues resulting from the oil exploration till date. You have seen nothing yet. |
tochukwuifeduba:University of Surrey, formerly known as Battersea Polytechnic Institute in West London, though a moderate good school but lacks historical heritage as Oxford or Cambridge but in the same mode and range as the likes of Nothingham University in the midlands is charging £16000 annually for a course? £9,000 is the maximum the law allowed undergraduate fees to be charged yearly, with the most expensive course in the country – an MBA – costing close to £43,000 for the whole tuition. Why do some of you decide to lie very blatant? |
The most important questions are: How many of the online voters are residing in Nigeria? How many of those in Nigeria are registered to vote or will be bothered to come out and vote on the day? |

nationwide1:If you have ever done any serious business or managed fund, you will know that it is done everywhere as we speak with serious nations and multinational corporations. During economic downturns, you cancel big projects, cut down spending, especially the one that has a long term accumulative interest. Only a fool will go and borrow more when creditors are knocking on his door, because you cannot service your debt with oil at $8 a barrel, domestic debt almost as equal as the foreign debt and austerity measures already introduced by Shagari biting the masses. If Buhari hate Lagos so much, how many people had ruled Nigeria since 1985 including Jonathan for six years and how many governors has Lagos had since 1985, why non of them has revived the project having been selling oil on average of over $100 for the last16 years and debt free by 2007? |
This is what this people calls train? An outdated 19th century train you see now only in places like Sri Lanka, that what they bought in 2015 with chest beating. And Osogbo had always had trains even in the darkest period of Nigeria history. Can someone show this people what a modern train with a modern stations and platform looks like even Kenya, Ethiopia etc. Will Jonathan ride an equivalent of this train in one of his 11 jets? |
atlwireles:So Ribadu will still win Osun even when he is not contesting? |
Sycophants, how did he managed to solve the problems of ghost workers when he lives with number one ghost worker, a.k.a his wife? She live 365 permanent days in Abuja but gaining promotions/ permanent secretariaship in Bayelsa. What is ghost working again? |
MayorofLagos:Don't talk rubbish, I saw them live now on TV. Obviously some wished this never happened because it makes their daily dose of sniping to now look silly. |
Like I had always said, do not fight, rubbish or hate another person because of them. They have no permanent enemy or friends but permanent interest. Often, selfish and personal interests. Because after hugging, they will face the public and use all sorts of gutter language against the other they are hugging now and will punch below the belt to woke up the masses against each other. After hugging they shall in secret plan how to snatch ballot boxes, make people's names to disappear, falsified figures etc. From my experience, you will enjoy this more when you are just a bystander, you can get a better picture of what is happening and not GEJ till this happens or GMB until the other happened. |

kevoh:Why does his words always requires interpretation to be understood? Each time he spoke, what follows is always what he meant was this. So he cannot make himself understood without having self made mind readers like you having to tell me what he meant? |
dunkem21:How many of those women represent the person of your wife, mother, sister, niece, cousin? Or are they not part of Nigeria women? How on earth does giving handful of privilege women from privilege husbands and fathers jobs translate into empowerment of women? |
tweetobyte:He is trying to convince himself that he is a modern man and that women cooking or bearing children is demeaning to women and made them primitive in his warped opinion. And he felt sharing his presidency with four women meant that he is empowering Nigeria women. |
egift:He is a virgin is next. |
kestolove95:Without an able, non corrupt and reliable conductor, transportation business is non profitable, no matter how good the driver is. |
ASL33:No one was asking for Mrs Jonathan medical report. It was her handlers Abati who decided on a journey of lies that she needed rest and is on vacation when no one even asked them anything. Only to change gear when the world was laughing at their childish hid and seek behaviour. It was then that Nigerians demanded to know what is happening to their supposed first lady, not her medical certificate. Buhari is still a private citizen and not ill in the hospital for you to be asking for his medical certificate. First it's school certificate, now it's his medical certificate. What next? His marriage certificate. |
What issue are they going to speak about tomorrow? What about Buhari is a virgin? That will make a good headline. Confused bunch |
