It's called the Executive for a reason. In addition, a subsisting CCT order, which funny enough, had been enpowered by the same Onnoghen in the past, was the fulcrum upon which his suspension was made.

There is no provision in the constitution that allows a suspension of a CJN just as there is none to suspend a governor or a president . He can only be sacked and not suspended ! That’s why people are saying it is illegal to suspend a CJN. Moreover, the president can only sack the CJN on recommendation of the Code of Conduct Tribunal and the 2/3 votes by the senate . The president resorted to self help despite a court order restraining the CCT from trying him until the cases in the superior courts have been determined.

let me break it down; Amaechi that i know may have sweet-tongued their targets more than capabilities during campaigns or visitation as a typical nigerian politician. In which you dont expect the boss to come out objectively and says 'Amaechi has lied to you guys' except if u r not thinking. Since we know the truth, the best to do is to move on instead of arguing with the air but as well hold them responsible for the values we expect from them; Political Will to do the right thing and sincerity which i mentioned in my earlier post.

Better still, if the klepto hadn't also looted our foreign reserve from $48b to $26b, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in.

Despite earning 60% less than the previous regime, this admnistration has come up with several social, agricultural and infrastructural projects. Look at Lagos-Ibadan road and other roads being constructed, our new railway lines, new rice mills, cheap fertilizer production, Npower social schemes, tradermoni etc yet you expect us to vote in a useless party that destroyed our economy again?
