A lot of you from the south don't know a thing about Arab culture and how it greatly differs from Sahelian/Saharan culture.
and a lot of u boko haramist in the north do not know anything about western culture and how it greatly differs from ours...hence why u are foolishly bombing the country based on cultural and religious intolerance

Anyways, it's ok if you guys want to continue kissing up to your masters. Maybe you will all change your name to Bob, Timothy, etc. etc. Who cares if you are ashamed of being an African, I will always be proud of being one.
grin is that supposed to be a diss? as if ur name is not mohammed, yusuf, alhaji etc etc..and u have not bowed down with the tip of ur head to the floor at least 3 times today facing ur arab masters in the east and praying to them. deny that u havent!

lol..fulaman, my main man.

even though royal comes off as a nut case but some of his statements are true. so allow me to use his quote, because he best described u

SmoothCrim: The market is oversatuarted!! The best banks are NOT Nigerian owned... It is good to have competition though if you understand economics! That is why we let you Bakassi donkey banks in... grin grin grin grin grin If all the Nigerian Banks left though they would not be missed!! wink wink wink wink
now, it is the best banks are not nigerian owned..lol
but ok oo... very soon u will start shouting 'nigeria must go', but unlike those days, this era of nigerians are not going anywhere but will call for reinforcement and boko haram will be at ur door.grin

SmoothCrim: Thanks for helping prove one of my points..

See the lie you just posted is not much different from what they feel proud of!! This is what makes you proud even though it is largely a lie!!

Ghana is over-banked and would do with less banks!!!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zF1Rw9o5GA4
But, you want to portray Nigeria as a power! Something very far from the truth since Nigeria cannot even take control of its whole country!!! grin grin grin grin grin

That is what makes you proud and it is a LIE!! grin grin grin
grin and who foolishly overbanked ghana? ghana man
where are most of the foreign banks from? nigeria
who are they competing with and squeezing out? ghanaian banks!
CultureRe: Ethiopia-the Birth Of Nations-the Origin Of The Green, Yellow And Red Flag! by ezotik: 2:36am On Aug 24, 2012
SmoothCrim: It shows tolerance! A Ghanaian trait I am proud of!!

cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy
nope, it shows u are an underachiever who lacks the skills and know-how to properly manage anything. so u pat urself on the back for the little u were able to do, while the big kahuna takes over the business and puts it where it is supposed to be. like how nigerian banks are gradually taking over the banking sector in ur country.

SmoothCrim: Go to a Ghanaian site and troll you WILL NEVER be banned!! They people will insult you over and over till you quit the site!! grin grin grin grin
grin when u continuously troll a site and never get banned, it only means the site is poorly maintained which only means one thing, poor management.

but bragging about coming back and making that the reason why u are the master troll, is for....

SmoothCrim: If you go to a site and troll and the people are not confident they will ban you!! I have been banned here 1000 times but, I am the master troll so, I always find my way back wink wink wink
grin it takes less than three minutes to re-register a new id and come back. so what the fvck is so special about that? i guess it is to a ghana man.

"Aren't you from that poor country Ethiopia?!?!
Not just Poor, but also the Only African nation Never colonized, First African's to win gold in the olympics, The African nation with its own written Alphabet,The country that practiced Christianity before Europeans and accepted Islam before the Middle East! The country with the flag colors that everyone rocks without even knowing what it means (green, yellow, red)! The country tongue that is the origin of the coffee you sip, The country with so much culture and spirituality that you can't even comprehend! Yes!!! I am from that BEAUTIFUL country and Proud of it!!!!!!"

these pple are really living in past glory! undecided ethiopia is nothing but a dump @ the moment
I HATE ETHIOPIANS, racists!
unless u have another quote, there was nothing racist about the comment. he/she is someone who is sure of where he/she is coming from and proud of it. u were the one who actually made a racist comment judging from what u have posted.
CultureRe: Ethiopia-the Birth Of Nations-the Origin Of The Green, Yellow And Red Flag! by ezotik: 1:06am On Aug 24, 2012
onila: not so much its green red black just like kenya

so it wont be too follow, follow tongue
lol... why wont it be follow, follow? didnt u see the 3 colors red, gold/yellow and green in the non-existent biafran flag?

the bold black for now signifies that igbos are predominately dark but they want to come off as light, hence the little splash of yellow in the middle.

so by time they fully get independence, the black will be bleached out and replaced with yellow.
CultureRe: Ethiopia-the Birth Of Nations-the Origin Of The Green, Yellow And Red Flag! by ezotik: 12:51am On Aug 24, 2012
onila: just really sucks when you go to African events and

u see most africans with green, red n yellow flag, all over the place tongue

not so unique

but when we Nigerians enter the place, we just stand out =green white green cool
dont worry, u will join the rest of the 'mumus' when u get ur biafra

CultureRe: Black African Nobility Of Ancient Europe by ezotik: 7:10pm On Aug 23, 2012
PhysicsQED: lol, yeah but doesn't that adage mean that the Oba owns all the land up until you reach the white man's lands? Maybe I'm misinterpreting it, but I didn't think it was about owning oyibo land. grin
haha yes na... and jantavanta's argument/theory suggests that some parts of europe were not historically white. anyway, i just thought i should stir the topic and add a linguistic evidence to encourage jantavanta in his quest...and who knows, he may come up with something groundbreaking. grin
CultureRe: Black African Nobility Of Ancient Europe by ezotik: 5:51pm On Aug 23, 2012
PhysicsQED: jantavanta,

You've now moved from North African Romans or occasional paintings of black people by European artists to the old European fad of crests/heralds with black faces. The origin of those faces is not 100% clear (but unlikely to be what you think it is), but has it occurred to you that contemporary images of both Europeans and the Moors (some of which were actually black) from back then actually exist?

http://www.angelfire.com/md/8/moors.html

Another more serious problem I have with the way you interpret images is this: if you want to argue that the relatively few representations of black people in older European art or as artistic puns (puns on the word "Moor" or "Negri" and other similar European last names referring to darkness) in European crests/heralds is indicative of black rulership, how would you interpret representations of whites in black art (such as that of Benin or Kongo)? Some whites were used to represent trade wealth in Benin art, but if people were to follow your line of thinking, they would represent something entirely contrary to what the written, archaeological, and other artistic evidence says and people would completely misinterpret the art.
but how about using linguistic evidence to support jantavanta's theory?
coz there is an old bini adage that says -- oba yan otor ke edo ya se evbu-ebo
meaning -- the oba owns the land from edo to caucasian(oyibo) area/land....lol

and another thing i find amusing is that his part of nigeria is more arabized than westernized, but im yet to hear him whine about the arabization of nigerians. the guy is a closet boko haramist. u know, boko haram only has problem with westernization and not arabization.
CultureRe: Don't You Feel Ashamed When You Kiss Up To Someone Elses Culture More So Than... by ezotik: 7:22pm On Aug 22, 2012
nyameke: Btw how and why do you think Africans are being westernized? Enlighten me
grin thats the funny thing. he does not know apart from what 2 to 3 of his igbo friends told him..and his youtube search on nigerian pop artists.

so the portuguese origin of the word is confirmed.

Fulaman198: Well some of my Igbo acquaintances said Igbo people who are in my age group (18 - 30 ) don't care much for keeping the culture and language. I told him that's a shame that it is horrendous for Africans to lose their cultural roots.
so u concluded from the 2 to 3 igbo acquaintances u have in the north? how profound!

Some Hausa try to imitate Arabs (which I consider no different from Westernize).
yet dan fodio was the one screaming jihad? and his descendants want sharia? is sharia westernization also?

so how bout the yorubas? what makes them westernized?

Sorry for the previous post
huh

Fulaman198: Fulani music, culture and dress is purely Fulani (look up the term "Pulaaku or Pulaagu). There is nothing Arabic about it. Do I have to link some pictures and links?
i cant remember asking about fulani.

so here is the question again:

using ur logic, so how exactly are the groups u mentioned in ur OP 'becoming' westernized? and pls, keep it within nigeria -- '(Igbos, Yoruba, SOME Hausa (mainly Nigeria))'

Fulaman198: For example, many cultures in West Africa and Africa in general have become or are becoming Westernized (Igbos, Yoruba, SOME Hausa (mainly Nigeria)),
btw, that quote sound so boko haramish!
and the reason that gave rise to their existence.
CultureRe: Pagan9ja - I Want To Clarify Something For You by ezotik: 11:02am On Aug 16, 2012
Fulaman198: Being a Muslim does not make one Arabized. Are the Christians in Ethiopia westernized? I don't think so. They practice Christianity way different from everyone else since they have been Christians longer than Europeans.

That said Arabs think they are the only true Muslims
using ur logic, so how exactly are the groups u mentioned in ur OP 'becoming' westernized. and pls, keep it within nigeria -- '(Igbos, Yoruba, SOME Hausa (mainly Nigeria))'

lol...dont be fooled, na film trick. na only one akata (kony) don respond to this thread. and he didnt even have much to say.

mzdarkyansh - jamo
naijarican - misplaced nigerian in the US
royal - puerto rican-mexican with nappy hair
mschima - igbo woman from aba.

so it is more like disgruntled negroes in the diaspora vs nigerians. grin
