The best way to find out if your school accepts proficiency letter is by mailing the school.. So send a mail to your course coordinator asking if a letter of English language proficiency from your uni will be accepted

Once they get your doc..they would send your result.. Yours wouldn't take a week before they send your result

I made payment since last two weeks, does that mean that as soon as they get my parcel today or tomorrow, they would immediately start the evaluations?

Within 1-4 days u would get a mail confirming they received your doc

If you had read previous parts this wouldnt v been an issue at all

Tell them to send the original to your company, certify and apply to as many schools as u want, keeping the original... Who its addressed to doesn't matter. They are only interested in your grade and the authenticity

I applied for my transcript and proficiency letter from my school. I explained in details to them why I need to have the transcript send to me. I told them I need to generate a code from uni assist and also to apply to school through uni assist with the transcript and the transcript should have uni assist address attach to it.

But the guy in charge said according to the school policy they can only send it directly to the school I am applying to in Germany.

my friend(who we are both applying to same school in Germany through uni assist) has his own original transcript and proficiency letter addressed
to uni assist with him by his own school and he told me I will need to have mine too because I need to certify it at the german embassy here in Nigeria.

When I contacted my school again they told me they can only give me a student copy and not the original one.

Please what else can I do guys as I am applying through uni assist and not to the school i choose directly.
Should l tell them to send the original copy to the embassy or my company that I work for in order to have it with me cos I was told I must have a copy my school intend to send with me also.

The student copy they intend to do for me won't have any address attach on it, will it be acceptable if I decide to certify it?

A school that requests vpd would always state were/when to apply for it

Can someone use a VPD for a course in a different school and apply to a similar or same course in another school?

I got two PDF files from them
The first confirming I had a successful evaluation and that the document would be sent to the school in few day
The second..they termed it evaluation report (I guess its the vpd) its show your grade in German scale, your personal details and a statement certifying you qualify to apply for university in Germany

I sent certification from notary public to uniassist and my documents were positively evaluated...no worries..

I dont know..you could google it..for sure tho the notary public will know what that means...and if they don't, jejely use the embassy

if u photocopy the certified copy its no longer a certified copy...so the school would reject it...send the certified copies not photocopy of it
N/b...what you are to certify at the notary/embassy are photocopies of your original documents

Go to a notary public or embassy and certify your document.. Since the school specified that, they will most likely not accept any other one you present that isn't notary public or the embassy

Visit any high court and ask for a notary public they should direct you to one
If u are in Lagos just book appointment and go to the embassy (its free)

N/B you are certifying photocopies

For some schools their is a time they open portal for vdp application while some you can apply anytime.. So login your uniassist portal and check with the school

Check with the school if any format to use was stated ..if not, You can use the normal regular format...
But advisable to use the German own(europass or so)

You would get it by mail and post too..but the later is most likely not to get to you...so once the mail own land use that to apply to the school that requests the vpd

You simply didnt take enough economics courses during your bsc
Siegen rejected a friend that had 4.33, business administrations bsc
I know Magdeburg has a course on financial economics(accepts proficiency letter but it thru uniassist.. Portal should open April)

University of Kiel also has a course on Quantitative finance (accepts proficiency letter too but thru uniassist)

Am very sure u would get one of this two with your cgpa

Bonn University opened application on the 1st of March. I sharply applied since I’ve been waiting for them, MSc Economics. BSc Finance, cgpa 4.07, letter of English proficiency and working experience. I got this mail today and I’m ‘shooked’ Does it mean a BSc in Finance is not equivalent to economics in Germany?
Please you guys should recommend possible courses I can apply for with letter of English proficiency. Plsss

There is an app called pimsleur ..u can download it on play store..its very invaluable

For all the schools I listed they accept proficiency letter

It means merge all application documents(PDF) into a single PDF file...download PDF merger on app store or go to a cyber cafe(they know how to do it)

I have started the application for Bsc Molecular Ecosystem Science in University of Gottinghen i have gotten to the stage where I have to upload some certificates

It looks confusing, i saw four documents to be uploaded.

1) University qualifications

2) Language certificate confirming German language proficiency

3) Statutory declaration

4) Parental declaration if below 18

No 2 and 4 is confusing, the reason why it is confusing is I hold a language proficiency in English and not Germny. I chose this particular course because they are taught in English

Can I skip it or should I upload the language proficiency in English?

Additionally, I am above 18, should I skip the parental declaration part also?

I will be waiting for answers as I pass through this stage

I know for sure you can get admitted with the statement of result plus your transcript
But if they will enroll you with the statement of result.. That I don't know..could be possible (have seen mysterious things happen in this process)

You might get admitted with the statement of result... But you would need present the certificate when registering in the school after getting admitted

Honestly before starting this process..the first and most important thing to secure is means of sustenance.. Admission I believe is easy to get so far u know what you are doing...

As much as admission is important, I believe securing a means of sustenance is more important most especially when you've got an excellent result. Talking from experience

Even on the short run..its not advisable to [/i]buy[i] SL.. Its preferable when given freely by someone you know(like a relative or something)
