PoliticsRe: Sanwo-Olu To Request FG To Permit Importation Of Rice Paddy For Imota Rice by faceland: 9:55am On Feb 24, 2024
I don't like this man much (maybe because of his association with his Godfather in Aso Rock), but it seems he is the only governor who is trying to combat the hardships that have plagued Nigerians. He consistently implements new policies, some of which other governors haven't even considered.

It might be in everyone's interest in Lagos to work with him, as he appears receptive to new ideas (for tackling hunger and starvation).

He doesn't know the origin of the offence (for them to stab him, injustice was involved).

If the fight wouldn't affect you (or drive your customers away), PLEASE MIND YOUR BUSINESS.

its a stablecoin that is ALLEGEDLY pegged to USD it's not USD, no one said it is (but it was intentionally named that way to fool the elderly).
People will still switch to btc or eth if there no usdt don't be naive. The world is changing with innovative ways to confuse and dupe people, stop thinking like a rock
Hmmm interesting. Please take all my money. To the moon we go.

so the naira and the dollar that is printed in multiple folds out of thin air is not a scam but its usdt that ia a scam?
You can't buy anything with that poop. You can wear a suit and sell it to others with half truths about how important it is.

imagine earning 100k per month and saving it in naira to be able to travel but oneday your 100k naira is now worth 50$. We don't need to imagine this it's already happening
Sad.. the point is, do not mistake it for real dollars. It's value depends on millions of mugus that most think it is USD. In the age of mass media, their illustration could be cured at once (just like SBF & Celsius exchange crash when people asked for their money at once).
InvestmentRe: USDT Is Not The Same As US Dollar by faceland: 11:24am On Feb 23, 2024
SenecaTheYonger:
if you type ‘what does USDT stand for’ in Google you will never see United States Dollar Tether. So now tell me how a token which is printed from thin air, which you cannot buy oil with, you can’t sell oil and accept USDT as payment. You can’t pay hospital bills abroad, you can’t pay schools fees, you cannot export anything of relevance and collect USDT as payment. But somehow this is supposed to be competing with actual USD that we get from oil export and other trading of goods and services, etc.

USDT has no value outside of being a hedge for crypto coins to avoid the volatility typical of cryptocurrencies while holding funds within the crypto system. It has no real world use. But somehow, we use it as exchange rate for real actual dollars gotten from trading goods and services.
Deep reasoning.

Cryptocurrency isn't really currency, more than collectables or pyramid scheme (don't be the last person holding on to a cryptocurrency).

So what's your point?
Imagine a old person putting all his life savings in what he thought was dollars savings, and it crashes... It would certainly crash one day when they are no more new mugus.

If this thread only safe one person, it is successful.

NigerianEagle:
The crypto stablecoin USDT is not the same as US$.

Go and read up about Do Kwon and his stablecoin UST which crashed and rendered thousands of people bankrupt.
The cryptocurrency mafia name the coins intentionally to fool people.

It is risky to carry real money, to buy magical digital money.
PoliticsRe: Gani Adams To FG: You Can't Impose Hardship On Nigerians And Expect Silence by faceland: 11:06am On Feb 23, 2024
For him to criticize Tinubu, you know he is under pressure by hungry people.

3m in this crumbling naira economy is rubbish. That money would finish sooner than he expected and the girl would immediately remind him how ugly he is.
If he doesn't sit down and calculate, it would vanish.

There was a time a million naira was a life changing money. Now even small stores/shops buys goods of one million naira.

As long as he has budgeted well.

He should enjoy himself (before inflation or one dirty kidnapper come and chop everything).

Prove you're a child or broke. Because matured or wealthier men, Hell No, even intelligent men won't say childish things like these. You want to start reproduction? Into masturbation or gay?

People simply comment without first, thinking. Like NPC, a sad world that people like these, can vote.
Those hormones... Nature demand that straight men must need women (and it's not just penetration alone, we sometimes need balance).
RomanceRe: This Is How Women See You When You Don't Have Money by faceland: 10:46am On Feb 23, 2024
Men kiss the ass of other men that has money... So don't judge the woman that at least might offer him sensual healing.

FoodRe: Many Nigerians Can No Longer Afford Beer by faceland: 10:31am On Feb 23, 2024
One bottle of beer can NOT make you high or drunk and it is almost a thousand naira.

It is better you take strong drink or upgrade to non liquid drugs (in this economy).

Where I live, only matured old men drinks. It is not a sustainable habit.

which rot is too deep?

who is responsible for the rot?

who are you accusing of japaing?

can Tinubu that you are defending go to any government hospital for treatment?

why did his kids not school in Nigeria?

why cant he take his "rest" in Nigeria instead of going to France to "rest"?
I don't want to speak bad about our over worked doctors but it is clear that out politicians know something the common citizens don't know. They don't want Nigerian doctors to even touch them.

Or hire those 50k a month soldiers. Customs are just civilians to a truly psychopathic soldier.

Lack of electricity has a aura of depression.

The mood is always down when their is no light for a long time.

Honestly, I would migrate to anywhere with stable light. If they do not spoil it with insecurity, it would be attractive to businesses.

Hehehe.

Akpabio always talking before thinking.

This guy has been on the media lately with funny assertions.

1: Protest against rising cost of living are sponsored
2: 30b giving to state governors.
3: blame Buhari and Emefiele for hunger in Nigeria.
4: Ignorant Nigerians are the ones protesting in Nigeria.
5: we don't know what crime to charge Emefiele with.

The guy is really a funny character.
This man needs to control himself. This is not the time for someone in his position to talk carelessly.

I was glad Tinubu chose someone from south as 3rd in position to the presidency but Apabio needs to represent. Don't drink or get excited before coming to work.
