Sad. Since Tuesday and it's just now/Sunday I hear. She made YouTube profitable through ads. |
Which cement would hold this together? They better suspend that useless construction until they have money. |
This is what the Sultan is afraid of. He should send some people over there to straighten them. 3 days ago, someone was begging me for money with such entitlement and aggression (telling me he hasn't eaten), that I was stylishly searching for rock to bust his face (cause I have a bad knee, can't fight). |
Rexymania:They don't want him to implicate their friends. |
They keep changing the charges (someone said 20 times so far). They even accused him of sponsoring terrorist in 2023 & has since changed it. |
I may be wrong because I was too young, but in 1992, most people's salary was NOT up to 1k naira. |
WombBreaker:It's different stages bros. There are functional once (often sucking on cigarettes) and they are totally insane once. It is a bad illness. Reality is tampered. They see signs that are not really there, interpret things wrongly... You might greet one and may be sun reflected on your face so you twitch a bit, and the schizophrenic person would take it that you gave him a secret mission with your eyes and go off to fulfill it. They see connections that aren't there. The trauma of seeing his mom go made him question reality & life. Thank God he is coming back. |
SavageResponse:I heard of a governor that was detained by EFCC (a day after leaving office) for trading forex with security allocation. They already has security allocation and if security improves, government would reduce the military budget that are mostly looted to the middle east. |
From my experience. 50% of those who read the Bible from cover to cover would become unbelievers. May be 10% of those unbelievers would become manipulative pastors. Another thing that messed with my faith was attending church at a university (were students are in charge, not those once that matured professors and clean intellectuals are in charge). It was an abomination. I wondered how God could watch that in His house and not send thunder on them. Lastly, internet is not good for all religion. |
Or old age. Have you seen video of him speaking just 10 years ago. It is a different man. I use to see him as a competent bold man. About two years ago, he was like a complete joke. |
If we can't trust state governors with their own police force, then the NPF should recruit more locals and deplore them to their locality. Also forest rangers. |
onuman:You make it sound like all it takes to conquer Nigeria is state police... If it was that easy, ISIS would have taken over Nigeria to sell oil like they did in Syria. Someone pointed out (here on Niaraland a week ago) that most terrorist are now bandits trying to make money. They are not looking for a fight, they are looking for victims. They don't want to go to heaven, they want to enjoy their ransom here on earth. Even 18 years old local boys, if given weapons would eliminate any foooqin invaders/terrorist for fun/adventure. |
The Bible teaches, "Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks" (paraphrasing). I wonder why it bother me when someone like Adeboye speaks? Maybe because their heart is filled with traits contrary to Christian values, lacking "the fruits of the Spirit", and their words expose their ignorance of Jesus. Jesus does not endorse division within His followers or His kingdom. This man is not of God. |
SavageResponse:May be remove the big word "police" and just call it "state security" or "state vigilantee". Something that already exist in small but limited capacity. Their jobs should be specialized and not interfere with the NPF or involved in civil matters.
|
onuman:Boko Haram or bandits already infiltrated the military... The current system is not working and there is need for experimentation. I don't know how a so called "Shari'a police" would come to somewhere like Benue, Imo or Lagos to defeat their own state police. They would have something they are not used to; RESISTANCE. |
Kidnappers are going lose sleep over this. It is just more obstacle for them (if the state police are disciplined and focus & not bribe collecting uneducated idiots). |
fasbat:8 million would take you to Europe before... Now, it is unattainable. |
Agunesinjaweola:Anyone one burning that amount to go to UK have made the wrong decision. |
porthouse7:Better to pay ransom to kidnappers (after rapping mother, wife and daughters) than japa. |
99% of Nigerians, it is unattainable to move to a First World County. Out of that 1% (which 20 million people), half of them are old, it doesn't make sense to start allover again overseas. There many people who would get their visa the very week they apply, they are matured, their bank account has been healthy for the past 30 years, have properties in Nigeria but they are not interested. They have fulfilled their dreams here. |
Tradepunter2:They all have their phone. It us the visitors that drop out phones at the gate. |
duduade:Anyone that works there for one month must be socially isolated because everyone would just figure out that they are unreachable during the most productive part of the day. |
Even work requires networking with co workers or the boss. |
It is difficult. It better not me beyond 6 hours or we are allowed to have a private laptop that is connected to the internet. Nothing less than 300k or it's not worth it Can come out from work not knowing their is riot in town (fall into trap). |
Just boil your own water and our inside plastic |
God forbid. |
How did this happen. We are paying through our nose and government is also dashing them money? |
CorrectionFLuid:What about the wicked vigilanteee that carried a hungry man to hospital to pay hospital bill when they could have just buy abonaki and bandage and fixed his broken hand or leg. |
"Jamilu never chop, he want go thiff. How he go see road when he never chop breakfast by 11am?" |
Until raining season between end of march and end of april... If your state electricity supply is dependent on dam, electricity would soon be scarce "as dam don dey dry up". |
N3cR0mAZc3R:If you listen to radio back in the days, you certainty know his one-hit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nr7xh0maAyQ |
RIP When you japa, don't be home sick (it is village people calling). |
