You better shut up, did you know the time I got to Zenith bank in the morning? Despite waiting for hours, Zenith bank did not open in Ikorodu, Logos State. I want to collect ATM Card we were told that it has finished throughout last week I was going to Zenith bank everyday we were not giving ATM card at their branch which is at Benson Bus-stop Ikorodu.

It took me a month to get mine (last year)... 10 years ago (when they only made them in Lagos, they would mail it to your branch before it expire so when you request, it is already in an envelop), 3 years ago, they had the machine that instantly make it in their branches but in 2022, I was visiting them almost daily for a month to get a new ATM card.

If it's true, it is stolen identity. Ghost have children is BS.

UPDATE: When it got close to my turn, the cash finished (ATM stopped dispensing cash, it was a Union Bank and I joined it because the line was shorter).... I was going home when I noticed some people came with blanket and where sleeping near the ATM... So I vowed to withdraw and went to Zenith Bank ATM... If you are using Zenith card, you can pull 20k at once but other bank could only pull 2000 at a time (in which Zenith Bank with collect 35 naira per each 2k withdrawn... they make you agree that last last they would charge 60 naira for VAT and everything)... around 1am Zenith Bank realised it wasn't profitable giving their customer the privilege to withdraw 20k at once, so Zenith card was not working in Zenith own ATM but other cards were able to withdraw. They got paid 2k at a time while Zenith makes 35 naira on each withdrawal. I got home by 3am. (more than 5 hours).

It is the bank o... Every transaction bank takes their small cut... End of month, they also charge for every SMS alert they send (we pay 4 naira for each SMS alert, but they take it at once at the middle of the month).

Banks are making hundreds of millions DAILY from charges.
