Oyind17: Big Ups! |
Oyind17:I agree with you, and I am not blaming pastors "wholesale", but the fact remains that the deep beliefs a Christian holds on to over the long run, have a lot to do with what he/she hears in the church. Good evening, by the way. |
Acidosis:Okay. Enjoy your day. |
Oyind17:Yes. I know that feeling. You shouldn't blame them though. It is what the pastors, who they worship as gods, have them them believe. But try not to keep away from church services. We all need it. |
Acidosis:Are you not married, bro? |
Acidosis: |
Oyind17:Thanks very much, sis. Just what I was saying. Church goers (not Christians) do things for vain glory and think that they are pleasing God. |
This question is silly and follows the last one that asked which pastor teaches the Bible most. Comparison is alien to the Christian faith in it's true sense because the Bibe condemns it. |
I recommend, you watch the movie: WAR ROOM, by the Hendrick brothers. May God help you. |
lilyheaven:Hmmm. Serious matter. #strangebuttrue. |
MummyIMadeIt:Good afternoon. How is your day going? |
An aquintance of mine sacked his wife after it was revealed to him that he was poor because his wife actually visited a babalawo with her mother about the time they got married, just so to keep him poor and not go after other women. He confronted his wife and she confessed to it. Imagine that. |
Let me be clear to girls. If you are pregnant and the guy tells you to abort, that guy does not love you and he is irresponsible. Truth is, once you give in to his pressures and terminate the baby he will never marry you tomorrow because of the abortion that you did, especially if his family(his parents) get to know. So let him go. Keep the baby. Do your best as you prepare for it's birth. You will be glad you did years down the line. |
generalbush:@Herriettkamsy, please ignore this guy. He is satan's agent. A mad man throwing arrows, dats and firebrands and telling himself that is playing. |
MummyIMadeIt: . No. I am not a Rev. Father. |
MummyIMadeIt:You are welcome, man. Glad you read it. Just RESPECT YOUR TIME ZONE, and carry on. |
ifyalways:Thanks very much, Ify. May God bless you a lot. I'd like to submit here in very bold terms that the main reason marriages of these days fail is because men and women go into the marriage union with the devilish mindset that the marriage may fail. So they indirectly and directly work everyday to undermine it until it eventually collapses. Truth is, the outcomes you get, must tally with your expectations, for "as a man thinketh, so is he". |
@MummyIMadeIt, I suggest you google the article, Respect Your Time Zone. It will help you a lot. Everyone's life is not the same. Life is not fair to all. For some, it's easy. For others, it's tough. |
habby51:Yes, you needed to, sis. Obviously you were not ready to meet him. His coming could as well complicate things between you and your man. And if I may ask, who is taking care of him at the hospital now? |
habby51:Why didn't you tell him not to come because you are already pregnant for your man or you have other plans? |
J0hnTrevolt:I have been asking to know the reasons there seems to be shortage of garri(why its now expensive). So far I am not satisfied with what I have been told. Reasons like, people in rural areas no longer farming owing to communal clashes, menace of cult boys operating in villages and fulani herdsmen destroying farms with their cattle. Are these the real reasons? If they are, then why is garri expensive in rural areas too given that they produce the garri by themselves? |
Hahahahahaha. I've been laughing hard , @op grumblingly buying stuffs from the market. That is what women face everyday, trying to prepare meals for the family. I guess, the op stays in Port Harcourt. The last time I went to buy, I was quoted 1k and I refused to buy. I later heard it has increased to 1200 within two days. For now I am not buying, as my sister has promised to send me garri from home by Tuesday. Ah ah! Buying 1 small basin of garri at 5k. Hmmmm. God help us. |
MrMelody:Hmmmmm |
onila:Eyaa. I didn't know that. I hope you find the inner strenght to handle this. I should start taking you serious going forward. Determine to turn out good and do your best, and your family background will matter little. |
@Onila. Last week you apolgised and said that you have changed. Today you are here again talking about "broken home". How is dad and mom having quarrels, a broken home? |
Silly op, asking foolish question. Maybe, you should start by telling us how you plan to kill yourself. |
@ststyreal, thanks very much for the low down. May you continue reaping the blessings of watching this wonderful movie from the Hendrick brothers, in Jesus name. Amen! I have it on my laptop and watch it again and again and I never fail to recommend it to any young lady I come across, especially once they try to share a story of marital challenge. War Room, tells you exactly what to do in such situation. Glory be to God. |
I am surprised that no one seems to notice the content of that tweet by Jersey Sarprise. Apparently, he was the man who served as the "cleaner" for Uganda police's dirty acts against defenceless civilians. African policemen are mostly heartless and see themselves as gods. Rest in peace, though. |
onila:Onila, TBH, this thread is repulsive to me, but I keep coming back to it. How was it that you couldn't keep what happened in the house to yourself and within the house. What happens in the house, stays and ends within the house. Good, you've realised your error. |
onila:I don't get it. How old are you and what has changed that you are apologising now? |
Does it mean you were serious about those rubbish you were writing about your dad and mom then? |
Big Ups!

... It was too long and cramped!
. No. I am not a Rev. Father.
