^ Thank you. Now take your pick;
[li]54 suitcases of raw cash incident[/li] [li]$2.8billion NNPC money traced to Buhari's Midland Bank account in London[/li]
Which of the above tickle your fancy? Or should I add PTF scams as well? |
There is no prison in this World, where a prisoner can make a phone call. And thats even if they only stole guguru and epa, not to talk of almost blowing up a President. Rubbish. |
Gbawe:I don't see how any of the bits you highlighted makes it any less embarrassing. The 5,000 police claim was a very poor exageration to make. Ribadu is going to be explaining and re-explaining it for a very long time. That, though is not his only careless statement. I watched an interview where he really fidgetted when asked about how he could convict someone, declare that person to be Nigeria's most corrupt (Bola Tinubu). . . Only to turn round and accept that person as his political sponsor. Ribadu's reply was that he didn't care who sponsored him or were the money was coming from. As I say, I like Ribadu, but he just isn't ready. He will only keep shoving his foot in his mouth until the elections come and go and it is too late. I'll advise he gets a sit in the senate for 4 years at least to get a grooming, because public life is totally different from the command culture he is used to. |
jabbok:Is Okah not a drowning man? Or do you have evidence that says otherwise? If you do, then tell us who set the bombs; failing that, why Okah should not have been charged with terrorism in SA. Tell us, we are waiting. |

^ Daily Trust has always been a pathetic paper. They are unashamedly tribalistic and hate anything from the south with a frightening intensity. Did you not take note of their pro-cabal reports during the Yar Adua saga? Half of all their headlines were to the effect; "Jonathan is a liar", "Jonathan is a coward", "Jonathan is stealing from the North" etc. 9ijaMan:Now, this is becoming comedy central. Who releases people on whose behalf other miscreants can organise fake calls to international media houses? Wake up from that dream. Okah is a drowning man. |
IBB’s Billboards, Posters Destroyed Residents of Ibadan, capital of Oyo State have continued to show their resentment against the quest byformer military dictator, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, to contest the 2011 presidential election by defacing his campaign billboards and destroying his posters in the city. https://pmnewsnigeria.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/IBBs-450x336.jpg •Defaced IBB’s campaign billboard in Ibadan, Oyo State, South West Nigeria. PHOTO: Gbenro Adesina His billboards erected at the three highways that lead into Ibadan have been defaced. There is one along Ibadan-Lagos expressway, another one very close to the tollgate along Ibadan-Ife expressway and the third one very close to IITA along Ibadan-Oyo expressway. The face of IBB on the billboards was marked with letter X in red ink. Also, IBB posters pasted at strategic places in the city have been mutilated while some were completely torn or removed. Some residents who spoke to P.M.NEWS said if they had the opportunity, they would removed all his billboards. They said they decided to deface the billboards because that was the only thing they could do now, adding that with time, they would either destroy or remove the billboards completely. One young man who identified himself as Mukaila condemned those that are campaigning for IBB in the South West, stressing that it is only bastard sons of Oduduwa that would campaign for IBB among the Yoruba race. Mukaila said: “Is it not insultive that IBB wants to contest 2011 presidential election after destroying this country for us? What else does he want to do that he has not done? After spending eight years in destroying the nation, he still wants to come back. That will not happen and God will not allow it to happen.” However, one of IBB’s media aides in Ibadan who spoke with P.M.NEWS under anonymity, condemned the people that are defacing the billboards and destroying his posters. He said that the act shows that they are intolerant. According to him, IBB should be allowed to contest and if Nigerians don’t want him, they will not vote for him and that will be the end of the matter, Confirming the destruction of IBB’s campaign billboards and posters in parts of the country, Kassim Afegbua, IBB’s spokesman, said it was an unwarranted provocation. Speaking on a TV programme monitored in Lagos this morning, Afegbua said the campaign posters were removed in Jos, the Plateau State capital ahead of President Goodluck Jonathan’s visit to the state today. He also said IBB’s billboards were being pulled down in Abuja, saying that such intolerant and provocative act was uncalled for. —Gbenro Adesina/Ibadan http://pmnewsnigeria.com/2010/10/08/ibb%E2%80%99s-billboards-posters-destroyed/ |
Kobojunkie:It is fake, in that Okah never made any call. However, the SA authorities would no doubt, oblige your written enquiry for proof of their word. |
Kobojunkie:ROTFLMAO! |
beejaay:Tell am jare! Its strange, isn't it? That a grown up has placed two sentences side by side and can't correctly interprete them. But hold on, he will blame PDP for his mental malfunction. |
9ijaMan:You are funny. SA Authorities say the phone call is fake. You can yammer on about your own sentiments, but sorry, they don't count. |
netotse:I saw the interview and laughed my head off. I like Ribadu, but he just isn't ready, not at all! So many things wrong, he still had to explain and re-explain for the umpteenth time, his unfortunate quip about 5000 policemen stopping violent crime in a nation of 150 million. It was frankly embarrassing. I was going to post it here, but thought it would be too much. |
MaziUche0:Sharap and go look for someplace else to scratch your arse, cos there be fleas in there fcking up your puny mind! ![]() |
Ayowumie:This question is too funny!!!! ![]() How about reporting a fake phone call and fake militant camp? All in a time of national tension! If that ain't falsehood, then I doff my hat for. . .! |
MaziUche0:Sharap, inconsequential tribalist. One man Ohaneze!!!! ![]() Abeg clear, make we see road jare! |
monkeyleg:Do you really know the spelling of "South-South Elders and Leaders Forum?" MaziUche0:Poor me! I should have known that your name is Ohaneze. |
MaziUche0:Fck off, and let the Igbo's who are Nigerian and not powerless spectators speak for themselves. |
jabbok:I always knew you supported the terrorists. Fcking terrorist sympathiser. The OP has told you his source is The Observer; all you need do is google it (like I did) to verify. Olodo. This link will be useful to you; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Critical_thinking |
Now that both the MEND interview and the so called Okah phone call have been proven to be false, Aljazeeera has also proven itself to be a fake news agency. South African Security agents have said Okah never made a phone call and JTF has said that the so called MEND interview Aljazeera carried was not done in the ND. |
IBB people = Foolish people. ![]() |

IF I DONT WIN, FCK UP THE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What will I do for Nigeria? . . .Tribalism, religious strife, Boko Haram!! Fake AlJazeera phone calls!!!! The North will secede and mayhem will be unleashed, if I don't become the PDP flagbearer!" I will BLAST! BLAST!! BLAST!!! . . .Cry baby! jabbok:All I said in a long word is, the truth is coming out. So, you are afraid of the truth? Yeah, let the vultures enjoy their short lived party, cos the pack of lies is unravelling everywhere. The evil empire is falling, nothing you can do about that. Nigeria must be purified and the process is at quarter to midnight, so enjoy the death throes; its an ugly sight. |
Bawss1:Super braindead!!!! How does the proof that someone is desperately planting false news and phone calls mean anything, aside from there are liars and their agents roaming freely? How does it mean anything other than someone is desperate to harm GEJ, but it just aint working? How does it mean anything, but that the truth is coming out (even CNN has sacked a reporter for carrying a fake "Niger Delta militant" interview)? www.nairaland.com/attachments/180447_ROTFLMAO_gif3d0c775232c7f27cf80592785b9635b6 |
9ijaMan:Will that butter your bread whichever way that goes? Just keep posting from that tribalistic piece of garbage called Daily Trust. There is no country that gives terrorist suspects a phone (as all intelligent people know), Daily Trust is only fit for recycling into toilet roll. |
Bawss1:What damage control? It is his first statement that was damage control, because the whole bomb plot was meant to look like MEND actions. It is now quite clear that is wasn't MEND. Even then, the deception still goes on. CNN sacked a reporter for a fake report with so called Niger Delta militants; Okah's Aljazeera "phone call" has been irrivocably proven to be false; The old bats lead by Yakasai, Ciroma and Kanti Bello have been told off (and made to look as foolish and loony as they truly are) by the political powers and the people for calling for impeachment; Dokpesi is said to be singing like a birdie. . . Truth always outs itself, so let the vultures enjoy their short lived parade. Their plan is weak. |
^ Start your political party and allow those who want to discuss serious issues some space. Did PDP plant the bombs? Ridiculous. blinx4real:Chineke! Please can you provide a link to that interview?. |
egift:Dude, it is stup!d and totally dumb for any ex leader not to turn up for a nations anniversary. Afterall, his time in office formed part of the celebration, or have his 8 years in power been thrown away? Does he not see his period in governance as worth celebrating? What a shocker!!! Even IBB see's his 8 years as a waste not worth celebrating! |
No explanation can be more daft than IBB's excuse. Is he saying he finds nothing to celebrate even for his own period of fcking Nigeria? His excuse simply rubbishes his time as head of state (and very rightly too). Others who were present must have felt they had made positive contributions to our growth, hence they were there. |
I wonder why it took so long to confirm with SA authorities, was it because there was no NSA? SSS reports to the NSA and Azazi was only appointed on Oct 5. That can't answer all question though, because someone must have been in charge of overall security. Was it Kayode Are? |
jabbok:There is no bigger picture. You keep derailling all sorts of sensitive issues with your deslike for PDP. Is any party better? They are all useless and the same. The impression one gets from your position, is that you are running a campaign and don't really care about the issues at hand, which is the unfortunate bombing and loss of life at Abuja. ANPP lost their deputy boss to assassination yesterday, ACN is led by a drug lord; as for APGA, any objective person can see the degree of fraud and infighting they have, 47 parties have GEJ as their presidential candidate. Need I say more? The issue is not any political party; it is Nigeria and its elite; so all you are doing is sowing seeds of confusion, because your arguments are completely illogical and 100% base sentiment. Please, take some time to digest this article; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Critical_thinking |
jabbok:What if IBB had decamped to ANPP? Because, thats what he plans to do? An ANPP top shot was murdered just yesterday. Lets approach issues with a modicum of sanity. I pity the youth and our shallow thinking. |
