Nothing Musa no go see for gate. My sister (,if at all you are) don't make that mistake of reiteliating his wrongs. Two wrongs can't make a right. Just move on if you can't handle it.
Again, there's something which personally I don't like and can never put up with. Any guy who can't remain faithful can't be trusted. Cos it takes discipline and contentment to earn trust and remain loyal to your partner, even whilst in a relationship. |

National Industrial Court comes to mind. That's I'd you have done what the 4the commenter said. PhenomenalAustin: I'm sorry for bothering you all but please hear me out.
I'm posting this on behalf of my uncle.
I was working in a company, and was being paid 40,000 a month not including other allowances. A new company called me to work with them as an Officiator and we negotiated a salary of 60,000.
Both companies produce the same products.
They agreed to pay and I resigned from the other company. I started my new job in Oct. last year and was paid all through Oct., Nov. and Dec.
Earlier this year, January precisely, I had a little issue with my boss. The misunderstanding was that I complained to him that the chemicals we use during productions was adversely affecting me. In the previous company where I worked, I didn't work during the production of the products as I was allergic to the chemicals used.
On a working day, during the time for production, he asked me to join in the production but I politely reminded him about my allergies to the chemicals being used. He commanded me while shouting that I should go back and work. I normally have heart burns, dizziness and severe migraines when I'm exposed to these chemicals. I left during production as the chemical adversely affected me.
The next day, he came and asked if I had finished the work he commanded me to do the previous day. I apologised to him that I didn't because of the chemicals rxns which he knew about. He didn't say anything but from his body language, I thought everything was alright.
I returned the following day, only to receive a 2-week suspension notice. I was surprised and asked about my offense which the General manager told me, the boss was really pissed and so mad at me which I also explained to the GM and he was really surprised as I did no wrong. Nonetheless, he advised I serve my suspension sentence.
After suspension, I was given a review of my salary and my salary was slashed by 20,000 to 40,000 because of the issue...
I was really confused and bewildered because out of the revised 40,000 I receive per month, the company takes 15,000 out of it for my rent loan...
I've been apologising while also pleading with my boss to reconsider his decision as I'm a family man and 25,000 realistically, will not be sufficient for I and my family. He hasn't yet changed his stance.
I'm so confused, please I need your opinions, suggestions and help whatsoever..
I'm sorry for bothering you.. Thanks
Please help me out please... My uncle is really down at the moment...
Thanks! |

1k001: The beginning
I never thought i'd become an entrepreneur. I'd lived outside Nigeria for a decade, was having a great comfy life with a good income from my job. I had a young family and most things were going great.
Due to some events, a personal frustration arose with poor services in a particular Nigerian sector. As i pondered over my frustration i thought to myself, I can come up with a solution as I happen to have expertise in the sector. So i started researching far and wide for a workable solution. I spent hours and hours after work reading like crazy, much to the chagrin of my spouse.
I've since learnt that this is the best kind of way to get an idea for a start-up. Find something that frustrates you everyday that you have some sort of knowledge of or at least passion for. It's going to be a long, hard, broke road so you have to love it and be solving the problem for yourself to keep you motivated. Hello, Helium Health? |

To others reading this, Man is not just a PHYSICAL BEING of meat & bone. He has other bodies, up to 7 to the best of my knowledge, now the black man is more naturally attuned to the spiritual realm than the other races and as such possess different gifts that other races have to train hard to get. The white garment churches know the usefulness of that type of hair even if they eventually chose to pervert it for their own uses. Ever wondered why Moses, Elijah & most prophets are portrayed with very long beards & long hair? It is based on the same premise. Find that out and you'll get your answer. The black man's bane is ignorance, preferring to ignore his soul, his roots & identity for a pseudo one and then turn around to blame the world for treating him like turd. Knowledge is really power & the black man unfortunately is not ready to learn anytime soon. Are you a student of Yonggi Cho's school of thought? |

Thiwalade: ... I'm always surprised at issues arising from tribal differences. Isn't it confounding that our parents will allow us marry "rich" people from another tribe but when it comes to the average person, all laws immediately come into foray. Tribe should be one of the least things to look out for in a spouse. Humans are the same, though our environment influences our morals, social life and character. In my humble opinion, the environment which is primarily the family one grew up in is a better precursor of an individual's values. A fellow tribesman/woman can be your downfall as well as your pillar of support. Evil knows no tribe, religious beliefs, family, country or whatever denomination you may be from. The earlier we start seeing people as individuals instead of tagging "yoruba person" "aboki" "omo igbo" to their heads, the better for our country.
In addition,
You only limit yourself if you let yourself be blinded by tribe even your own family can frame you up. A complete stranger can be the helper of your destiny. Many have lost valuable people due to nonsense tribal sentiments.
We are never born to hate on a particular tribe or people but it's often learnt from our parents or a general misconception arising from one person's experience of another from a tribe. Let's not allow a person's experience guide how we treat our fellow humans.
Be cautious, trust no one because evil knows no color or religion. Culture is real oo bros. |

steveneche: Help My Friend Decide: 5million Or A 100k Job?
A friend of mine just got an offer from his late brother's company few months after his demise.
His late brother having been a prominent personality (head of finance) in the company he worked before he died, made the company to offer his younger brother my friend two options..
1. 5million naira cash or
2. a 100k job per month in the Same company. we need your professional advice pls This is the point where he has to choose between Job security and being an entrepreneur. With 5Million naira, a savvy entrepreneur could find his way to becoming a multi millionaire in the next decade through commodity trading. If your friend has interest to become a business person, tell him to go for the 5m but if he doesn't have flair for business, then sticking to the 100k job is an ideal option to choose. My story: My boss settled me with 1.5m Naira, under 2.5 years, I have built my own house in the village, seeing three of my younger siblings through different Universities, enrolled myself in a distance learning program (NOUN), own three different business outlets with investment in other fellow savvy entrepreneur's businesses, reaping monthly dividends on my investments. There's no better way to spin around money faster than getting into trading business. TB, FX, mutual fund etc...can't offer that. Again, I repeat; if he has interest in business, advise him to go for the 5m. |
