Demolition is not the best punishment bro. I maintained that Wike should have apportioned other severe punishment like ceasing the property, fining them huge amount of money that will go straight to the state government coffer.

Of what benefit is the demolition since they will still come and rebuild it? How about if the money they will use to rebuild the property is channeled into government Treasury?
Christianity EtcRe: Should I Confess That I Poured Hot Water On My Neighbor's Goat? by Fairview1(m): 5:08pm On May 10, 2020
Pluse992:
Advise Me Please. Should I Confess?

I recently packed into my apartment somewhere in Ogun, and my neighbor's goats have been sleeping at the back of my apartment near my window and they have been urinating and passing out faeces making my room inhabitable.

So the other day, I poured some hot water on one of the goats. I discovered that the woman is into traditional medicine. She has been making some incantations since yesterday concerning the goat. And I am scared that she will hurt me.

Should I confess or be brave? What should I do?
grin grin

Chill bro! Nothing will happen to you.

Those incantations means nothing, absolutely nothing except when you begin now to think about it. Your mind and spirit will then start convincing you about how real it is.

And remember, you will always attract energy that's in harmony with your thoughts. If your thinking tells you its possible that those incantations will work for you, definitely it will work. But if doesn't, then it won't. So you have the choice to decide!

Be brave and nullify every thought of you being harmed. Those powers are not real Abi you don see where oyinbo fall for jazaman? Its because they don't think jazz thoughts.

This is visible to the blind and audible to the deaf that Kano is in for a big shock. But, they are not alone on this. Since its affecting Kano, all other peripheral states are not safe too. Nigeria is too porous that we can't even manage interstate boarders not to talk of national boarder.
HealthRe: Oke Umurhohwo: Kano Is In Trouble But They Are Not Alone by Fairview1(m): 4:27pm On May 10, 2020
This shouldn't come as a news naa...right from the outset, we already know that Kano is in serious mess!

So there's absolutely nothing surprising about this news or Mr man's opinion about this.

PoliticsRe: Wike Demolishes Prodest Hotel, Eleme In Rivers State (Pictures) by Fairview1(m): 4:08pm On May 10, 2020
I think this is one of the most stupid thing Wike has ever done in recent time. As much as I admire his strict leadership style, I do not see any positive reason why he should order his workforce to destroy the hotel.

There are many more other things that hotel could have been used for. He could also have confiscated the building, on bases that huge fines must be paid before he relinquish the building to the management.

It's a sheer display of insensitivity, lack of empathy and by extension compassion. If only Wike knows that destroying the hotel is indirectly counting to a loss on his state IGR, he could have thought otherwise.

On the other part, Nigerians should learn to adapt in every situation. When the state of federal government issues a guideline, ensure you follow the due process to avoid unwarranted assault and damages. Except if the direction is veered towards you or your company alone, then I can advise you put up a fight through litigation an other necessary means.

Wisdom demands that we should always fight on the condition not the condition.
EducationRe: Does First Class Degree Guarantee One A Job? by Fairview1(m): 4:02pm On May 10, 2020
Depends on your vision and vocation inclination. If you ever wish to tow the path of lecturing job or professorship, then batching first class is a good way to start. How ever, on the line of this first class certificate, I think it also exposes you to international scholarship opportunities which if harnessed well could also be an avenue to strike great business opportunities.

But if you want to tow the path of entrepreneurship or the skilled labour market, my dear forget first class results and focus on consuming enough information that would prepare you on the field you're about to trail.

If Buhari had towed this part earlier on, Nigeria(na) won't be in this mess. Go check out Rwanda and Zimbabwe how they effortlessly contained the coronavirus spread.

RomanceRe: I Have Feelings For Her But She's Engaged by Fairview1(m): 3:52pm On May 09, 2020
Oga move on....

This same thing has happened to me. I am not the talking type and you know, getting into relationship with ladies usually take people like us time. We used to observe and be sure that the coast is clear before shooting our shot.

It happened that I met this very beautiful girl, the ideal lady I could have settled down with cos of her character, composure, ideals and shared values etc..

I didn't tell her, even though we used to communicate and talk about interesting things together until one day, I noticed the guy she used on her screen saver and tried to ask her if that was her brother, he said NO! ---A friend.

I became alarmed!

My finding later was that this same guy was her fiancé and they are almost getting married. The date and invitation cards were already out.

When I found out, I had to take my leave, of which she was begging that I shouldn't go, that she finds me receptive and friendly that's why she feels very comfortable talking to me when in class bla bla...

She said a lot of touching things that made me had a rethink, but I said no! Of what benefit do I stand to gain if I can't confide in her to share my deepest intimate stuff?

Long story short, covid19 derailed their marriage, we are still friends but I made sure I allow her to lead the friendship on her own term.

My advice; don't just give in, allow her to lead the friendship. Otherwise, you will end up regretting your actions.

Not really even though it does to some extent.

Check your phone's....RAM. It's a memory device that allows data items to be read or written in almost the same amount of time irrespective of the physical location of data inside the memory.

It works in psynch with the Sim card, and may possibly be the reason why the delay in the network accessibility.

Never!

And I don't wish to.

My elder brother have had one when his car failed break and hit one of the Dangote's Truck. It was one of the most terrifying moment for me and I don't wish to even remember it at all.

I think majority of near death experiences you will get hear will come mostly from people who narrowly missed accident.
