This Tinubu of man is a great guy. If you want to truly know who he is, get to read about his exploits in his early 30s. He is a smart guy. It takes bravity to get to that level.
Did you know Tinubu single handedly made a whiteman lose his job in a foreign own Nigerian company when the white supremacy was the way of life in Africa?
Remove sentiment and study this man carefully. You will be inspired....beyond words. |

The oldest two question in life have always been;
1. Where are we from?
And
2. Where are we going?
The mysteriousness of these two questoons, especially the latter will always have majority of the people running back to God whenever they began to see grey hair on their head, as a result of damnation to hell fire. This I must admit is iconic. Well done woman. Your soul is redeemed. |

Emmynator: Finally caught up to the end of the thread after a busy start to the year. I was glad that the subject of green light when approaching women was discussed, because I am a firm believer in "no green lights, no approach" principle. I will be sharing my experience with two ladies.
So the first lady, I met her in church, we do talk after church, but nothing more than that, later she requested for my number, after she got it, she started calling me, she starts chats everyday, she double texts, if i ignore her messages twice, she calls me on phone again, all the while she never complains about me ignoring her messages. Like i get away with everything, she has never called me out for any "wrong" doings, and i have done quite a few When we meet physically, she is too clingy, and green lights are too obvious. I found out that due to her being too available, i lost interest in her (or should i say i didn't develop it) I know that no matter how a lady likes you, she should at least complain if you snub her or ignore her, but she doesn't. Like she sent me new year greetings message, I read it but didn't reply till 11th, and she didn't say anything about that, next thing she's asking is "when am i going to see you?". I felt like that level of clingyness is a bad sign sha
The second lady, She's interested in me but her signals were not as pronounced as the other lady, it took me quite sometime to take note of her, cause she was subtle and shy (plus I snub ladies alot, just greetings and I'm out), but recently I was thinking that something is off about her when she is around me, so i decided to be more observant, and her greenlights became clearer. Last week, I wrote my number on a paper, and told her to call me, she did call me that same evening, and we started talking since then, it became clear that she likes me but she was waiting for me to pick up on the signals and act on it.
Points to note: - Greenlights makes everything easy for you, it's like you win before you even start the race. - Be on the lookout for greenlights, believe me, it's more common than you think, if you only attract low value girls, then it is a reflection of your true SMV, and suggests that you need to level up. - Simps think that if they flood a girl with "love" and attention, she will reciprocate, but that's opposite of the case. I think the same thing played out with the first girl, her greenlights were so much that it became a turn off. - I thought, if i get a girl that loves me as much as the first lady, I will like it, but i found out that I don't. Plus i have had experience with clingy ladies, it doesn't end well. Nice observations. May I know your age. Something is tellling me you are becoming more and more mature in your approach to how you handle lady's affairs? |

But the issue is, how does one really hustle effectively? What are the specific things that should be done while working hard? Those that worked hard and made it, please what worked or did not work for you?
I know a lot of people would say avoid women; noted! What other thing should a young entrepreneurial minded Nigerian do in other to scale in his/her hustle.
Abeg make una answer ohh!! Mods please help push to front page for broader inputs. Again, we make money by making friends. Change your circle of friends and be intentional with the people you are associating with. Ask them what money making opporturnities or investment opportunities are out there to make them money. That way, you see people sharing some interesting business conversation with you. Then, like many others have suggested, you throw away every form of procrastination of some sorts. Mking money is not a rocket science. You just have to create value...to the people who can afford to pay for it without complaining that your service is too high. |

emmanuelewumi: We have series of FGN bonds with different tenors.
The benchmark for most Fixed income Fund in the coupon on a 10 year FGN bond.
Most Fixed income Fund Managers have Sovereign and corporate bonds of different durations, they get coupons every month there are months whereby they get coupons up to 3 to 4 times in a month.
Fixed income Fund is good for those who can monitor interest rates, stock market performance etc.
Another reason some of us buy Fixed income Fund is because of reinvestment risk, it is not every time that we have the opportunity to buy Fixed income Fund in the primary, therefore we invest part of our regular coupons and dividends in Fixed income Funds.
The bond market give a better forecast of the direction of a country economy, while the stock market is a reflection of the country's economy.
Fixed income Fund is not bad for a conservative Investor who is concerned about the safety of his fund and long term appreciation of his fund. A N10 million Investment in United Capital fixed income fund in 2011 has grown to over N30 million in 2021 without adding a kobo to the investment. Awesome!!! This information here is revealing. |

What a sorry sight....2021 is a year filled with lots of bitterness in the retail sector.
First, it was Ebeano Supermarket, now its Next Cash "n" Carry.
I remembered how Next Management reacted when Ebeano went up in flames, unbeknownst to them that sooner or later the odeal would come to them.
My heartfelt condolences to all those who are directly or indirectly connected to the business. I can imagine how many livelihood that have been diatorted, how many jobs that been lost, the money, the goods, creditors.
Proper Investigation should also be conducted, to ensure stuff like this dont happen again. We cant continue this way. We cry that here in Nigeria, we dont have enough Enterprise with global competitive standared. Why lose the littl we have?
I dont know the root cause of all this mess, but adequate care should be taken. |

sajmark: To all the married brothers among us, please share a thing or two about being married. What challenges do you face? How have you been able to manoeuvre through these challenges? Does the redpill frame make marriage more bearable for you? Fear nothing about marriage. Marriage, just like many other things in life is a responsibility. Marriage, if well understood and build upon a solid philosophy can make you one of the happiest on earth. If you can shoulder the respoinsibility and the committment as a man in his barchalorhood, providing for your immediate family and siblings, you can handle marriage too. Dont compare your marriage. Dont envy others. Dont take too many outside opinions to build your own home. Be responsible. Responding to your abilities in marriage automatically subjects and positions you at the top. Ensure your partner understands you. Dont manipute or hide or play games with your wife. It breeds mistrust and opens air of suspicion and engenders disloyalty and distrust. Marriage, if well built, like you built your career life, can be very enriching, rewarding and exciting. Forget all misconceptions that has been said about the sad reality of the union. It is one of the oldest Union and had contributed massively in the advancement of the universe. Its not going to stop soon, it alsway your choice which rather to belong. But grave mistake you should strictly avoid is marrying the wrong person. Once checked, you are on your way to living a blissful life. |

That's very pathetic one. I am even ashamed to talk about how it all happened. Not too long anyway. I went for our city bookclub end of the year party and we ended up with more exotic drinks than we had imagined. On a normal, I am not really into drinking heavy alchohol, but being that I found myself with a carton of Jameson black all to myself, I took one all to myself and gulped directly from the bottle. With 35cl dawned with careless abandon, I lost control of all of my senses and ended up waking up at the hotel lobby the following day. How it all happened, I cant tell. Romance › Re: The Secret To All Women* by Fairview1(m): 1:22am On Dec 21, 2021 |
Tallesty1: This will never work on a woman that doesn't like you. It is that simple. No matter how rich, handsome, intelligent, educated, REDPILL aware etc you are, there's a woman that will never do you..
Likewise, no matter how curvy, beautiful and rich a woman is, there's a kid somewhere that bounces her call.
Some ladies, especially the ones that are no longer in the age of unseriousness, those that too much attention from men dey annoy have standards and won't settle for less, if you like swallow all dating tutorials.
Yea, acting like you're not interested in someone works sometimes but it depends on circumstances. Doesn't work on someone that doesn't see you every time.
I can relate a little to the story you shared, back in my hunting days, there was a church close to our house.
The guys (friends) that were going to night programs used to talk about a particular girl, Nkechi that almost all of them were asking out. She was damn beautiful. Nkechi was the reason I started attending the night programs because dating her was like I challenge.
Long story short. I ignored her like she never existed. After prayers, guys would hang around waiting for her to come out but I will head home straight. She initiated our first conversation and the rest was history.
Now this worked because she sees me often but what if it's someone you see once in a while. There was a time in my hunting days when I went somewhere to buy something, we were four and I saw one very fine girl.
No time for games because I may never see her again so I fell in beside her and was like....
Hi.
Hi?
This is really awkward..
what?
I have a whole lot to say to you now but I am sure that a lady this beautiful hears it all the time from different men that it becomes annoying. I am sure there are many waiting in your whatsapp as we speak. It's annoying.
So you know this?
Hell I know and it kinda puts me in an unfavorable position.
How?
I know the right things to say to make things happen but you hear it all time and I don't want to be one them ignored folks in your list. Starting annoyingly will ruin my chances. This too is annoying
;Dso your giving up?? That was fast and I think I owe you thanks.
Give up? Nah, I am saying that you should give me your number let's get connected so that I will show you. Action speaks louder they say. What do you prefer? To hear it or to feel it?.
Feel it of course.
Then don't dull, people back there are waiting for me.
Why should I give you my number? I don't even know you.
Well, that means we have something in common. I have never seen you before but once is enough and except you're twin, I would say that you know nobody when you were born but now you know many. It starts somewhere.
Lols, that's true but I am really not interested in whatever you want me to feel. Sorry
Truth is that I am really not after your interest right now. You have the right features and I am interested, that's all. I don't know what interests you but we will get to that later. . See, I don't like disturbing people and I hate that I am doing it to you already, I just want to get to know you, plant the seed of friendship and watch it grow. Whatever it produces is okay for me.. I need your number to make this happen.
We were walking the whole time. I got the number and the rest nah history.
Different lady, different places, different strategies. Do what you're sure will work.

broshowfar: A country like Nigeria has no business having men that simp, you are already below the food chain in terms of economics and race and all your focus is on spending your scarce resources pleasing a woman? The west might have lost it but their generation of fore fathers were resilient and built a society.
My fear for Nigeria is with the low level of development there is still a high level of no-thinking men and pussy worshippers who just wanna get layed, get married and repeat the process. The west might be crazy right now but with the stories I hear about married Nigerian men being the worst pussy worshippers and can do any and everything to get layed pls get the hell out of that place.
The excitement of Nigerian men to get married and birth children scares me. Then I ask again to what future do you want to give your children? No one is thinking of how to build that nation it's all sex, drugs and procreation on the minds of the upcoming adults. This is really deap! A food for thought. One that I have read and taken note. You are a wise man. Thanks for sharing. |
