PoliticsRe: National Assembly Returns N7b To The National Treasury/N300B from the FG by faketan(op): 8:33pm On Jan 06, 2008
I think they said it is part of the overhead cost which is estimated.

And N4.4 is supposed to be from supplementary budget probably meant for a project not executed.

However, they were restricted by law. All the same I am happy.
There is still much hope.

funloving:
There is something these African Leaders take when they meet in their smelling, rat invested covens angry

Maybe it is some pungent african concotion, black in colour and thoroughly mixed with cocaine, marijuana and cow shit. Not forgetting that it must be laced with some diahorea causing african juju

Legion of mad dogs, that is what these african leaders are fast turning into.

Must they remain in power forever ? Is leadership their father's property ?

And somebody is still arguing that Dr Watson committed fallacy by stating that africans have inferior intelligence. Pray, tell me, how many truly intelligent people go around trying to rule over a people who don't want them ?

These bloody african leaders think we are still in the pre-historic age of the monarchy when the King was Lord of the earth, ruled forever and had a virgin bride donated freely to him every annual New Yam festival

The solution to this madness is for the african people to get 'madder' and simply behead any president/prime minister who attempts to stay longer that the constituion allows, no matter how well he thinks he is performing.
One of the flaws of democracy is that the best never makes it to the top. Developing democracy with much foreign adultration, with the said democrats mostly from military background would produce the kind of situation we see in Africa.

Those tendecies are still there in western democracy. Tony Blair was practicaly forced out of office even when he knew he was no longer popular.

Having said that, I think they sniff  cocaine mixed with cow dung is you suggested though.

Watson is however is wrong, judging from the premises from which you drew your conclusion. do not forget that Europe had this period of madness. After all Hitler is not African.
PoliticsNational Assembly Returns N7b To The National Treasury/N300B from the FG by faketan(op): 2:59pm On Jan 06, 2008
National assembly returning morning to the national treasury is a good omen.

There is hope for nigeria. Lets hope this kind of discipline continues.

A good news for the new year.

@ olydim.

your first post shows not only how naive you are but vividly gives you away. I initially was going to educate you but then again, I knows there are many intelligent Igbo here that will subsequently lead you to that path! However, a componetism sagacity is not a garrulous expressity but an hypological complexity, shame on you !!!

@ others

What kind of (group) people are we if we can't exchange the light of truth to each other or share a reasonable topic between us, rather than utter some kind of tribalism nonsense?!

Oziomatv, no man is an island, no man is indispensable. The Hausa man needs the Igbo man, whether he likes it or not, the Igbo man needs the Hausa man, whether he likes it or not. The Yoruba man needs the Igbo, Hausa, Efik, Ijaw- - -etc whether he likes it or not, The Igbo,Hausa, Efik, Ijaw- - -etc need the Yoruba man, whether they like it or not. They don't have to agree with this concept but it is a fact of life and the moment we let it sink in, it will be of immense benefit to all of us.

Haa Ozioma bros,

Not the colonial master,

Ify moo,

Mr C is Nigerian and comes from every tribe. Just one person.
CultureRe: Are Igbos Taking Over Lagos? by faketan(m): 6:24pm On Jan 02, 2008
Well well well well well.

Igbo Vs Yoruba vs hausa vs whatever

Guys we have a common enemy. The person is MR C.

I know that self protection will always be a part of our biological make up. But we should jettison that at the moment and look for MR. C. He has to die.

A point of information: Apart from the fact that the leaders of the SE states like their counterparts in othe regions loot and impoverish the states and the infastructure, it is on record and it is acknowledge by even none Igbo's that the SE region is still maginalised.

I believe if any other tribe in Nigeria should have passed through what the Igbo's passed through, the region may not be inhabitable.
That is histtory now.

GUYS where is MR C, he must die.
