There is this court case he had in US back then that made him lose millions of dollars. Jonathan's government played a role in nailing him and from his side of the story he felt he was framed up by Nigerian Government in retaliation he is on the castigating side and never saw anything good during Jonathan's tenure, he highly campaigned for Buhari thinking things will get better for him once he takes over.

sadly things didn't change to his favor and he's back to castigating every action of the Government. Believe me he's a hater as far as the government is involved.
The only good thing about him is fighting for the poor I mean he can represent the poor man on the street if he feels there's injustice against them. He's a lawyer btw.

1. THE RIGHT TO REDRESS: where you are not satisfied with the decision of your bank, you have the right of review either by your back, the CBN or the court.

2. THE RIGHT TO GOOD SERVICE : part of this right is that your bank must provide appropriate response to your needs and complaints.

That you informed your bank about the fraudulent transaction on your account in due time and they went ahead to authorize the transaction makes them culpable.

Write an email to them stating all that has transpired ; time of the identification of the transaction, the notification of your bank, the blocking of the card, the final deduction and end with a copy of the email you received from the bank. State that you are not happy with the result and require further intervention into the matter and a refund of the money. Demand that you receive an acknowledgement from the bank upon receiving the email ; this is important because CBN requires all banks to resolve customer complaints within 2 weeks. Finally, end by saying that if the complaint is not resolved within the time frame, you will escalate the issue to the Consumer Protection Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
