If the flat wasn't indicated you have no choice but to be patient to get your money and I don't blame the other tenant for her action, she must have complained to the landlord about the state of her apartment and nothing positive was done, this explains the landlord's inability to get her to move out of the flat you payed for. That signifies a potential bad Landlord-tenant relationship for you. I think yyou should be happy that this events have just saved you from years of non-charlant landlord wahala....always a blessing in the storm!

Was there an agreement you signed when you payed for the apartment? Was the number of the apartment specified in the signed agreement (if any)?

Each time I see this kinda News I can't help but ask myself "what is Nigeria giving up in return for these gestures?
I hope we are not been sold and also I pray the money is used properly and won't be another avenue to enrich the pockets of the already too rich few!

Everytime I see a Pro-IPOB story, I always prepare myself for a serious bout of laughter, the stupidity and gullibility that oozes from their stories and allegations is unmatched by any other senseless agitation in this country.
Each time I read an IPOB allegation I can't help but wonder the quality of weed they smoke before coming out on air to open their mouths.
